Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I had the best experience with Jeremy with Asurion, he walked me through the process and even gave me a play by play of what type of condition my phone was in after taking the back case off.
The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I had a great experience. I love the fact that I didn't have to wait for a replacement phone.
I had a minor problem with making a payment and was having trouble figuring it out on my own through the website and the app, so I reached out through the message support option and with in minuets my issue was very quickly and painlessly resolved! The agent who assisted me was very nice and helpful, as well as very personable. This made the whole experience that much smoother and simple. I definitely recommend Asurion to anybody who might need tech insurance from a good company with helpful and reliable employees!
I had downloaded a Security App from Verizon and wasn't sure what I needed to do next. So I started a chat and was able to get an amazing coach. I don't know much about my phone except what I use daily...Mariam did not give up on me she walked me through each step, some times each step had to be repeated. I was on the wrong App some of the time.
A very long, not easy, but very pleasant to work with the coach.
Tried several times to input my information on the website and it kept giving me errors and invalid information. As soon as I got a chat going they were able to help me supper fast. In 5 minutes my claim was in and escalated for review. Now we wait to see what happens

My Fitbit Sense developed "technical difficulties" off & on after l began regularly using it to swim laps, 7 months ago. Noting a greater increase in screen issues and questionable data recorded, l decided to use my Asurion Protection Plan to have it repaired. However, following directions required for mailing seems to have actually fixed the device. Customer Service could not have been more gracious when l explained what happened, giving me a time-frame and process to follow, to make sure.

Asurion responded immediately when my phone became un-operable. They immediately sent a replacement phone at no charge and this support has been so important to me. They followed up and have been great.
I chat at 4 o'clock in the morning with the most professional and compassionate service representative that I've encountered in years. And it had nothing to do with purchasing additional coverage I assure you lol but this gentleman just said and did and went beyond what I'm sure his job requires. I would recommend this company to anyone. Whoever asked me never gave it much thought and so I had an experience with this gentleman. But after he educated me and what coverage I really needed to have open my eyes to the amount of money that I've been wasting over the years! Kudos!
It was awesome from the beginging to the end Jaymee seemed happy to listen to what happend and showed emapthy when i told her what happened then had a speedy plan of action to start helping which was awesome and then she gave me the rundown of what to expect and i feel like everything will be better.
Once I eventually got to a rep, I was totally pleased with the service provided by him. The new phone came quickly which was unexpected and needed since my child is at College and that was our only means to communicate with each other.

My claim went quick and easy. The whole claims process was through their website and chat. All I have to do now is print the shipping label that they emailed me and send in my broken phone... and then I'll have a gift card for the $ I paid for the phone through my email!
Asurion customer support and customer care is best. Resolved my issue in 5-10 minutes and successfully done with me issue.
Our product broke, within ten minutes of filing claim, everything was taken care of.
All I needed was a replacement screen. For several days of checking, none were available within 30 miles of me. For that reason, I chose the more expensive replace-your-phone option. Getting the device up and running went well with direct cable transfer. However, the new SIM wasn't activated. IDK, maybe I missed it, but I saw nothing in the step-by-step instructions about the required activation. I used the Chat feature, and that problem was expeditiously resolved, BUT it seems to me that chat should have been unnecessary.
