Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Left my phone on my hood, stopped it slid off and I drove over it! It was TRASHED! Two hours later it was like it never happened!
Cell phone would not work correctly. It was replaced and all was taken care of by Dylan at AT&T in Millville, NJ

So far we have been able to get our cellphone face glass and tabled face glass fixed, twice had our rhoomba irobot vaccuum cleaner battery serviced, and now our Hamilton Beach food processor problem addressed
The Asurion purchases have more than paid for themselves and the biggest benefit to boot is the peace of mind that came with it!
It seems that companies like to say anything to get you to buy their product and then talk out the side of their mouth when you need to return it or exchange it. This company is not those other business. They say its easy and will either give your the money for the product or fix it and by gosh they stand by their word! So easy, so nice. I understood everything she was saying. She was clear at letting me know the process. Not once did she try to blame me for the product not working...It was so refreshing, non stressful, hardly any time to complete from start to finish. Even UPS is coming to my house to pick the product up! Hot Damn,,, i'm in love with this company! They keep their word to their customers. In this world today, its full of shady businesses so it is so comforting to know you have insurance and peace of mind that they stand behind their statements! So if you're on the fence about purchasing a protection plan for Asurion, don't be, take my word...it's great!

It would not print. I tried for two days and then remembered the warranty. I went on line and got help from Jenelyn. It took about 30 minutes to solve the non-printing issue. She had me try a number of things till we finally figured it out. She was very patient. She knows her stuff!
I was worried that some features on my phone would not function after I shattered my screen. But Ubreakitifix replaced my screen quickly (under 2 hours) and my phone looks like new and is functioning perfectly.

Asurion was extremely helpful resolving my phone issues which is why I am giving 5 stars. Verizon was extremely lacking, however, when it sent me my new high-end phone. Someone failed to install a SIM card in it, which I did not realize when I tried to activate it. This led to complications when I tried to activate my phone using Verizon's website.
I have been told I can't record conversations and I have been hung up on and redirected. I am on the verge of contacting a lawyer to consult if I can sue Verizon about the lies I was told about home device protection. My laptop is broken and the lowball offer is insulting. Im consulting the BBB. I'm a caregiver to a 100% disabled Veteran and I'm contacting the White House 800 line for veterans to report unfair business practices. They do investigate. The tech coach team is nice but phone calls to the Asurion specialists are crazy, rude, and unprofessional.it has been over two weeks. 6 hours on phone and no results
I came here at the Marina del Rey location in Los Angeles for them to repair a small crack in my phone screen. The process was super easy, straightforward and they finished earlier than estimated. They called my husband when they finished so we could come back to retrieve the phone as soon as it was done. The hardest part was being without my phone for a little while. Thanks!
I didn't want to use Asurion at first, because I'm not a fast typist, but because I was able to use voice command, it was very very easy. I would use it again. The representative was really nice, friendly and very helpful.
Lost my phone, suspended my phone and put in a claim through the website. Answered a few questions and claim was approved. The process was painless and the solution was prompt. Brian was my tech. Assigned to repair my phone. He was very respectful and helpful. My phone screen was repaired in record time and returned to me fully functional. I was truly impressed with his handeling my phone issue. He is a 5 star employee. Don't lose him. It's individuals like him that make businesses thrive because of his talent and resoect to the customer.
Honestly expected the process to be cumbersome and frustrating...I was putting off initiating a claim because I didn't want to deal with it. But...once I did finally initiate a claim, I was able to complete it through chat in less than five minutes. My favorite part was the chat agent being empowered to find an alternative solution to a special request. Nothing worse than a customer service agent saying "sorry there's nothing I can do, my system won't let me do that" etc. LOVED being able to state a problem and be met by someone empowered to provide a solution.

I had to file an insurance claim in my laptop for the first time ever. I believe it is worth paying for the insurance plan on all my devices. If I didn't have the plan, I would've had to pay over $1,600 to replace the device. With the insurance deductible I paid $275. That's a huge difference. Plus, they sent me a brand new laptop, not a refurbished one. Even better, I received it in the mail the next morning.
