Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I had a cordless vacuum not holding charge and am so grateful for my Asurion protection that will provide for replacement. Well worth the $15.99 paid. The process was quick and easy! This is my 3rd time using my Asurion Coverage on a product purchased through Amazon and I will always purchase coverage when making a purchase of electronics.
My daughter was putting me in her phone account and I was able to get a new phone. The 2 staff were very helpful and made sure I understood the new phone. Set up and transferred my information
Great response time, easy to file with the Chat! My order # didn't come up immediately, so I had to Chat. But I'm happy to say that the representative on chat was most helpful. He as able to resolve my issue immediately.

You need to register your product before submitting a claim. I did not register my device to the plan and the customer service rep was able to work through it with me via the chat feature. She submitted the plan and I am anticipating the label being sent to my house. Seems easy so far!
Cracked my screen & they came to my house to fix it. It took less than 30 minutes for them to repair my screen. Amazing results in very little time.
Was sickened when my iPhone14+ was stolen. Asurion made the process of getting a replacement phone a breeze. Patience was a pleasure to work with whilst setting up my new phone. After a large update, I'll be back in business.

My iPhone was disconnected and disabled - probably in an error by Verizon Store assistant - I realized it happened after people started calling me on my land line and realized then. It was 11 pm by the time I realized my phone has no service. I wasted 2 hours with "Verizon Assistance" as they do not have live assistance after hours and over the weekends. Then comes Asurion Tech Support - They soled it in minutes... They were able to reconnect and reestablish the service on my mobile phone... Very patient, highly professional and courteous staff on chat - solved it in minutes... one can be so grateful and thankful only... I was and I am... Recommend them without any reservation
Lost phone, delivered next day; however, it was stolen from my property. Called to report the issues, a 2nd replacement was immediately sent, thank you. All easy and quick!
I purchased a product that failed after about 6 months. Fortunately, I had covered my purchase with an Asurion protection policy. I'm a confessed skeptic so when I contacted Asurion regarding my policy, I expected excuses and 101 reasons that they could not honor my claim. I was so impressed that my claim was processed in minutes and I received my full purchase price as compensation for my loss. I will buy another policy to cover my replacement product.
This was the easiest interaction I have ever had with when getting a phone repaired. It was very convenient as the technician came to my house, picked up the phone, fixed the phone while in the car and brought the phone back to the house. I did not have to leave my house to get the phone repaired and the repair was quick.

I purchased a device a couple of years ago and took out the Asurion 3 year protection plan. The device recently started acting up so I filed a claim with Asurion. Within a matter of minutes the claim was resolved. No hassle or lengthy waits. I will continue to use Asurion whenever a protection plan is needed.
I'm having issues with my Canon TS6220 Printer communicating with my Dell PC. I'm unable to print directly from my printer. I have installed the update drivers and still no luck. I contacted Asurion for help as I have the 3-year Warranty. After doing a Video Chat with Maria Christina she assured me my case would be covered and that I would be hearing from Tech Support within 3 Business Days. I hope the fix is as easy as contacting Asurion with my concerns!

Asurion tech replaced my icemaker but it broke again 30 days later and they won't stand behind their warranty. Their repair guy tried to sell me a new outer gasket but there was nothing wrong with the one I had. A certified Samsung repair tech verified that. Don't use this rip-off place.
