I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

I had a nightmare of a phone problem that I sat in the apple store working on for 2 hours. They couldn't help me without a potential service fee of $400 and couldn't guarantee that I wouldn't need a new $800+ phone even after that. I filed a claim and went to the At and T store off of Lindbergh to meet with an Asurion agent. I had the most exceptional service from Chantay and TJ. I didn't have to ask for anyone else. They were patient, thorough, and I literally took a selfie so that I could share with my social media followers and friends that they were awesome. I'm not good with technology. This phone problem was a doozy. They jumped all the hurdles, and I was able to walk out with my phone not having lost any pictures, information, contacts, or anything else...for free. I've never been so thankful. Their customer service was refreshing.

The cost is very minimal. The claim process is extremely easy. The claim process is pretty fast. The resolution of a refund was quickly completed. If you buy Amazon's China made stuff, it's worth a few bucks to have this protection!

No matter what my issue has been every time that I call their customer service I have the best experience with the least amount of stress Or confusion. I feel like everybody of all Ages, elderly or the youngest child can appreciate this company because they are so easy to talk to explain about whatever issue you may have. Maybe you don't know what the issue is, They'll help you figure it out with whatever as far as your home tech goes anyways.

A tech. Visit was set up and the technician did not show up.
When a tech finally did show up, she didn't know how to set up an Amazon stick to my t.v. When she left, I set it up by myself! This service is a total waste. Wish I could give zero stars!

When my phone screen cracked, I was grateful to have Asurion there to help. Initially, they scheduled a technician to come to my house for the repair, but unfortunately, the mobile tech had a vehicle breakdown. Despite this setback, Asurion promptly informed me of the situation and offered to reschedule. However, they also mentioned an opening at a nearby location that could fix my phone that same day.

I opted for the nearby location and was able to get my phone repaired quickly. I truly admire how swiftly they communicated the issue and provided alternative solutions to ensure my phone was fixed without delay. Their promptness and efficiency were outstanding. A++ customer service! I am a very happy customer.

The guys were busy so asked if could wait a minute and they would be right with me. Sire enough they were. Another gentleman came from the back and helped another customer and when done asked me if he could help. He asked my name and said he'd be right back and then said ya your good and said return before close and they would be done. It was done before that and on my way in no time.

My Screeen on my phone cracked and turned all black at 1pm last Thursday. I panicked since I was catching a plane at 9am the next morning. I called AT&T. They said to go to asurion to get a claim with my phone insurance. I did and it took no time. It said to call ubreakifix to see if the can help. I called at 2pm. They said they would try. I droped off at 3pm. By 8pm it was fixed. I was set to travel. It was great timing!
