Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
My 1st experience with someone coming to my home to repair my phone. Kinda nervous, but wasn't bad at all.
This couldn't have gone any smoother! The rep did everything in his power to fix a mistake done by the online repair request and was able to get me 2 days earlier then my scheduled appointment. I couldn't be any happier with my experience. A++ effort.
I purchased a tablet and since it only had a 4 month factory warranty I purchased the Asurion protection. 8 months later my tablet was having problems charging. It was hit or miss if the connection with the charging cord was being made. I had to put a tube of chapstick under where the cord plugged in just to get a connection. I contacted Asurion and within minutes I had a satisfactory resolution from a very friendly customer service agent. I have several policies with them on more expensive Amazon purchases but have never had to use them. Totally worth the price for when you do need it (which is exactly what insurance is for).

I have had several Asurion plans cover items I have purchased, but this was the first time I needed to make a claim. I am doubling down to add these plans to insure the items I purchase now that I see just how effectively and easily the claim process is, and that I am taken care of so well with little question. I would recommend everyone add these affordable plans to any purchases they are eligible for to ensure the items you purchase are insured against life's little mishaps and failures. Great job well worth it!
Everything is perfect regarding asurion. Except the mailed delivery was delayed. I have supposed to receive it next or in two day, delivery was made on Friday. But not too bad. It's okay' that's happened sometimes

I bought a protection plan for a product through Asurion. I tried to submit a reasonable claim for replacement and they used my explanation against me to reason why it didn't fall within their parameters for protection. Additionally, the employee I was speaking with had an attitude the second I began to question their terms & conditions. Absolutely do not recommend.

I have to say that I was quite skeptical purchasing this protection plan for items I've purchased. This was the first time I've had to use the service and I am pleasantly surprised. The process took all of five minutes to get through and they resolved my issue. The customer service agent Dennis was extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I will be purchasing this protection plan for all future electronics.
After owning phones for decades I experienced my first cracked screen. Went onto my at&t page and with minutes had my claim filed and a date for on-site repair, THE NEXT DAY! Repairman called prior to arrival, arrived on time and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. All at no charge to me!

This company sent me a phone in the end of November/begging of December. It's the begging of February and the phone is no longer functioning. It's over heats all the time and now my screen is frozen. I lost so much of information on my phone and potentially about to loose more. My mom and have been on the phone for over an hour. We've talked to many people and most of them have been so nasty towards. After I just tried finding the information the women asked for, instead of her waiting for me she left the call leaving me and mother with no result. We paid$100 for the phone that no longer works after 2 months. Now I'm stuck on my college campus away from home with no working phone. I don't appreciate the way my mother and I have been treated and it won't be tolerated. All I know is I'm getting a new phone even if I have to go against them legally because we feel scammed.
