Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Easy and Friendly. The phone was activated and ready for use in less that 30 minutes, pleasant experience.

Very easy to file a claim, no questions asked. This service is worth every penny. It is nice not to worry when there is a problem, because it will be taken care of.
The tech put a lot of time and effort into resolving my problem. While the only solution is for me to delete a number of contacts and re-enter each one, the tech did everything he could to find a quicker and easier solution. That's quality tech support!
My phone unfortunately got damaged and I didn't have insurance on it which I'm the blame for. After contacting Verizon they were very helpful and explained my best options and I was very pleased with the service I received.
They came to fix our washer and it worked great. Tech said you have high end appliances you really need a warrant contract. I told him we just spent $9,000.00 on a replacement refrigerator from Viking and he said doesn't matter how old they are Asurion will take care of them just call us and we will send a tech right out. Found out even though our Viking stove was 22 years old and looked new they walked away after paying them for over a year. Crooks.
Its more then just insurance. It is peace of mind that you will have someone to walk you through every step of the way when it comes to fixing a damaged or broken device. It is the comfort of knowing that every rep you talk to will take their time, be patient and explain every step of the process. AND! If there is any issues on your part of theirs, they will make sure to help make it right every time! This is above and beyond your normal replacement plans. They sell you on a great PLAN, that leads to hours of submitting paperwork over and over and then once approved hit you with $100+ filing fees. To top it off,before even filing a claim, they try to pressure you into upgrading for all household appliances. Someone should get the FTC involved

I have completed two claims for company phones that needed fixing/replacing. The phone claim website was step-by-step and the emailing system for updates during the claim was super helpful. They understand how to help you and do not fret when they don't find what you're looking for the first time. Although calling can lead to long wait times (didn't happen most times I called), the help is worth it. They are quick, guide you through the entire process, and send frequent updates to remind you where your claim stands!

Honestly the worst experience ever. I recommend not to get a plan with them. I pay insurance and they refuse to replace my IPhone 13. I've had to go back and forth to get a replacement and they keep declining it. I'll be on the phone with them for hours and suddenly get disconnected and they won't call back. I just got off the phone with a guy who told me if I keep going through the same process he doesn't know what to tell me that it's just going to keep happening it's honestly so frustrating. How is it that I'm paying for the service but they can't help me. Honestly so frustrating

Very friendly and the top in the line service professional attention
My LED screen had damage, I made claim, went to the store for repair and got my device back within an hour. Did not need to stress about not having access to my phone for an extended time period. They did a super good job, phone is basically brand new. The price was also reasonable. Satisfied and will use them again.
