Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
This was my first time visit this store, Brandon was very kind, and patience. He explained to me step by step the process, and other things that the company offers. So I do recommend this store. Tell a friend.
This is now day 3 of trying to make a claim. This website kept glitching or telling me my info was wrong. I would call Verizon and they would say "no, all info is correct." I'd call asurion and be told no the info is incorrect go change it with Verizon and call us back, then we can fix it, so I did. Now I have to wait 48 hrs for the change to get to asurion. This will make it 5 days to do 1 claim for 1 phone. I'm beyond frustrated, this is anything but simple and easy. This is a nightmare.

I brought my phone in because the outter screen on my Z-fold was shattered. I spoke with Jennifer in tge Grand Prairie, TX location. She was extremely helpful, efficient, and professional. She kept me updated when they ran into an issue with the screen and it needed to be ordered. Once the part was in, it was fixed in no time. The phone looked brand new.
I texted the chat support to find out why the online system wasn't allowing me to finish processing a claim for my guitar. The chat support representative was immediately available and responded to my answers/questions immediately. Consequently, my problem was resolved very quickly. They completely exceeded my expectations. Very pleasantly surprised.
My experience at AT&T was very good the service was excellent and the service was really really nice and they take care of my problem really quick and safe everything works excellent I would recommend people to do that always get insurance on your phone

I've used a Asurion for years and it never fails. If your Phone breaks, it will cost you immensely less than paying for a new phone. It's not an up front cost and you get a new phone within 24 hours.

I needed to file an insurance claim, the deductible I think was quite spendy, however, it was less expensive than replacing it.
