Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

Initially filed a claim because I lost my phone. Paid the required $189, got a confirmation number...no phone. Contacted the company 2 days later, finally got an agent who processed the claim, got the phone the next day. Great! Activated the phone. Everything looked good. Decided to Doordash and Uber, then the problem starts: ABSOLUTELY NO GPS! Verizon techs stated the internal antenna has to be damaged. Reached out to Asurion, was told wait time was an estimated 3 minutes. As of this review, I have been on hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes, and have the screenshot to prove it...
The screen was fix fast. And works great. Was so happy to not have a cracked screen. Have had no problem with any setting of applications on my phone. Thank you very much

I bought the 4 year warranty for my hp office pro 8025e. Never thought I would use it. Used it today and customer service was so good. The printer had jammed and I could not solve the problem on my own. Customer service helped me resolve the printer jam. Now up and printing again!
I got a new phone and was unable to set up sim card myself so I tried the Chat service, Tia was wonderful, polite and the process was quicker than the wait time I was to have on a call. I will use this feature more now that I tried it.
It would save customers a lot of disappointment, wasted time, and frustration if it is communicated to them beforehand that the experts due to meet up with them at a specific time may be cancelled due to bad weather. Manage their expectations when customers try to make appointments for repair experts to meet them at their residential or business address to repair their device. I would recommend getting your broken device at a repair store contracted with Asurion instead of having a repair expert come to you.
Had questions in which were answered and was given the help over the phone and went very well. Easy peasy lemon squeeze!

My phone fell of the side of the couch and spider broke all over the screen. I use my fingerprint as my signature and I was not able to get into anything. I made my claim and within a couple of days someone came to my work. Took my phone, fixed the screen and then returned it to my front office. It was a wonderful experience and so much better then me going inside a store or having to send my phone off somewhere. Thank you for all of your help!
I always have a great service dealing with Asurion
Their system is way too automated. Hard to get to a real person. Took numerous calls to get to a real person. Even the ATT agent had difficulty getting through to them. The Asurion chat agent spoke broken English so it was difficult to communicate. An overall frustrating experience. But in the end I did get a replacement phone 3 days after reporting it stolen. Set up through Asurion was the same slow difficult process.

Technician & seals representative where very helpful and cordius, I came out very happy with there service.
Representative kept me informed of arrival. Once Representative arrived he was friendly and prompt with repair. The whole process from start to finish was easy.
Overall good experience, got a screen replaced, but had more issues, got them resolved the following day
