Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

I insured a $1,300 Samsung which i dropped and cracked the screen. After waiting 2 weeks, i was told they dont have any more of that phone but they could give me a.different phone of the same value. It turns out I was sent a phone that is $500 cheaper. I've had to go online everyday for this or that as well as call the claims department to be put on hold for 30 minutes to an hour each time. Tonight, no one picked back up. After 3 weeks, I still dont have the phone yet and I am still fighting to get it.
I chatted in to start a claim, John was able to find my plan thru my order number. He walked me thru what I needed to do, and he solved my problem. Thank you for nice experience.
Never seen such harassment for registering a product, and still not working on their website.
Never ever buying a protection plan from "Walmart", never knew it was a third party fraud company where the details from the bill of sale doesn't work.

My phone broke under your warranty. I paid the $99 for a replacement phone. Then I couldn't get it to activate, so I had to drive 25 miles to the Verion store to get it activated. Within a few hours the touch screen on the Motorola Z4 "you gave a rigorous inspection before sending" started acting like it had a mind of it's own. I called your support and the phone kept dialing other numbers. So I had to drive across town and use my nephew's phone because you do not have a live chat on the internet so I could use my laptop. I am now waiting for another replacement phone. This has left me without a phone for a week+. I was told I would have a replacement today, it's after 3:00 and I am still without a phone. I find this unacceptable. I am disabled and live alone, going without a phone isn't an option. I feel I should be compensated for this by refunding my $99.

I had an issue with how my phone was described it was incorrectly marked so they didn't have the part ready I had to go to another store about 40 minutes away both of the technicians Alex and the technician Roberto who fixed my phone were amazing! Roberto did not give me the runaround he handled the situation and fixed my phone screen. 5 stars
My Goggle Pixel 7 was fixed quickly and the staff was very helpful and friendly! It was easy to start a claim with my phone provider and then went to the store in Gurnee, IL to have my phone repaired. It only took about an hour to have it done and back working wonderfully! I would definitely recommend Asurion plans for insurance for my phone and any technical devices.
After spending an hour on the My Verizon app going in circles, I finally sent a chat to tech coach and they had the issue fixed within 5 mins. Thankful to have such great service just a text away.

This may be the easiest claim I have ever filed! Was putting off filing, even went and bought a new phone. At the store the representative told me to file a claim. This is what you pay insurance for. And guess what! It took 2 minutes to file and new phone received within 2 days. Kudos to this team.

Stuck in the middle a claim for my iPhone however I'm stuck because there's bad customer service and bad resources such as useless links blank pages. After coming across blank pages on my online experience I called for customer service to shortly after being told "I can't do anything on my end" along with 7 attempts of the representative sending me 7 useless links to my email now I'm stuck in the process of this claim with out the help of anything kind even after reaching out. I will unlikely finish my claim with this unreliable customer service and I highly recommend to never use this service even after paying for insurance for years and using this system
