I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I loved the experience they came to my home to fix my cracked phone screen under just 30 minutes. I set up an appointment online, they contacted me the day of service, showed up, and fix my screen outside of my home in a van.
It was great, Dustin at the AT&T store was great helped us out with options we could do for my phone.

This beet any expectations I may of had. It couldn't have been an easier process. I ordered a NEW phone. I suspected it was not new as it had been acting up after a year. I went to trade it in, and it is STILL listed to the first owner! They cannot figure out how to change to my name so they told me I have to file a new claim and CHARGED ME $99.00 for THEIR MISTAKE

They sent be a previously owned phone instead of a new one! I went to trade in my phone and Asurion still has it assigned to the first owner and they have NO way to correct it. I was forced to file a new claim and they charged me $99 to fix THEIR mistake.

I bought new phones, one of them the Sim card just refused to be recognized in the phone. Jessamae did everything from making an eSIM to trying to activate the physical card. This really was a pain but also not to stressful with Jessamae handling my issue.
I am about to go overseas and needed to have the security on my phone checked. I mean, I don't even know what I need, but my Tech Coach did and wasted no time in getting everything set up. Thank you SO much!

I purchased a Whynter portable A/C in 2020 which was my second unit. The first on lasted about 3 years and quit. I choose to purchase the Asurion 4 yr protection on the second unit. 3yrs and 11 months later my second unit went out. I figure i would be in for a fight and have to jump thru a ton of hoops. The whole process took about 10 minutes and went seamlessly. The person on the other end was extremely helpful. I felt that they were focused on how they could help me rather than how to avoid covering the warranty. I would highly recommend Asurion for warrantly coverage on any product. Thank you Asurion.

I've had a really rough patch of experiences with my fishing rods breaking by accident. I'm careful but on Kayaks as opposed to fishing hard on a bass boat it's just part of the process and things happen quickally on these little boats and accidents happen. Although I don't like to spend the extra money after purchasing a $79.00 to $200 dollar fishing Rod, it sure is worth it that I did! I had three rods replaced in 4 months and the process was almost painless! Asurion quickly resolved my issues and the gift card replacement funds came fast! I was able to fish my new products without missing a beat! Customer Service either via Text or by App on phone was Excellent! The process is smoothe and the Service Reps are professional! Thank you Asurion! I recommend this company and that others should use it to protrotect your investments in Fishing Gear and other products!

Yes.Advice to help customers. If customer uses the app hit the change screen button on the phone and not the back button when verifying who you are with Asurion as this will help you get your claim done smoothly. When you hit the back button to find the claim number you have to start process over.

Mhabel was able to resolve the issue I was having immediately. In addition, she (assumption based on name) introduced me to the Verizon Home Device Protection plan. She exhibited very professional skills presenting the plan, although I didn't purchase since I don't have any 'smart' devices. She was very professional, kind, and understanding.
My wife and I are going on an overseas trip and our grandson asked "We will still be able to FaceTime right?" Not finding an answer to confirm that we could, my recourse was use the virtual tech. It was a great experience and she answered guestions I did not even have. Great Job. Definitely worth using, thank you
My Chat Tech Support contact was Nicole. She was absolutely amazing. I want to hire her to work for me, she was so good. In spite of my phone carrier having a terrible automated system in place to help activate my new phone, she was able to work through each issue over chat with clear and easy to follow instructions. Nicole really showed that she cared about helping me and followed through until the issues were resolved. She needs to have an opportunity to train her peers on how to engage with your customers, as she clearly is a rock star at it herself.
I was hesitant about starting my claim due to the time frame I was going to be without my phone. When the option of at home convenience was given I was definitely hesitant. I thought there was no way they could repair my phone outside of an office, just like that. So the day of my appointment I did a tad bit of spring cleaning since I figured there was going to be a need for a work area and patiently waited. I received a phone call from the agent that gave me the time of when he were going to arrive and guess what? At the time given he arrived, he introduced himself, stated that there was no need for him to come inside my house because he was going to make the repairs inside his car. I thought...what? There was no way, so I let him see my phone expecting the worst. He looked my phone over and said okay it's going to be about 45 minutes and you also get a new battery. And so I waited...and approximately 45 minutes later I hear a honk, I go outside and to my surprise my phone was fixed...just like that.
I highly recommend to have insurance on any device, my problem was resolved in 1 day. And costumer service was excellent 👌🏻

My phone was broken front screen back and the camera lenses. I made a claim brought it to the repair tech went and watched a movie while he worked his magic and when the movie was done my phone was ready and looks brand new.
