Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
It was a great experience. Filled out my claim form online, replacement phone arrived the very next day. Backed up, reset and boxed up old phone and packaged with their instructions and took to the ups store. So easy and fast.

I smashed my inner screens while working on my car. I contacted Assurion on the website and started my return/repair of my phone. Had a follow up phone call to finalize the exchange. 2 days later the new device was here with clear instructions on the next steps. Labels, return packing, and how to down load and clear the old phone was included. Fast, easy, and friendly service all the was through. Very pleased.
If your carrying insurance thru them, stop and go thru someone else. Absolutely total hassle and there is no working with this company. I went all the way to corporate office and yet nothing could be done about the problem. I am dropping them and AT&T I'm going to a prepaid company.
This company will take your money and leave you in the wind when ya need them.
Total waste of money. And more importantly, your treated like your dollars didn't matter.

$100 protection on $400 item, printer tray broke almost immediately. They refused to cover it. They called it "physical damage" which isn't covered. Literally, nothing can be covered on a printer if it isn't physical damage. They offered to return the entire cost of the $100 protection 2.9 years in as an alternative after I contacted the state of Minnesota Attorney General office to report fraud. The state told me to pursue fraud allegations with the department of commerce and I plan to do so.

Today I submitted a claim to Asurion at the phone store. I provided all of my information and payment, and their website and the phone store said they would send someone "same day delivery and expert setup". The time window came and went. We had to keep our toddler up late in order to make that happen. After we called to ask them what happened, and after waiting half an hour and going through all the prompts and confirmation junk, they said that the claim did not go through, even though we have confirmation numbers by text and email. Now they say they will snail mail a replacement and it will take three more days, I will have to do the setup myself, and then I have to immediately send it back or I face a $300 charge. This on top of the monthly fees and $229 deductible. Terrible and inexcusable service.

My son had his phone stolen from his apartment and was in distress. He asked me to process a claim from his insurance company Asurion.
I contacted them online, completed the claim form, paid their standard fee for phone replacement, and they confirmed a two day shipment of a replacement phone directly to my son's address.

Busted iPad Pro! Walking home and my bags zipper must have fell and than I hear that sound. You know that my device hit concrete sound with a mix of cracking glass? Im a tattoo artists so my whole life of work is pretty wrapped up in the convenience of my iPad and I have work to deliver this weekend. Went to my Verizon app and the claim literally was done in a few minutes. So easy. My new device will be here tomorrow. Whew!
My experience was very smooth I didn't know what to do they really worked with me. My screen is fixed and my service is up and running. I would definitely recommend they are very friendly and really helpful.
Bought a Walmart speaker for $20. I got the extra protection which I never do for $3. After 6 months the place where you charge it had shifted down. Contacted asurion they had me take pics, write what happened. Their respond was we don't cover this. I was like I was told that almost all things were covered. They offered no extra help and I was very disappointed about being just dismissed. I will not get any extra coverage from them ever.

I have five boys and all of them have a device. In the past if they lost or broke their device I had to buy a new one at full price. Now, thanks to Asurion, I can replace their device with less money than before. This has help our family tremendously. Thank you for caring about your customers.

I dropped my phone at 3 am on 2/23 and by 5 pm 2/23 a technician was at my house replacing my glass. I live in the middle of nowhere and am surprised at the way it was handled.

Replacing my iPhone through Asurion was a very easy process and incredibly fast. Only issue was not having the ability to select the color of my replacement iPhone. You are just given whatever they have.
The chat feature was simple to use and my agent walked me through filing a claim. Waiting to hear back with the results but submitting the claim was extremely simple.
If you try to get them on the phone it is brain damage. When you then ask for a supervisor they cannot seem to find one and I was on the phone for 38 minutes. This is a scam. They said they shipped a new phone with UPS. I have the tracking number. Ups said they were here 3 times. My ring camera says that they (ups) were never here. By the way UPS delivered a different item that same day. I even went down the warehouse and tried to pick up my phone and ups says that they did not send it out today AND now they cannot find it. Imagine if you were out of a phone for 4 days... would you be happy? Would you at least expect to send a different phone? OR even get a supervisor on the phone after you have spent 2 days battling with ups? I think not. I even left a message for the CEO and I am certain that I will not get a reply. I will even retract this if he has the temerity to call me back. I guess they won't find him either. DO not waste you money on something like this.
