Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Do not purchase this insurance.
It's a total waste of money. They make it difficult to file a claim. Very hard to talk to an actual person. They are very quick to deny legitimate claims.
Totally regret paying for this for years only to have my first and only claim denied. Also the reason for denial (pictured below) is totally FALSE the device was covered.

Amazing service. Can't recommend them enough. They were lightening fast, gave me several options to replace or fix the phone and had it out to me is less than 14 hours on a Saturday. You want piece of mind? Get this service.
Wanted to update my phone but had a crack on the front screen, set up an appointment today and was done in about an hour. They were very nice and welcoming. I recommend them if you need your devices fixed.
I truly can say best phone ever used by AT&T than T-Mobile, Sprint, and Cingular Wireless. Best network and valuable price per month for phones and services. No sneaky added bill's to account that is unexpected throughout contract either. Very happy to come on board of 2023. Plus no drop calls traveling state to state as a truck driver.
The tech was amazing. He was kind and friendly. He drove about a little over an hour from his last job to get to mine and worked outside in the van. He was fast and did a great job from what I saw. He should get a raise! My son shattered the bottom of his screen and was perfectly repaired. I will be buying him a new full protective case to make sure that doesn't happen again though.
Most dysfunctional company I've had to deal with I make three different appointments for them to come exchange my phone. So that mean I had to take two days off of work(money out of my pocket) and they don't show up one time. Every time I called they said sorry that happened let's schedule another appointment and they promised they would come and yet what do you know no one shows up. After all of their horrible planning and not showing up they don't even compensate me for my troubles so not only do I have to miss time from work for nothing at all they still want me to pay for the thing they didn't even show ip for? I 12 phone was broken and was told that so would receive another I 12 at a costs of $125. Received replacement phone that would not even turn on…. Talked to Asurion rep who stated I would receive I 13 phone and because of inconvenience would have no costs for either phone. I was charged for I 12 phone which did no work. Called Asurion and was told even though I was originally told that there would be no charge that basically too bad, I would be charged…

Short and simple here. Lost a phone, took maybe 10 minutes to file a claim on the web, phone delivered the next day! No extra shipping costs, just paid the deductible. Kept informed via email as the replacement processed moved forward.

21 taking the time to read this please do not waste your time or money on asurion protection plans it is a waste of your time and money and they will not be there for you when you need your protection plan the most Allstate is the way to go tried and trusted time and time again I have twin boys and many things break they come through within one business day asurion however would like to play games with you and run you around in circles until you just give up or cancel your protection plan

After hours of dealing with these people i have encountered countless absurd conversation points and not been helped at all. They are asking me how my day is going while taking about 45 mins to get my email address correct. They are trying to sell me more insurance while offering me a 5 year old phone for 100$, after their website says they will replace it with a newer one. I cant believe how annoying and weird this customer experience has been. They will not repeat even the email i just told them back to me for 'security' but cant seem to spell it correctly. They are high security but very very low skill.

I purchased a volleyball from $#*!'s with a protection plan from Asurion, and when the volleyball deflated after two weeks of use, I naturally went to Asurion to talk to them about getting a replacement. I have never in my LIFE experienced more unhelpful customer service. Every time I went to file a claim, they told me that the ball was protected by Mikasa's manufacturer warranty. I called Mikasa. They don't have a manufacturer's warranty that protects balls after they've been used. I called Asurion. They sent me back to Mikasa. Again and again. When it finally looked like I might get a replacement volleyball, they sent me an email saying they're unable to fulfill my request. Save your money. Don't buy from this company.

I bought a refrigerator on Home Depot and filled a claim, but after 3 months they can't fix it and now because they don't comply with the contract they said that the problem was created by me. What a joke. Now I have to loose my time going to an lawyer to resolve this.

Unfortunately, we had two claims at the same time with different issues. As soon as we contacted Asurion we were greeted by a professional representative who answered all of our questions and completed the claims within 15 minutes. Our claim was processed quickly and within two days we were back up and running. Thank you for the professional and proficient service. Will recommend your company to others.
My daughter's IPhone needed a new screen. We scheduled an at home service call. Technician showed up on time was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. Had phone repaired in under 20 minutes.

Freshman college student had his 8 month old nearly new phone pick-pocketed. We'd been paying into Asurion for >5 years. We had an new (refurbished) phone within 4 days on a holiday weekend. Painless and easy.
Was set a replacement phone that didn't work. Waste 5 Hours of my day trying to get it to work at 2 different US cellular stores. Now I have to wait for another replacement. We will see how this goes.
