Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I have had to file multiple claims with Asurion and each time it has gotten easier. Filing the claim was smooth and seamless. Returning my damaged product was simple as they provide a return envelope. So easy!
I seriously wish I could give 0 stars. My replacement phone came broken. Customers service really sucks - long wait times, sound sketchy asking random other questions, tried to sell me even more crappy insurance, hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking a question, and didn't resolve any issues.

A good training program is the most important piece in a business's bag of tools. These employees were not only very knowledgeable but courteous and very helpful. We will return if/when we need repairs on our cell phones.
I needed help in making sure all information on old phone was removed before returning. The tech assistant promptly guided me thru the steps with easily understood instructions. A very appreciative experience.
I submitted a clam for a broken screen on April 24... received numerous requests to submit copy of drivers license (which should be illegal) and also documentation. After 5 days of back and forth with 4 or 5 representatives, the claim was denied because I had a 30 day waiting period. Really? No one could tell me that before?!?! Thanks for wasting my time!

Took over a week to get replacement. Haven't received yet. I called maybe 8 times, hung up on twice after 15 minutes. The deductible is more than the refurbished phone is worth. I'm not getting this awful insurance anymore, what's the point?
Broken phone and didn't want to deal with getting a new phone especially after finally paying it off. I wish there was an overnight option for replacement like back in the day. Or places that are open Mon-Sun.
Normally I don't get good customer service with this company, always feels like I'm talking to someone from another country! Hard to understand and make issues clear.
If they really monitor the phone calls, they would know It's not pleasant if you have to say What? Excuse me? Can you repeat that? 6-7 times in the first minute of the call!

Company is fast and responsive and super polite. But having issue getting claim on item resolved after 3 round with attempted repair. At this point need refund because I have to replace the substantially broken item either way.
My husband and I went in to get his phone fixed. We were told it was going to take 2-3 hours for the repair. It took less than an hour. Everyone was super friendly. This place gets busy and it's clear it's because of how amazing the staff is.
This is the cost effective protection policy for your purchase. Claim process are easy and little question asked with fast claim reimbursement. I purchased warranty every time when I buy any electronic items since those things will go out before you know it.

Shattered screen, not functioning, $29 deductible, same day service, 2 hours, brand new screen/shell, didn't have to backup or transfer anything. Highly recommend.

Every time I've dealt with Asurion, they have been so professional and made my problem disappear. It's great to know they are always available. Either by phone or text, they're available. I cannot say one negative word about them.
That was the easiest and most pleasant return experience ever. Way better than Allstate or any other warranty company I've ever had to deal with. I now just remembered I used them once before when my phone screen cracked while on vacation. They came to my location and replaced it on site, (in their vehicle), the same day. So to confirm, they are consistently awesome. Today Ryan was super profession and I could feel his positive and helpful energy through the texting. Great job Asurion!
Whether it is replacing something that has broken or answering my technical questions, I can count on Asurion to come through for me. Service is always, quick, thorough, and positive. They have some of the best employees possible. I highly recommend them for all technical repairs.
The service has been excellent with friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Unfortunately I purchased a poorly designed clothes dryer by GE. The issue is ongoing so this second "fix" is likely to be temporary.
Bought 2 policies on 2 bikes. Paid $100 for insurance. Took the bikes back a year and a half later to get a simple tune up on each - $120 dollars worth of service.
We've now submitted 8 forms to the company, generated 4 claims, been denied twice, contacted customer support twice, and our bikes are still sitting at $#*!'s over a week later.
Would never recommend this service. Parts aren't even included in the insurance repairs- it's terrible coverage, which you'll never be able to redeem based on their impossible process.
Save yourself the headache and just pay out of pocket if you need repairs. The insurance likely won't cover anything major anyway.

Purchased insurance for instant cameras bought as Christmas gifts on Amazon last year which stopped functioning. Contacted Asurion about it and very pleasant and helpful customer service people I spoke with, resolved issue for me. Also needed to use chat when shipping label failed to print correctly and that also worked well without issue. What a great group of people! Buy the insurance!

I contacted tech support via laptop, and Laura walked me through different steps to reset and restart phone for an hour. Laura was polite, attentive and professional throughout entire time, and sure enough we were able to fix the issue. I cannot say enough good things about Verizon Sales and support, and that's why my family have been loyal customers for nearly 20 years.
