“Easy walk-through w/ AT&T store help”

Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

I always hate going through warranties because most companies would make you jump through loops to complete it; for obvious reasons. Not Asurion! You can tell that this companies hold true to their mission and goal about warranty, super easy process to make a claim! Fast response time on results! And no additional information was needed they saw that it was within the guidelines of the warranty and reimbursed the money I spent almost three years ago! (Check with your warranty policy for specific years). I am definitely a happy camper! My first successful warranty reimbursement without having to call them directly and express my frustrations! I will definitely be purchasing warranties on my items if it's backed by this company.

About time we [consumers] have a company that we can understand & that can understand our needs for our electronic devices. This world has become dependent on phones and when they break or get stolen we have to act fast & Asurion understands that. Their claim process is fairly easy to file and usually have your replacement in a day or two...

Purchased a PlaySation4 thru Amazon and added the Asurion 3 year protection plan just for peace of mind, even thinking I would never need it.
Well, very glad I did now as I have just recently had an issue with it. I chatted with Abigail, explained the problem and she jumped right on it after I referenced her the information she needed.
Less than 5 minutes later I had a pre-paid shipping label in the email in box for the items return for repair or replacement at no further charge to me.
Now how easy is that!
Easy enough that if it needs a plan to cover issues after the manufacturer warranty runs out I won't be without one from Asurion. Well done!

Asurion has become a non-functioning company. The promised cracked cell phone screen repair where they come to you seems to no longer exist. My son & I have our AT&T phones insured through Asurion, and it used to work in past years. No longer. Try calling their service number, and you will try to speak to outsourced agents in a noisy shop who have bad phone reception, and after you give them your information, they cannot help you, and put you back on hold for someone else to pick up. Nothing at all can be accomplished except to raise your blood pressure and waste your time on hold. Hopefully a visit to an AT&T store will get this phone repaired, but after that we'll be looking for a competent phone service with real insurance.

We dropped my two-year-old laptop off at the UPS store Monday night and it was back in my hands - good as new with a replacement screen and keyboard -Friday afternoon! Better not need your appliance anytime soon when you call for a repair under the Asurion warranty contract. Two days of online forms and phone calls finally getting the name of an appliance repair shop to find it would be 2 weeks before they could get out. No effort to speed up the process.

I've had 2 Asurion phones and they're 2/2 on breaking within months of use. Both have been battery issues. One of their subsidiaries called "U break I fix" even told me that the Asurion batteries are far worse than the actual iPhone battery

The total experience was excellent. I've previously purchased an extended warranty on a tv from a 'club' store and had nothing but problems that resulted in a total loss because of them being customer unfriendly, demanding, and expecting the customer to spend more rather than backing up their product.
I hesitated even filing this claim due to that bad experience. What a pleasure dealing with this company. My friends and family have been notified of the differences and I highly recommended Home Depot to all. Thank you for your excellent customer friendly service.

Nothing could have went better and I do not regret my purchase of my warranty plan at all. I usually don't get appliance warranties but did because our refrigerator was expensive but still ended up having an issue and Asurion had my back big time on this, super satisfied on the repair that had to be done.

Asurion, made filing my claim very easy, and the fact that they come out to my residence to bring my new device and help set it up is why I gave them 5 stars! It is such a convenience to be able to sit in the comfort of my home and do the switch out. I don't feel rushed or like I'm making other people wait because something isn't working during the transfer and what not. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable, helpful, and stayed in contact with us on when he would be there, and when he was on his way. Overall great experience.

They are deliberately unhelpful. The website is an absolute mess, the staff will sooner hang up on you then answer a simple question pertaining to the services being paid for monthly. I have been run around for 5 days now! I finally got past the review and was told a phone was sent. TWO DAYS LATER still no tracking number and never received a single email of confirmation. I will be immediately cancelling this as soon as I get my probably refurbished phone. A total waste of money.

Always a fun time when you have to contact them several times to figure out if your claim goes through... prices have went up on the deductible... and worst of all they use the worst delivery company... UPS... overnight delivery's are two plus days... and it's costs a ton... dropped this garbage this morning. Happy thanksgiving!
