Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Not being very tech savvy, Michelle was very kind and helpful. She took the time to get us through the set up process and has the patience of a saint to wait for us to follow her lead. I can't say enough good things about the help from Michele, but just know that someone really appreciates her. She did an exceptional job getting us started.

Even worse then Verizon. I will continue to leave a negative review until i can get someone to talk to me on fixing my phone. Day one took 5 hours for a service i pay for and still still nothing now we are on day 2 and i have already talked to 4 people in less then an hour. All these reps do is pass you to the next guy or transfer me to the automated system that is not working. Even the Verizon reps tried with no success. Very bad service.
I had the best experience ever in speaking with Asurion Home+ this morning. The agent truly went above and beyond helping me without even knowing i was a first responder here in Oregon overseeing the fire clean up and recovery efforts, already a lil stressed at being over 3,500 miles from my family for such a long time. After speaking with her, i felt relieved
What a horrible, horrible company. Took 3 months to even get to the replacement stage. THEN they charge you a "service fee" of 200.00? Agents were rude, spoke as robots, never answered any questions, hung up, made broken promises, the list goes on. I will NOT be purchasing this protection again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know. Shame on you Asurion.

We live in mid west and had some storm come though and knocked 2 of our tv's out and an Xbox that was connected. I called to see if the coverage would apply to these items. We attempted to trouble but nothing would great. They sent me a brand new tv, on one and the other someone came out and fixed very satisfied with result!
Showed up service rep had me check with att on insurance diagnosed problem helped me file the claim, told me 2 hrs it would be ready. I left maybe a hr later got email it was done, phone is as good as knew! Great knowledgeable service!
Over the last couple of days I have been working on two different claims for two iPad Pro's. I'm pretty hard on my stuff. I'm going out of my way to write this review somewhere to tell the world because I think I hung up before I could leave my review There are two people that I worked with that stand out in my mind as excellent in customer service. We all know great customer service in August 2023 is a rare treat. James (Bond?) in Manila Philippines was outstanding. I am told the sand is amazing there. Regardless, he sailed through my new iPad activation, and helped me sort out the Sim card situation that I had backwards. He wasn't breaking a sweat to do it. It seemed effortless how he sorted out my iPad. He had an easy charm and a quick wit. I also worked with Susan. She propelled me to the next stage of this process swiftly and with great cheer. This is an insurance company that actually processes claims when you have an issue. The process is pretty simple, and they don't look for every reason possible to deny your claim. I'd definitely recommend them for anything you need protection on!
Assurion sent me an email prompting me to rate the battery life in my phone. Once it was complete I was prompted to set up an appointment to have my battery replaced with no deductible. It was quick, easy, and satisfying!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Bill who answered all of my questions about my device replacement (Z Fold 3). He was very knowledgeable, and even provided his professional opinion based on his experience. This helped save time and efforts regarding my particular situation (hinge issues are almost never covered under Samsung's warranty). He also informed me about the possibility of getting same day replacement and suggested I complete the claim process first thing in the morning to get the device that day.

This company is by far one of the worst I have come across. I was hung up on multiple times, there was a lack of communication within the claims, and I waited so long to receive my new phone. I could not even get in contact with anyone to figure out if my claim has went through, and the website does not help at all. The only man who helped me was named KIM. Thank you KIM, appreciate you.
It was a struggle all day setting up my new phone. Now I needed a PUK code? I still don't know what that means. Technology, has become to much. I didn't think tech coach asurion would be helpful, but I was very wrong.
Not a single individual became rude, impatient and most importantly, no one gave up. The problem solving, knowledge, direction, each step, if it wasn't resolved, I felt, they had a different idea. I was impressed, they were not giving up. It was a very positive experience.

Worst company ever for what they do. Can't get a phone to my door, don't understand their own processes. Cancelled a delivery not once but three times due to system 'issues'. Been 6 weeks and counting can't get a cracked screen fixed. It's pathetic. Will be cancelling once I suffer through their broken process.

I called about various issues with my fridge. The technician came out to assess and then returned as expected fixed everything in a timely fashion and also ordered another motor for the ice maker just in case the day that it no longer functions because they do eventually give out. Got my replacement phone activated had a little bit of an issue getting it to realize it was on a network but everything else went smooth and this was just a minor blip. Andrew stuck with me and offered to hang around while i called the number to get further assistance but at that point, everything started working. Quick, easy, and very helpful staff.

They came to my home and took a look at my broken washer and told me we will be back in 1 hr with the replacement part and it's been a week and have not heard anything after! Who does that?! Horrible customer service!

Sat Way was very knowledgeable, professional, excellent work cohesiveness, neat, meticulously measured necessary things, and explained and allowed me to practice. A wonderful company respectful of time in the home. Sat Way is highly recommended.
Unreliable. No follow-up. Don't keep scheduling commitments. And repair guys are untrained to work on sophisticated machines. They sent a teenage boy to my home that didn't know how to take the lid off the washer. Oh and NO supervisor or escalation process in place.
