“Liars, never-ending layoffs, no clear plan.”

Management do not have the right skills or qualifications to lead and the company is doing badly financially. Huge amount of layoffs in a year is bad enough. People are tired and many feels psychologically unsafe. The product is really not that great either. If you are thinking of joining this company, you need to be prepared for a surprise exit.
