Lovely clothes as expected, Delivered within the time. If you got damaged clothes they refund you. I found one item broken however after that refunded me and their communication is very prompt in relation to resolving any issue.
When i contacted patpat regarding a missing item, they said they can't do anything about it and apologised for it. No refund nothing at all. Not recommended
Wow i have just found my new shopping place for my baby... i just loved the clothes. They are fresh, they look fantastic, good prices.
I have made 2 orders and also purchased plenty of clothes for my baby on patpat.
Soon i will place new order... just one suggestion is that the delivery was late, cant wait that long for products to be delivered and use. Hopefully next time i will get it sooner that expected...

Getting ready for the new season and events, Patpat made everything possible. Delivery came on time for my nieces first birthday. CLOE is an amazing customer service consultant.

Samuel helped fixing the order issues by going extra miles. He spoke to backend team and fixed the issue as well as shared confirmation email on defined timelines. Kudos.
My order was late so they contact me first before I did. They offer me refund and even after a month I received that they charged nothing even on my request to repay. That is why I am writing this.
