I bought 4 Air Purifiers from AugienB. Two of them showed a defect within a few months. They make a noise like an old vacuum cleaner. AugienB's reply was: "We are just the retailer, we do not repair products. Try to disassemble the product yourself or go to a local repair shop." I asked what type & size screwdriver I would need to do this, but they didn't even know that much! Despite their own words: "If you are dissatisfied, please don't leave a bad review, but get in touch and we will do our utmost to solve the issue." Obviously, these are just idle words.
