They took $1099 from me over the phone for a new web site and delivered nothing. I got totally scammed. When I asked for the money back they said, 'yes sure' but it was a lie and I never got my money back and they ignored my emails and phone calls ever since. Now I'm in the process of going through the legal system to get my money back and stop them from scamming other people. DON'T trust them and keep your money, you are guaranteed to be ripped off

They are really nice on the phone until they trick you into buying their fake services onlineand handing over your credit card details and when they don't deliver on their promise and you ask for your money back, they first lie to your face on the phone that your money is being refunded and when you follow up, they suddenly stop taking your calls and ignoring your emails. WHAT A SCAM!! They should be shut down by the ACCC.
I started my website with aussiewebsite.com.au and was told one price and as it went on they kept asking for more and more money.
The agreement was a set price and I made no changes so was very angry to hear they wanted more money.
They became very rude when I told them I would not pay any extra and then they said they would hold my website, domain and emails to ransom.
I could not take this anymore so decided to leave aussiewbsite.com.au and lost my money.
Be aware of them and don't make the same mistake I did.
