This company is NOT run by Australians at all. Dodgy! No office. You will be told to collect car from "agent". There will be no sign, just an address in suburbia. You will be told to wait then days later charged a "late fee" of more than AUD $100.00. The worst part is yet to come... they will try to take the $5000. 00 deposit you had to allow on your credit card. When you drop the car off at the "agent" - again no office; no sign will say all is ok then... days later when you are nowhere nearby an aggressive South African will call & make up some "damage" caused by you. It will be 24 or 48 hrs later. He will tell you that, just by chance, the damage is exactly the $5000. 00 (yes five thousand dollars!) deposit you allowed on your credit card in good faith then say "That's it; no discussion!" & hang up. Guess what? If we don't get every cent of our $5000 back we are going to the ACCC. This is NOT a lawless country. I'll keep you posted everyone.
