Australian Flag Makers

Australian Flags were great with expedient shipment but the Carrier was 4 Days late in delivering. Advised a 14/11/2023 delivery but only achieved a 18/11/2023 delivery!

I was unable to pay via my credit card but did eventually get there by paying using paypal. Very fast response to my payment issue. Responded over the weekend. Very positive experience dealing with these guys.

Hate computers and anything to do with online, but took the leap and ordered 3 flags. The sewn Australian flag and 2 state flags. All brilliant quality. Delivered quicker than i had anticipated.

Great customer service, I made a mistake in address in order, quick phone call from company and the problem was fixed. Haven't seen flag as yet as was present for my son in law who seemed very pleased with the flag, will see it at Christmas.

I was directed to your store from a old car forum. I'm glad your flags are Australian made and this is why I bought them. I want to hang the flags in my garage so that's the reason for low grade.

Quite easy and happy to get a new flag, so close in proximity to where we live Sunshine Coast. Amazing service! Could not be happier. Flag is perfect, lots of neighbours commenting how nice it is. The Flag required for our needs was available and priced very reasonably. It will be flown proudly at our business premises.

Delivery time exceeded my expectations. I figured three or more days, but I received our Flag within two business days.

Smooth process from quote to final delivery. Ordered a custom designed 2.5 m x 2.5 m flag. It was produced exactly to specification & the printed colours were just as they said they would be in the proofs provided prior to printing. Would definitely use this supplier again!

The courier company took too long for what should be "express post". I paid for the convenience of not having to drive and pick it up yet it took 3 days to arrive.

Like the detail and especially the short video explaining the benefits of your special cloth. However, the plastic clip broke on the second use. Difficult for my elderly father-in-law to use. We have replaced the plastic clips with sprung carabiner hooks. This would obviously add a little to the cost, but would make a better offering for your customers. Pretty sure they'd pay an extra dollar-ish for hooks like that. Maybe as an optional extra.

Good. Have used this site for orders in the past but have forgotten password, response was - email address incorrect, despite receiving emails from your company. Checked out as a guest. Hopefully service is as good as it was.

Quick and easy to order and delivery from Brisbane to Melbourne in 24 hours was exceptional. Can't fault the service or the product. We have gone back for a special design flag as a result of this great service.

The only small complaint I would make is that I was advised that delivery would be by courier, who apparently just delivered it to my local PO (rural area). This is quite ok (in fact I prefer it that way) but it would have been good to received a text from the courier to advise this was going to happen instead of me waiting around for the courier to arrive.

Really happy with the quality, my client compared the new flag to their old one, you could see the extra stitches and the sleeve just felt more steady.
As a trade customer it makes a great selling point being able to show the better quality.
