Looks good, efficient! Maybe the flag needs additional clips as we all do not have a traditional flagpole. We display the flag along the rail of our verandah and it needs additional attachment points, thanks.

Easy ordering experience
Order arrived very quickly however now need to get clips to attach to the flagpole rope to be able to hoist the flag - did not realise they would not be enclosed. A note re the requirement of necessary attachments as part of the ordering process would have been useful as I have never hoisted a flag!

Delivery of flag was prompt BUT description was misleading when it states that 2750mmx1375mm flag includes rope and clips and at this price you would assume that it refers to rope & clips for flag pole. Unfortunately I've now discovered otherwise and am unable to hoist my new flag! This company doesn't even sell this! Very disappointed.

Hi, the clips on the flag are a little different from the additional clips I ordered, therefore they catch a little and are not smooth when connected. I suspect a slight moulding alignment issue with the flag clips is adding some problem. A little filing has partly solved the problem.

Delivery time was outstanding and the Flag itself is perfect for what is was purchased for. A scout troop expedition flag.

This is my first time having to contact a flag maker for a college flag. It is the first time I ever considered AFM, but I do not regret it. The customer service is excellent. Ben Beazley kept in contact with me and kept me up to date with all the correspondence. I must admit that I was indeed a bit frantic and very concerned. But Ben put the worries at ease and did an outstanding job. Have already given recommendations to family and friends and work colleagues. Fast and easy ordering system. I purchased 3 flags. The aboriginal flag did not arrive with the plastic clips sewn into the flag so I had to use cable ties to fit the (supplied) clips to the flag loops.

My Husband ordered flags in January 2018 and the process today was just as easy and quick. The flags we ordered were delivered really quickly, we will use Australian Flag Makers again and highly recommend them.

Good information all queries addressed on web site ease of purchase. Excellent company to deal with live in country NSW ordered on Friday lunch time in PO BOX Monday morning. Cannot fault this Australian company in any way.

The web site is easy to navigate and the ordering process is very quick.
The flag is made to a standard that rivals the best flags I saw in my 40 tears in the RAN/RAAF.
It arrived the next day after placing the order, I was impressed and very happy, as I had raised the flag pole earlier that day.

The website is easy to use and the checkout process straightforward. However, I feel your shipping costs are too high. The flag I purchased weighs only 400g according to the website and would definitely fit into a 500g Australia Post satchel which costs around $10.25 (Express Post) against your charge of $14.19.

I have used Australian Flag Makers for a few years now and purchased both custom flags and Australian Flags. The flags have been of high quality and the design work for the custom flags has been excellent.

Very easy, although I thought I only ordered 1 as it said quantity 1and when I got parcel there was 3 flags. When it said x3 I thought it was the quality, not 3 flags. I have rang the company was very happy with who I spoke to and have returned 2 for refund. The delivery was very fast and I would order from them again. Julie Cole
