I have ordered parts from them in the past and waited a long time to get them, but at the price should have expected that. Had to pick up parts from Greyhound station which was not very convenient but parts were painted very nicely and fit great. I had to order another part so i did go to the same site and this time the parts came to my door! IT only took 7 days for them to arrive. Very happy and will use them again

I've now had the bumper on for a month now went to wash it and the high pressure has blown OFF the clear coat.

Don't use them. Total rip off. I waited for months to get my order now 6 months later it's still not right. They don't answer phone calls, the lady who answers after hours of waiting hangs up on you, nothing gets resolved ever. The worst service ever.
Try calling the number on the website no one will answer and it will ring until it hangs up. Good luck on getting an issue resolved with no customer service. Also try to email them and see if they respond. I doubt it. Would not recommend that anyone use a business that is run like this.
The absolute worst company to deal with ever! The reviews of customer service hanging up on you are correct or putting you on hold until you just give up. Also, the manager is never there nor is the boss. These people should have their business closed. Still waiting on my parts and it has been a month. Do not use this company! Can not even cancel my order because there is always an excuse. The absolute worst.
I ordered a painted hood for my BMW on September 1st. They advertised it takes 15 business days for them to ship the product, which they never shipped. They gave me the run around everytime i called. Full of excuses. They never even processed my order. I waited almost a month till i finally asked for a refund. The way they conduct business is unprofessional and no integrity. I rather pay full price at my local body shop then to deal with them again. Beware if you intend to do business with them.
Ordered new rear bumper for my 2000 Monte Carlo. Paid for the painting service to have it painted the same color as the original. (cars color) Well, for some unknown reason they only painted about 2/3 of it and left the bottom portion unpainted. To make a long story short; I tried to work out getting at least half my money back, so I could get it finished painted, locally. Well, I didn't get any response back no matter how I tried to communicate my proposition, as it were. So; since there customer service is a abysmal joke, I had to go locally and get the bumper finished out at extra expense. With that, I assure you I will never use them again. I'll see them go out of business first.

Thought I'd write an update on my Friday review. Bottom line is after three months of fighting and reporting this company to the BBB of Illinois, I finally gave up. I never received the part I ordered nor a refund. This turned out to be $190 lesson learned. I hope for your sake you are reading these reviews before placing your order.
After six weeks of waiting and numerous irritating phone calls with them, which by the way this company has the rudest customer service agents that I encountered in my whole life.
They act like they are doing you a favor!
To start out with the part (Bumper cover) does not fit properly on my 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT 392.
To no surprise looking at the $#*!ty part quality which by the way was supposed to be "CPA" quality component the color doesn't match as well and the part is full of orange peel as well.
Also the edges of the bumper cover show the black bottom of the part.:-/
I feel like I burned $700.00.
Don't buy from them because there handling time sucks besides the overall abysmal part quality and craftsmanship.

Simply, put the orders, a week after a cancellation email due to out of stoke, after a month received the parts, they excepting me to wait 40 days shipping from IL to MO. Submitted a refund and return they changed me for both shipping. If you dont want go through the same BS just stay away from them.
I wished I had read the reviews before I bought a part from this company. Tried to call no one ever picked the phone. Tried to get a RAM to send back a part on the website. Kept telling me not all fields complete. Just gave up. That's what they want you to do. Will never do business with this company. The part probably sucks anyway s.
This business should be shut down by the Attorney General of Illinois. I ordered a front bumper, complete with year, model and Vin number for the car. I received a bumper for another year and model. I called them and essentially told where to put the bumper, not on the car. I disputed with the credit car all to no avail. They could care less about doing the right thing, use them at your own risk, you have been warned!
Ordered a painted black fender filler panel, package arrives and panel is a plastic grey.
Called company and received the run a around. Told that black means it is actually grey and they were surprised when I requested a return. I was told, 'You want a return for a $34 dollar part?"
This is the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Their customer service is nonexistent. I would NEVER purchase from them again. I ordered a bumper cover that arrived with broken plastic and the paint was done incorrectly. They shipped this part in a box without ANY labeling that said fragile, handle with care, or this side up. They refuse to let me speak with a manager and are refusing to return my money. They are blaming the company that shipped the product, even though there was no way possible for the shipping company to have known what was inside or how to handle it. It was not even padded with anything. I would avoid this company at all cost. I had to order the part from someone else and am now out $800 2 weeks before my wedding. I have never had a company refuse to let me speak with a manager. Please avoid this company at all costs!
I WISH I had read reviews prior to ordering. My experience could not be any worse. I could go on at length, but it's just too long. HORRIBLE experience from beginning to end. Lies, deception, fraud... you name it. End result, no part, and I've YET to receive a refund... can only cross my fingers at this point. Looks like I'm out about $100.00 bucks. Thank God it wasn't more. The site LOOKS legit, but it's a total scam. Do NOT do business with these people. The lies and deception are so outrageous, you have to laugh, or you'd go mad. Ex... my barely english speaking customer service rep, "Martha" (can you believe that) told me 3 lies, IN THE SAME CONVERSATION! That's if you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone. ZERO e-mail replies to repeated inquiries. Not ONE!
Ordered kia bumper cover at a reasonable price. Picked it up at the shop. Paint color was a perfect match. It was a chore to remove old one and install new one. But the new cover was a perfect match making installing it fairly easy. Give company 5 stars for fine product, fair price, and professional service.
Take a look at Yelp and BBB and you will lots and lots of people who were conned by these thieves.
Con artists. Buyer beware. They will send you anything just to make the transaction appear to be legit, but when the part arrives it is going to be the wrong part or damaged. I assume they go to the junk yard, grab any part they can find that is close to what you ordered and then ship that damaged part to you. I immediately disputed the purchase, cancelled my credit card and got a new card. Luckily these con artists are playing the small con and not risking going to prison by running credit cards.

This place should be outlawed, if I lived close to them I would go over and kick their butts, they say it takes them 2 to 4 days to process your order and will be at your door in 5 to 10 days, yea right, its been a month and they just put you on hold when you call and will not call you back. STAY AWAY from this crooked place.

Ordered a painted hood, bumper and fender. Bumper arrived with a small dent. Fender had two small dents and the hood... much bigger dent. The paint was not the best but for an older car that I was repairing, thought not to big a deal but yeah, I think I'm stuck with the damaged parts.
I ordered a Bumper Cover and they shipped me the wrong one. I paid $575.00 and they screamed at me like it was my fault. I asked them for a RMA so I could return it and they hung up on me. I am disputing it with the credit card company. I just hope that you read this and you wont be throwing your money away. They should be shut down!
I have made two separate orders with this company. One in March 2019 and one in Aug 2019. First time I ordered my credit card had numerous transactions that have tried to go through from all over the country. Second time I got a brand new credit card and this was the first and only purchase made with it. Then I had a dozen transactions from all over try to go through, anything from Netflix to dominoes pizza. Some piece of $#*! from that autobodyparts.com stole my info and used it or sold it!
Two dented fenders and the worst paint jobs ever and i still dont have a fender that fits right. They buffed through the paint and sent it to me anyway. I could have did a better job fixing the dented fender i had and painting it with rattle cans. They wont return calls or give refunds.
I am retired and live in Nevada and also spend time in Denver. I am a snowbird who makes lots of purchase with the same card and some go to NV and some go to Denver depends on where I am at. I attempted to make a purchase via this site and was advised that that is not there company policy and was also advised that it was bank policy as well. Called my bank to check and was advised that that is not bank policy. Ultimately I called the bank to cancel. Don't do business with this company if you want to be treated like s()#t. They dont care who you are or how much you spend. Worst experience ever!
I wish I would have read some of the reviews before I purchased as you can see in the pics the parts arrived damaged I had to have all parts wet sanded and buffed and had to pay to have the hood repainted I called them they said they would send me a check for 400.00 on 6-29-2019 to help pay for the repairs I have called multiple times since and just get the run around I will never do business with them again
STAY AWAY from this place. SUPER SHADY BUSINESS. Wont return emails can never talk to a manager or owner 8 times I called never a manager. Painted hood color doesn't match & has tons of debris in finish. Cant refund you or credit you. Your basically stuck with garbage.
Got the cover it fit perfect. Was very pleased with the service. Will consider using this company again
