The purchasing process went pretty good. I felt like I got the cover at a decent price. The only concern I had was when it showed it had shipped via FedEx, but FedEx tracking showed they had never received the package. I found out the shipping info was supplied by the manufacturer, Undercover! A few days later it showed up at my house, delivered by Pilot, not FedEx. Overall, I'm satisfied with the transaction! The cover was easy to install, about 2 hours, and it fit perfectly!
I bought a set of Cover King seat covers from here, they came made incorrectly, the centers were seriously crooked on both seat back and bottoms, After a bunch of back and forth emails I had to wait for them to contact Cover King and their response was to "just pull them a little" instead of sorry your seat covers were made by a drunk blind guy. Sent them back only to get jerked around by having to deal with different people each time, finally got a refund minus $67.39 unknown fees, although they say no restocking fee if the parts are wrong. Seriously, these guys are scumbags, and Cover King has garbage quality and bad customer service as well. Avoid buying here like you avoid getting herpes.
I recently purchased a car bra "Le Bra" for my 2010 Camry. Within less than 3 months, I noticed 2 uniform rips on the front of the bra. Needless to say, I was not happy as I had owned an identical product for this car and it lasted 5 years. I contacted the customer service dept of Auto Accessories Garage. Even though the period I had to return the item expired, the product itself has a 12 month warranty. AAG offered to file a claim with Le Bra on my behalf and basically handle the entire process. I am very happy! Also, their online chat and phone customer service reps are great. It took them less than a minute to find my order. I highly recommend Auto Accessories Garage!
I read that other reviews said the matt hooks were not in the correct place. Mine fit nice and tight. Very pleased with the product! Wish the 3D had a cargo mat?
I purchased a Encore Tonneau Cover in late may. It was delayed a couple days due to Covid-19. Shortly after I ordered, and before my unit was shipped, the item went on sale. At my request, the price was adjusted, and I received a $99 credit. The cover arrived in good condition.
I ordered a Tonno-Pro Cover LR-6001 for my Honda Ridgeline, the product arrive in under a week. The price was great for what I wanted to pay. I am 70 years old and it took me about 90 minutes to install counting breaks and talking with my neighbors. I could not be happier with both Auto Accessories Garage and the product. Looks great and serves the purpose I bought it for.

Tonno-Pro Truck Bed Cover
After ordering from AAG I read the reviews and buyers remorse set in. With the majority of reveiws showing a negative response I was expecting the worse. The exact item I searched for on the internet through various sources had prices of $159.00, $151.00, Lowe's $119.00 and AAG $99.00. I purchased on 9/17/20 and received the item I purchased on 9/25/20 from AAG. Very happy with AAG and the price was unbeatable. I speak for myself and until they do me wrong if they have the lowest price for the same item they have my buisness.
Would not recommend doing business with this company. Ordered an exhaust kit for my 65 Chevy. The site specifically asks the yr. Make and model of the vehicle as well as the type of exhaust you want. I thought this was a good thing, expecting to get something pretty close to a correct fitment.
First of all, it took forever to come. Over 3 weeks, when I emailed them they apologized and said it wad being custom made.
When it finally came the box was so flimsy that it was crushed during shipping, and all the contents were just piled in the box with a bit of paper on top. Nothing was wrapped or packaged for shipping.
I emailed them and they offered to help if anything was damaged, but I had been waiting so long that I decided to take a chance and proceed hoping that the installation would go better.
This exhaust was anything but custom made, HEAVY, HEAVY, HEAVY modification required. This exhaust was no where near custom made, not for my vehicle.
Date of this writing, I have yet to call the company because its Sunday, not sure its worth the complaining to the company at this point. I did read some other not so good reviews, I should have listened.

I can vouch for all the negative reviews here. I've had a defective product for over a month now and I'm having a nightmare replacing the product. "Kathy" from returns does not know what the hell shes doing. I've been told I had to wait 30 days for the replacement product to be back in stock and i was just told i needed to wait ANOTHER 60 DAYS... Cannot get a refund and im stuck with a defective product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR LEARN THE HARD WAY!
This place is nothing more than a PHONE BANK of order takers. Their website appears like a retailer but they stock NOTHING. Products they sell you can order direct from companies listed and get HONEST shipping estimates & WARRANTY. AAG won't warranty. Avoid these folks at all costs.
I ordered a snowplow, mounting kit and plow lights in late Sept 2021. After being lied to with multiple excuses it took the help on Minnesota and Illinois Attorney Generals office to get a refund in late November.
Purchased window guards WeatherTech from this dealer came in the mail FedEx July 10th all broken all shattered called customer service and spoke to Lance and Lance said it would take 72 hours for their returns department two processes which is ridiculous then I was told life happens so here I am July 15th back and forth correspondence and no tracking number no new weather guards sent them pictures did all their instructions and crickets
Order began on 9th of December, 2020... after shipping WRONG product, returned, AAG sent email that product not returned. Provided UPS proof and name... FOUND PRODUCT... I ask for REPLACEMENT... AAG "SAID" they began processing refund... LAST AGENT...(three so far) said will ship REPLACEMENT... didn't happen... need I say more? Will notify PayPal!

I ordered a Curt Hitch on 6/4 via Amazon from them. Per Amazon, they had one in stock and I would receive it between 6/13 and 6/19, which was perfect because I needed to install the hitch no later than 6/20 on my vehicle. I called them on 6/12 to ensure that it would be delivered on time as it had not shipped yet. I was told that I would not receive it until 7/13, that they did not actually keep any of these in stock but they were an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. I told them I was on Amazon and was looking at that hitch from them and it stated that it was "In Stock" and had a latest delivery date of 6/26, so how was this possible if the one I ordered on 6/4 wasn't in stock and couldn't be delivered by the promised dates. The only remedy they had for me was to cancel my order. I don't understand why a company would lie about something being in stock and promised delivery dates. They don't care at all about the needs of their customers and will say anything to get your order instead of you ordering from one of their competitors.
Dont weastyor money with this liyers, you can get the same products on ebay and amezon for way cheaper. Where you dont have to pay returned shipping abd a restocking fees. Bad place dont buy anything

I ordered a hitch 4 a 2016 Dodge promaster 2500 with a high roof, item# *******. They sent me a hitch # ******* for a KIA sorento. I called them and they said i orderd some other # and that this was a revised item that would fit, I checked, Not even close. When ordering #******* they had install instrutions PDF. AND THEY SHOWED A van identical 2 mine as the demo. They told me 2 take pics and show y it would'nt fit and 4 me 2 pay shipping back 2 them or keep it. The hitch i had ordered was$122. Somecents, $ 133.and some cents total. THE HITCH#******* costs considerably less. Check reviews on these peaple, UR wasteing ur time, they're not even trying 2 make it right, but they wil not pay for any returned item even when they screw up!
First off, be sure to check your items on your order confirmation. I KNOW that I ordered all AutoVentShade items but they sent a Good Year and a Stampede, one wasn't even for the right vehicle. I then wanted to send them back, but they were going to charge me for return shipping, and also charge me a restocking fee of 15%!
Well, to avoid the restocking fee, I ordered 2 other products for 2 other vehicles. I told them I wanted to go ahead and pay for the items so that I would get them sooner, but they messed that up as well. It took 3 weeks for me to get them.
On top of that, the shipping charges they were going to charge me were rediculous! 14 and 15 dollars a pc!
It took 4 calls to customer service the get all my refunds and return charges. At one point I had to ask for a supervisor to handle the call because the lady handling the call could not help me. Richard then handled the call and issued me 3 refunds, but I had to call again even after that because 1 refund had not been properly put through.
NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give no star I would. HORRIBLE. Purchased a Generac GP*******E - 17,500 Watt Electric Start Portable Generator, Model: 5735 online. Before completing the purchase, called the 800 number for orders to ensure that this product was in stock. They confirmed stock and pushed the purchase button. I made follow up phone calls to check on shipping and they said it was being "prepped for shipment". The next day I made another follow up phone call and they delayed the receiving date as they "were going to do a batch shipment" Today was I notified that my purchase is now backordered, after being ensured that they had one in stock with my name on it, until the end of November. I live in Florida and the end of November does me no good to receive it after Hurricane Season. DON'T TRUST THEM IF THEY SAY YOUR PRODUCT IS IN STOCK, THAT MEANS NOTHING, BETTER YET, JUST DON'T ORDER FROM THESE COMPANY!

AWFUL Company Ordered a product that was back ordered then was told that I could either cancel my order, wait until the item becomes available or pay an additional $80 for a different product. When called about the issues and that I needed the the Nerf bars because my pregnant wife needs to be able to get into my truck Rep stated that she would send to supervisor. Supervisor then called the next day and said that he could give me a different company's bars that I knew nothing about. I offered to pay half of the 80 in order to get the more expensive bars from the company I had researched, the supervisor told me that would not work so needing the Nerf bars I took the offer waited a week for the delivery when I opened package both where labeled "drivers side" and both had a dent in them. I then call customer service and rep was apologetic and stated that the process of my return would be marked urgent I then waited 2 non holiday business days and 4 calendar days prior to any correspondence about my return. Then was told that pictures were needed to be emailed before the return request could be processed. When I finally talked to some one I informed that this was the second issue and that to keep me happy as a customer I would be excepting the 5 inch Nerf bars for the price of the 4 inch that I had originally ordered. I was then later contacted and told that if I want to pay half of the $80 I could get the 5 in bars. I then informed them that that should have been what happened after the first issue and now I should be offered them for no additional cost. I then told them to cancel the order that if this was the way that the company did business I didn't want to spend anymore money with them. I was then told that my credit card would not be credited until they had confirmation of the returned item.
