Ordered two autographed photos back in May. Their site claims you usually get your order in 2-3 weeks. In late June, I contacted them to ask where my order was and got a very terse, very rude email back saying "This takes time". No updates afterwards and now, more than two months later, still no photos. If you order from them, use caution.

I ordered a autograph May and their webpage use to say give it 20 days and contact them back if you haven't received any information. I have, many times and still to this day I have nothing. I asked for a update last week and now I'm being ignored. I would highly recommend to use with caution. They use to have Facebook and Twitter and those were removed. Very suspicious. It's also suspicious why their statement was removed on their page that said give them 20 days to give any updates.

I ordered an autograph over two years ago and still have not been given a response back or refund when I confronted them about my purchase. First response was they're behind on timing and to give it 2 more weeks. I gave it 2 weeks and nothing. I sent another e-mail about not having what I purchases. They claimed the autograph was sent out and they will contact the celebrity about sending it out or contacting them to let me know what is going on. I ordered an autograph from Sasha Jenson and after they said they'll contact him, since then (2021) they removed his choice of celebrity autograph and STILL have not contacted me back. Never got a refund or anything. Scam page who takes money and never contacts you back.

They don't send you anything! They pocket your money and never respond to email! Placed order months ago so sadly will have to pocket the loss. This website should be pulled down

I ordered a William McNamara autograph in early april 2021 and paid 50 dollars. I still haven't recieved an autograph or a e-mail of the status.
Don't fall for this scam!
