I ordered a set of EBC brake pads. Their prices were the best. I was in no rush as I was buying them for future maintenance. I think it took three weeks to get the order. The delivery time was a little extended, would have been happier if I received some kind of notice that the order was progressing. I called two weeks after the order was placed and the customer support was great. Let me know the order would be shipped by early the next week. It came as promised.
UPDATE: After extensive phone calls and emails with John, the intake still has not arrived. A label for my delivery was not created until 9/13 at 3:03pm. Mind you, I was personally contacted and assured that the intake would be delivered on 9/10. A partial refund was given and I was promised a full refund if not delivered by 9/12 at the latest. The second refund has not been placed and I'm no longer hearing back from them on email or phone. I will be taking legal action if matters are not resolved by the end of today 9/15 Scammers. I paid for a K&N air intake on 08/29 and was told the item would arrive in 2-5 business days. The email stated that I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. Almost a week went by with no update to the shipping, so I reached out to their customer service email team on 09/03. They responded to let me know that the order would be shipped out on 09/06 and be delivered by 09/10. There was never a notification that it was shipped and 09/10 came and went with no delivery. The email team has stopped responding to my messages and I have opened a claim with my credit card company to have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOHANCE!
Severe confusion on the part number for what I wanted. Delayed my shipment and may cause a return. I must wait until I get the item installed to confirm it fits and works properly.
Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to do business with, on top of the amazing products that were backed by amazing staff that is super friendly and very helpful.

No complaints. Got it faster than I expected. Parts fit my car as described, Borla exhaust didn't need any custom cutting. Fit right in and was installed in 25 mins at a shop.
Hands down, your inventory and your discounts are hard to beat online. I really appreciate this since it will help me completely my M66 conversion project.

Easy enough to find, a competitive price for the product I wanted. Somehow the inbuilt credit card processing would not accept my card, but the Paypal method worked on the first try. *Shrug*
