I ordered a set of EBC brake pads. Their prices were the best. I was in no rush as I was buying them for future maintenance. I think it took three weeks to get the order. The delivery time was a little extended, would have been happier if I received some kind of notice that the order was progressing. I called two weeks after the order was placed and the customer support was great. Let me know the order would be shipped by early the next week. It came as promised.
UPDATE: After extensive phone calls and emails with John, the intake still has not arrived. A label for my delivery was not created until 9/13 at 3:03pm. Mind you, I was personally contacted and assured that the intake would be delivered on 9/10. A partial refund was given and I was promised a full refund if not delivered by 9/12 at the latest. The second refund has not been placed and I'm no longer hearing back from them on email or phone. I will be taking legal action if matters are not resolved by the end of today 9/15 Scammers. I paid for a K&N air intake on 08/29 and was told the item would arrive in 2-5 business days. The email stated that I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. Almost a week went by with no update to the shipping, so I reached out to their customer service email team on 09/03. They responded to let me know that the order would be shipped out on 09/06 and be delivered by 09/10. There was never a notification that it was shipped and 09/10 came and went with no delivery. The email team has stopped responding to my messages and I have opened a claim with my credit card company to have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOHANCE!
Website could have been informative on what items they have in stock since I ended up having to pay extra due to item not in stock and had to be delivered directly from manufacturer.
Took longer than the 2-5 days it said it would take to arrive. But less than $500 for a $600+ stage 2 clutch for my Evo makes it worth it. Never mind mine clutch is on the way out lol.
Not sure yet we will see when the product arrives

I have been looking to install the system for the exhaust components for over a year and my Honda Civic SI but it is a Christmas present for my wife so I have to wait and then I need to get the product ceramic coated for protection and then get it installed so I won't know for sure how well everything works until the spring but everything looks great and all components were present in the box and everything meets up nicely to the gaskets that I had bought separately so I am very happy thu have been looking to install the stone for the exhaust component for over a year and my Honda Civic SI but it is a Christmas present for my wife so I have to wait and then I need to get the product ceramic coated for protection and then get it installed so I won't know for sure how everything works until the spring but everything looks great and all components were present in the box and everything makes up nicely to the gaskets separately so I am very happy thus far.

Had exhaust professionally installed but exhaust system moves up and down and makes a clanging noise due to this. Only way to seemingly fix this would be to weld it in place

Great company to buy products from at an affordable price. But I'm struggling trying to return an expensive part. The lack of communication back to the consumer makes the process aggravating.
I received the ordered part(s) in a decent time. After tying to install the parts with the help of a professional mechanic, we realized the parts do not go with my engine. I sent an email with pictures of my engine and said part and have not received ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION in regards to the wrong part/engine from the parent company.
Best price I could find and shipping was very fast and hassle free. I ordered on a Thursday and recieved the next Wednesday. I would purchase from autohance again without thinking twice.
Much cheaper than other places! Great website. The bed cover is broken in a couple spots on the underside. It doesn't matter much because you cant see it unless the cover is open.
