I ordered a set of EBC brake pads. Their prices were the best. I was in no rush as I was buying them for future maintenance. I think it took three weeks to get the order. The delivery time was a little extended, would have been happier if I received some kind of notice that the order was progressing. I called two weeks after the order was placed and the customer support was great. Let me know the order would be shipped by early the next week. It came as promised.
UPDATE: After extensive phone calls and emails with John, the intake still has not arrived. A label for my delivery was not created until 9/13 at 3:03pm. Mind you, I was personally contacted and assured that the intake would be delivered on 9/10. A partial refund was given and I was promised a full refund if not delivered by 9/12 at the latest. The second refund has not been placed and I'm no longer hearing back from them on email or phone. I will be taking legal action if matters are not resolved by the end of today 9/15 Scammers. I paid for a K&N air intake on 08/29 and was told the item would arrive in 2-5 business days. The email stated that I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. Almost a week went by with no update to the shipping, so I reached out to their customer service email team on 09/03. They responded to let me know that the order would be shipped out on 09/06 and be delivered by 09/10. There was never a notification that it was shipped and 09/10 came and went with no delivery. The email team has stopped responding to my messages and I have opened a claim with my credit card company to have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOHANCE!
I couldn't believe it - the ordered parts were at my door step within 24 hours of the time that I placed the order. In addition, they had the best price on the internet. Can't beat that.
I ordered the exhaust for the sportwagen not the sedan, Autohance called me to double-check and it was fixed before it was even out their door. Thank you.
Thought this was supposed to feel like a performance clutch but after installing and lubing all required parts the clutch feels softer than the original hahahaha but whatever can hold that 400hp
The only reason I gave a low delivery time was that there was a 3rd party involved. The customer service provided by auto hence was very helpful during the shipment process.
UPS was unable to deliver due to address error and the error could not be corrected. I was able to pick them up from the UPS will call however so no problem
Super easy purchasing experience. The only was that when I was going to make the purchase, the "quantity" slot defaulted to two and not one. That shouldn't be the case.

Got this intake for about $15 cheaper than anywhere else online and it came as described in a few days. Definitely would reccomend because of savings...

Shipping was extremely fast and product was at a great price, install was a little difficult but that was because I didn't have a right tool for MAF. But I'd recommend this site to anyone!
Parts where easily found and wider range of parts available than most sites but still wish they were alot more parts for the 99-03 E39 540i for purchase
Part took over 2 months to arrive. It was backordered but they never contacted me about it. I had to reach out to them and they were hard to ahold of.
When my first order got cancelled as it was on backorder. I was pleased with the customer service rep I spoke with. He was very knowledgeable and helped make sure I was buying the correct headligjts.
