They failed to deliver the product(brake pads) so that wasted my time. To be fair though, maybe a lot of things are currently not available because of the ongoing supply-chain back up. Where they made their mistake is by not being vigilant in making sure the product WAS obtainable before taking the customer's money. I will buy from them again because customer service was excellent. However, I WILL NEVER buy from them again if I now go to the website and see the product NOT listed "unavailable at this time". In other words, they should only sell products that they know they can get in a timely fashion. That's their responsibility! Otherwise, it's a major hassle for the customer to wait and wait for nothing.

Easy online purchase, the item was shown in stock when I purchased but took two days until it was shipped out. My expectation is that when an item is in stock and the order should ship within 24 hours (at least).

Customer Service was AWESOME! My original pkg was damaged during shipping causing most of contents inside to fall out and not be delivered. I contacted AUTOHANCE customer service and they hand walked me through process of getting my issue fixed... fast! Again AWESOME customer service! Will definitely buy from AUTOHANCE again.

Easy to use on-line ordering, and finding products that fit my vehicle. Good prices. Appreciate the promo discount codes too. Haven't installed the new exhaust system yet. I opened the box an it appears it is all there. For certain, Autohance has done its job very well.

Order came fairly quick and all parts fit also worked properly.
Wish that customer service would answer phone calls but email was about half a day delay on replies.

Being rotors I didn't expect speedy delivery but they got here fast with no damage.
Already installed the front pads and rotors. Work well so far even in the rain.

Everything was awesome except for the fact that my order got split-up; therefore, taking two weekends to do my job rather than the one weekend I set time aside for already. I definitely would be again, but some different units: headers is my next project and possibly a supercharger - none of which I found on the site.

Exhaust said 3-5 day delivery but after I purchased I received an email stating 'order takes 4-5 WEEKS to process' them it ships in 3-5 days. I didn't see any disclosure of that when I bought it but luckily the exhaust came within 2 weeks which is good. Thank you so much! Would definitely purchase from here again.

My original order was for a different part number that the drop down menu of the web site let me choose. However the staff at autohance caught the error and emailed us. We talked back and forth to figure which exhaust would work. It was at my door 3 business days later.

Part was discontinued had to wait a week for them to tell me that. They supplied me with another product of similar performance quickly after. Very professional during the whole process. Ended up paying a little more but all in all a good experience.

The website needs to be cleaned up and restructured. It doesn't have a good flow from page to page, and searching for vehicle specific parts (along with pictures/diagrams) is tedious, and often times the parts are not in the right category or even with the vehicle that it's made for.
However, the prices on most items were competitive, while at least 25% of the merchandise far exceeds amounts listed on most other websites that carry the same products.
Shipping was very fast, and partnering with Affirm was a smart idea.

I appreciate the product actually fitting my vehicle, but not without doing some modifications. I didn't like that the product instructions come with a black and white photo of what the finished product should look like after installation. Other than those 2 things and having to get it installed professionally adding another expense, the product itself is good.

Best price I found on the exhaust system I ordered and delivery was super quick. Got it delivered 2 days after placing the order with the free shipping method! I had a couple of questions before I placed the order and the sales rep was really nice, helpful and made sure I was ordering the correct one. Will definitely be coming back for more parts. The products are well priced, the shipping is quick and i really like the payment plan. As a family man, you can't always cough up a few hundred dollars one time, especially when you live hawaii. So it's nice to be able to make Payments, and still get the products you've been wanting.
