The cold air intake was fine, the Outlaw exhaust system looked like it was someone's return after sitting in their garrage for a year collecting other junk, literally! Boxes were shredded, installation instructions gone, no packing list, packing plastic roll, pvc connections and trash. It was the best price I found and all the parts were there, although some were damaged, and I had to look everything up on the web. When I call customer service, I expect a person, not an answering machine.

Good service. Great pricing and shipping quotes. Only issue is I attempted to call the customer service numerous times and kept getting forwarded to a voicemail recording. Other than that no issues so far.

Good prices compared to other sites. Purchased what I wanted quickly. Although it was double boxed, there was some slightly bent parts/chipped paint on the coilovers, obviously due to shipping and handling. Other than that the product is great.

I don't make Recommendations, people need to do the reasearch on their own in order to understand what they are purchasing. This site simply did not have enough information on the exact product and other details that are required

Haven't installed product yet (waiting on another part from another supplier), so don't have any opinion at this time. Obviously, info on line looked great or I wouldn't have ordered it. I selected 4 just because I had to select something. An option for "no opinion", haven't used the product yet, etc, would be helpful.

The cold air intake I bought, received and installed on my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta TDI was perfect. Gained horsepower and torque, not to the mention the sound is great too. I liked that your intakes specify fit for a manual or automatic transmission. That gives me piece of mind it will actually fit my Eclipse. Installation was a little tricky having to remove the front bumper but instructions were very clear and detailed. I had the factory air system and the Injen intake on in about an hour. Gives my car a whole different sound. I absolutely recommend Autohance and Injen intakes.

Overall a nice part and I appreciated not having to weld anything.

Fitment Concerns: Collector clearance at header. About 1mm from bottom of the suspension fork, I have heat and vibration concerns. Would have liked more clearance perhaps.25 inch.

Could have used a female delete cap for the outdated blow back test port. This port is used to test exhaust pressure using a tool no one has. This simple cap sells for $35! Settled on plugging the hole with a lug nut off the wheel. Been nice to have a plug in the kit.

When I spoke with your representative on the phone I was under the impression that the item was in stock, and that it would be at my door in about 5 business days. About month later it finally arrived, there was no C.A.R.B. Sticker in the box, and I still have not hear back about that.

Hello, I was installing my new slotted and drilled rotors and ceramic brake pads today and one of the brake pads metal mounting clips broke off. I started on my front right and the moment I opened the package for the brake pads a metal piece fell off. I need to put my caliper and original pads back in because I can't finish the job. I don't know where to go from here but if I can get some assistance with this defective part I would appreciate it.

I never received a shipping tracking number. I like to specifically track items like this to ensure noone steals the delivery off my porch. I live in a good neighborhood but you never know.

Item arrived in fair amount of time, but it looked like an open box which was beat up. After inspecting the product I found some scuffs and the exhaust tips had some chips in the black finish. Because this was a muffler I decided to keep and because the damage was minor. Overall it was ok, I would be concerned about purchasing fragile products from them.

Very Happy with price. Hopefully I won't be disappointed with the product because your price is considerable cheaper. Update - I received my exhaust system much sooner than expected and it was as advertised. Very happy with it. It would have been nice to get an update that the order had shipped, but I was home at the time.

It took a little longer than I thought it would to actually process the order, but after contacting Autohance I received a tracking number which helped me stay in the loop. Order arrived after a few days, product was as advertised. So far very happy with the tonneau cover. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. Now we will see how it holds up to the Pacific NW rain. Overall, very satisfied so far.

Best price I have seen. Good customer service I did have a problem with delivery though...Only 2 bolts in the box. Box was in rough condition when it arrived so I'm Assuming the bolts fell out. The plastic bag they were in was ripped open. All clamps were there thankfully so I went to auto store and purchased the bolts to fit.
