I ordered a set of EBC brake pads. Their prices were the best. I was in no rush as I was buying them for future maintenance. I think it took three weeks to get the order. The delivery time was a little extended, would have been happier if I received some kind of notice that the order was progressing. I called two weeks after the order was placed and the customer support was great. Let me know the order would be shipped by early the next week. It came as promised.
UPDATE: After extensive phone calls and emails with John, the intake still has not arrived. A label for my delivery was not created until 9/13 at 3:03pm. Mind you, I was personally contacted and assured that the intake would be delivered on 9/10. A partial refund was given and I was promised a full refund if not delivered by 9/12 at the latest. The second refund has not been placed and I'm no longer hearing back from them on email or phone. I will be taking legal action if matters are not resolved by the end of today 9/15 Scammers. I paid for a K&N air intake on 08/29 and was told the item would arrive in 2-5 business days. The email stated that I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. Almost a week went by with no update to the shipping, so I reached out to their customer service email team on 09/03. They responded to let me know that the order would be shipped out on 09/06 and be delivered by 09/10. There was never a notification that it was shipped and 09/10 came and went with no delivery. The email team has stopped responding to my messages and I have opened a claim with my credit card company to have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOHANCE!
I was looking for a Borla Atak ******* for my 18' Challenger 392. Autohance was by far the cheapest website for the exhaust. Item was shipped pretty fast considering the current world situation. The exhaust was still sealed in its original borla shipping box.
For Father's Day, I was looking for a tonneau cover for my Tundra. Every online and local store had the tonneau cover I wanted for over 900$. Autohance had the exact model of tonneau cover for under 800$. I thought it might be too good to be true. I took the chance and ordered it on a Friday, I received the tonneau cover on Wednesday. Very fast delivery! The cover was exactly as described, I couldn't be more pleased!
When the box was delivered I was very impressed on how well and secure the items were inside the box. Everything was perfect. My mechanic was impressed on how well everything fit to my Camaro SS. I couldn't be happier! Thank You Autohance!
Best price I could fine on Flowmaster mufflers. Received quickly. Will defiantly buy from them again.

It was better then expected. Arrived early and installed within an hour of delivery. Already getting a little better mileage around town with the cover on.

I had an issue with ups not leaving packages, the seller made sure to have my package held so I could pick it up. I would purchase from them again. They were responsive, truthful, and punctual.

No1 answers the sales phone so hope my on line order goes thru.for the 1 item. I did in fact receive my product. Earlier then expected thanks to a sales representative who seen my email... I got the afe stage 2 cold air intake system. Packaged well. With in 3days of purchase. Happy with timing... now with the product I have to say I'm not super impressed as i thought I was going to be after installation. I feel I lost a lil performance more then gain. Although it said 13hp gain etc. it sounds good. But the intake tune gets very hot. So t hats a concern. And makes me think that this brand wasn't the best choice. I wish I could trade in my product for the less thanAemgreater than cai cold air intake instead.
Could have gotten one part elsewhere for about 20 less but didn't want to separate the two items. When the item was received, it was packaged great and everything I ordered.
Found what I was looking for quick and easy great site set up and good prices on parts. Part came with a dent but I am able to work around it so it is no big deal

Very easy, I had originally order from somewhere else And they had no clue when I would even get my order so I canceled my order, which I still have not even got my money back. You guys were on it I appreciate that.
Unfortunately,I didn't price shop prior to ordering. Out of curiosity I did so afterwards, found the exact product from several other vendors,some were almost half of what I paid.

Best price I could find on this brace anywhere. Easy to install, fits in engine compartment great, brought a fresh feel to a car I've had for 6 years.
Shopping was easy, checkout was easy. Paid 22 bucks for 1-2 day shipping, finally got the item more than a week later. Will NOT be buying from here again.
The product and price was good. I did not receive a shipping confirmation when shipped. Also, paid for 2 day shipping, but took 2 extra business days. Overall satisfied.
Part was good and what i ordered. The only problem was the part didnt ship for over a week after i ordered it. They never told me that in anyway until i contacted them, at that time tgey said it was on backorder but they were shipping it now.

I was shopping for Eibach Sportline springs for my FIAT 500, and Autohance had the best price and free shipping. I figured I would have to wait a long time for shipping; that was not the case! I placed my order on July 31,2018 and the Eibachs arrived at my residence on August 3.
