I ordered a set of EBC brake pads. Their prices were the best. I was in no rush as I was buying them for future maintenance. I think it took three weeks to get the order. The delivery time was a little extended, would have been happier if I received some kind of notice that the order was progressing. I called two weeks after the order was placed and the customer support was great. Let me know the order would be shipped by early the next week. It came as promised.
UPDATE: After extensive phone calls and emails with John, the intake still has not arrived. A label for my delivery was not created until 9/13 at 3:03pm. Mind you, I was personally contacted and assured that the intake would be delivered on 9/10. A partial refund was given and I was promised a full refund if not delivered by 9/12 at the latest. The second refund has not been placed and I'm no longer hearing back from them on email or phone. I will be taking legal action if matters are not resolved by the end of today 9/15 Scammers. I paid for a K&N air intake on 08/29 and was told the item would arrive in 2-5 business days. The email stated that I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. Almost a week went by with no update to the shipping, so I reached out to their customer service email team on 09/03. They responded to let me know that the order would be shipped out on 09/06 and be delivered by 09/10. There was never a notification that it was shipped and 09/10 came and went with no delivery. The email team has stopped responding to my messages and I have opened a claim with my credit card company to have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOHANCE!

Tip for consumers:
If customer service would have reached out and been honest about the process, I would have more respect for this company. Since they refused to contact and never delivered what was ordered, they have lost my business and will continue to lose business from honest reviews like mine.

I ordered then waited one week, with nothing but my order receipt in my email, shipping was 2-5days, and item was in stock on website. Called, don't bother with the check your order they wont pick up, and pressed 0 got someone and was told the item should have shipped let me check the carrier. They said the carier has it and should be there next Wed. I said okay whats the tracking? He said oh no it hasn't shipped its ready to go out, I'm not sure why it hasn't left yet, but with the labor day weekend I should expect it next Wed, we will send the tracking when its shipped. I said okay. Wednesday goes by, and nothing, so I give it to Friday just as a grace still nothing. I call back and press 0 the same guy answered I give him my tracking he says please hold while I check the carrier. He comes back and gives me the a very similar speech. He does say let see if she'll give me the tracking for the item. It's a no go again. I have at this point heavily investigated the company. Still not 100percent sure they aren't a scam sense I haven't gotten the money back in my account yet, but a lot I mean a lot of people say they are not reliable, the customer service is horrible and they didn't seem to care at all that they lost my business. I am giving until Wed (ironic I know) to get the money back in my account before I put in a bank dispute.

My experience with Autohance was pretty good; the rim (Enkei J10) was fairly priced and arrived within a reasonable timeframe. I would say that the best improvement that could be made to the site would be having the option to sort by rim style or sort by lug pattern. Because while looking, I would find what I thought was the right one, click on it, and realize it was the wrong lug pattern, and I had to go back to scrolling through the various different rims and sizes jumbled together.
I called customer service a few days after my order was placed but not shipped. Customer service explained the situation and stated he would take care of the issue. As promised my order was delivered shortly thereafter. No complaints. Happy with the parts and the service.
We had some shipping issues through a vendor but Autohance went above and beyond to get things worked out and made sure I had good communication through the process and made everything work out in the end.
Easy to order but communication and shipping was poor. After several calls finally shipped from the manufacturer late…not sure if they sold me items the manufacturer didn't have in stock. Guys on the phone were helpful but it was a slow and bulky process to get a couple of shocks.
I'm always satisfied with my purchases. I have ordered twice from Autohance and never had an issue with anything. I will be purchasing more from them.
Site stated "in stock", ordered and 8 days later no communication, no tracking number, was told hands were put on it and shipping next day after waiting 8. "Next day" nothing, cancelled order day after and explained I cant wait half a month for a part, bought it local and it cost me 20 bucks more. Haven't opened it yet, but I can't wait to put it on. Very fast shipping, I was told this wouldn't ship out til end June and a week later I got an email that it shipped and it would be to me within 2 business day! Awesome company to work with, would definitely do business with them again!

I never could get the front wheels to lock on my 64 gasser with manual disc/ drum brakes. EBC yellow stuff fixed that! Autohance has best price, and quick delivery. I will order specialty brakes again, as needed

These folks are the real deal. Price was about 15% less than most other vendors, and I didn't get a sub-par knock off product. Literally received my order 4 business days after my order and couldn't be happier! Love this company and highly recommend
I placed an order for an AFE intake and a day later it went on sale from AFE. It was a painless process ordering and getting the price match. It was shipped in a timely manner and everything was intact.
I ordered an item and they still have not shipped it after a week of waiting. Whenever I call, it goes straight to a voicemail if I select the option to inquire about my order. If I choose the option to place an order, someone picks up right away, but won't help with order status. I have sent repeated emails asking for status and tracking information and have only received emails back that are dodging the answer. Now I am fighting for a refund if my money and dealing with that nightmare. I wish I had ordered elsewhere.

Placed my order on 1/6/21, called on 1/26/21 to check status. I understand that it would be 3-4 weeks, but why did I have to call for them to tell me that my order was on backorder til 3/1/21. Instead of the representative giving me an apology for the delay, but give me the option to wait or refund. Better communication and service.
First can't get anyone one phone to deal with customer service issues when I emailed to get return request I was told they would email with in 6-12 hours the instructions for return I didn't get that till 2 days later only when I emailed requesting it again then I had to pay for return shipping which must site have prepaid return shipping so customer doesn't have to pay. Not sure if I will buy from you ever again
Fairly fast shipping for an exhaust and the price was good. Took almost a month to arrive but I think that might be average for bigger items like that unless I'm mistaken. Excited to install it now

I looked on the site for a catalytic converter for my Jeep Grand Cherokee there was so many I couldn't figure it out I called them on the phone and ask them which one I should use no one asked me if my car was California or not and to be honest I didn't even know. They recommended want to me I bought it it was put on buy a local muffler shop and it was the wrong catalytic converter. They did nothing to help with this issue and I am out the money because my engine light keeps coming on. I called MagnaFlow about it and tell them the issue I was having and they knew right away and told me to go outside lift up my hood and tell me what the code was on the inside of the hood. That's when I found out my car was a California model. A regular consumer would not know if their car was a California car unless they had to do something with the catalytic converter there's no other items on my jeep that are different because it's California. This is the only company I've ever had an issue with ordering parts everybody else you call them up and they can help you find out what part you need and a lot of companies you can put your VIN number in to find the exact part. And on top of that they lied and said I never contacted anyone there.

Received product from UPS. Box was destroyed minor damage to parts but still usable. All clamps and paperwork missing. Went back and forth with sales and they corrected the issue in time for me to install and make my show. Customer service definitely saved this one. Would highly recommend them.
Everything was completely fine, but Autohance got my address wrong 3 yes after contacting them multiple times about it the first time. It took me nearly a week to receive my item, but even then I had to go to UPS to pick it up myself.
I don't mind doing that if it's somewhat local, but my package was sitting in LA (my city) for days and days with no update whatsoever.
I loved shopping and the prices are really good and customer service responded to me rather quickly.

I was happy with everthing all the way up until my package arrived... The springs I ordered were wrong I called to try and have it corrected I was. Told to email. Im still waiting for a response back I bought another set of springs due to my car sitting at the shop to only be told they're not sending me and refunded my money on my second order.
