I ordered a set of EBC brake pads. Their prices were the best. I was in no rush as I was buying them for future maintenance. I think it took three weeks to get the order. The delivery time was a little extended, would have been happier if I received some kind of notice that the order was progressing. I called two weeks after the order was placed and the customer support was great. Let me know the order would be shipped by early the next week. It came as promised.
UPDATE: After extensive phone calls and emails with John, the intake still has not arrived. A label for my delivery was not created until 9/13 at 3:03pm. Mind you, I was personally contacted and assured that the intake would be delivered on 9/10. A partial refund was given and I was promised a full refund if not delivered by 9/12 at the latest. The second refund has not been placed and I'm no longer hearing back from them on email or phone. I will be taking legal action if matters are not resolved by the end of today 9/15 Scammers. I paid for a K&N air intake on 08/29 and was told the item would arrive in 2-5 business days. The email stated that I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. Almost a week went by with no update to the shipping, so I reached out to their customer service email team on 09/03. They responded to let me know that the order would be shipped out on 09/06 and be delivered by 09/10. There was never a notification that it was shipped and 09/10 came and went with no delivery. The email team has stopped responding to my messages and I have opened a claim with my credit card company to have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOHANCE!
I had a few concerns about the shipping time at first. But, a sales rep contacted me immediately and took care of my concerns. I am completely satisfied. Great customer service! Rare nowadays.

Shopping was good and now i will see on the three day shipping? Shipping was on time and just finished the clutch install(10/30/14) and now i will see how it performans? I think the only bad part about buying on line and fron places like autohance is... the warrenty? But we shall see how this goes and i may be back to order again.

Very easy and good experience. I asked a few question and they replied back promptly. I had to make a return, and you guys made everything easy. Overall 5/5. The only problem that i had was that the item i purchased was not what i was expecting. You see, Tein has a few different set of "street coilover" kits. They're all a bit confusing to begin with. The title for the set I purchased was Street Advance Coilovers (the pricing sounded about right). The Coilovers I received were the Street Advance Z., again very confusing and price was a bit too high for this kit. I recently found out that the "street advance" (Not the "Z") is not made for my car which is a bummer because i've read some really good reviews for other cars. In any case, very satisfied with authohance overall, but just watch out for some of these description or part titles, especially for Tein.

AutoHance was good. I did have problems with the product. 4 of the 2 1/2 inch band clamps would not tighten up right and i had to use regular exhaust clamps till i get my new ones.
Everything was great. Nothing at all to complain about. Delivery time was good. Good customer service. And better price than anywhere else. A+ in every category.

Unfortunately I had a bit of a squirrel moment and ordered the Mishimoto air box only. I meant to order the Mishimoto intake itself. So I will be returning the airbox and ordering the intake.
The AFE Programmer (Same as SuperChips) does NOT work with 2014 Ford Edge. The vendor of product was at fault with this fact. The compatibility list has been updated on the AFE and Autohance websites. It took some time but got my money refunded.
Great services and prices. Will shop again! I was concerned because the intake pipe was bent on both ends but the box was fine. Could have come from factory like that.

I loved the exhaust and price and shipping and just do you know I sold atleast another 8 Borla atak systems for yal after buying mine. I'm a member of a few ram groups on Facebook and they all asked me where I got it from for that price and I posted your website with the code Cyber and 2 guys bought it within a hour of me buying it and sent me pics of them buying it and receiving it and the sound and over the last week I have had about 30 people ask me the same thing and another 6 or 7 people show me they bought it to from yal. So you should of sold atleast $10,000 worth of Borla atak exhaust just from me and a great experience threw you. You can check the Facebook groups if you dont believe me. Thanks again
I think I waited a few months for this product to be in stock again. It would have been nice if there were a way to get on a waiting list, or an email notification when it became available.
