I ordered a set of EBC brake pads. Their prices were the best. I was in no rush as I was buying them for future maintenance. I think it took three weeks to get the order. The delivery time was a little extended, would have been happier if I received some kind of notice that the order was progressing. I called two weeks after the order was placed and the customer support was great. Let me know the order would be shipped by early the next week. It came as promised.
UPDATE: After extensive phone calls and emails with John, the intake still has not arrived. A label for my delivery was not created until 9/13 at 3:03pm. Mind you, I was personally contacted and assured that the intake would be delivered on 9/10. A partial refund was given and I was promised a full refund if not delivered by 9/12 at the latest. The second refund has not been placed and I'm no longer hearing back from them on email or phone. I will be taking legal action if matters are not resolved by the end of today 9/15 Scammers. I paid for a K&N air intake on 08/29 and was told the item would arrive in 2-5 business days. The email stated that I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. Almost a week went by with no update to the shipping, so I reached out to their customer service email team on 09/03. They responded to let me know that the order would be shipped out on 09/06 and be delivered by 09/10. There was never a notification that it was shipped and 09/10 came and went with no delivery. The email team has stopped responding to my messages and I have opened a claim with my credit card company to have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOHANCE!
It was over a week from the time I ordered to the time I received my order. Overall I'm very happy with the product and price, just wish I had it sooner

The product I received looked like it was used and not brand new. And the packaging looked as though it had already been opened. Ordering was great. Customer Service was good.

I revived my part in 5 days. It was will packaged. Looked great, and It fit correctly. I am very satisfied.
Ordered it and never hear anything for a week. Called and emailed multiple times and never could reach anyone. Finally got someone to answer a week later and it shipped out

Was looking for this product for some time that offered a payment plan and found this site which offered me the product as well as a plan I was ok with.
The pull cable for opening the bed cover did not function smoothly. Had to modify cable opening to allow it to be pulled fully, allowing the bed cover to be opened.
Great so far! Exhaust system is very loud. I know I purchased the system so it would sound better that the stock exhaust system, but it is almost too loud in the cab of the truck.

SO FAR SO GOOD...SITE EASY TO MANUEVER...box looked as if it had come through a war zone...parts pack had torn open and clamps had caused some nicks and scratches, but all in all it installed very quickly and looks great...
