I ordered a set of EBC brake pads. Their prices were the best. I was in no rush as I was buying them for future maintenance. I think it took three weeks to get the order. The delivery time was a little extended, would have been happier if I received some kind of notice that the order was progressing. I called two weeks after the order was placed and the customer support was great. Let me know the order would be shipped by early the next week. It came as promised.
UPDATE: After extensive phone calls and emails with John, the intake still has not arrived. A label for my delivery was not created until 9/13 at 3:03pm. Mind you, I was personally contacted and assured that the intake would be delivered on 9/10. A partial refund was given and I was promised a full refund if not delivered by 9/12 at the latest. The second refund has not been placed and I'm no longer hearing back from them on email or phone. I will be taking legal action if matters are not resolved by the end of today 9/15 Scammers. I paid for a K&N air intake on 08/29 and was told the item would arrive in 2-5 business days. The email stated that I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. Almost a week went by with no update to the shipping, so I reached out to their customer service email team on 09/03. They responded to let me know that the order would be shipped out on 09/06 and be delivered by 09/10. There was never a notification that it was shipped and 09/10 came and went with no delivery. The email team has stopped responding to my messages and I have opened a claim with my credit card company to have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOHANCE!
I hope that the correct exhaust shows up for my car.
Tour website seems to have the best filter for what is compatible.

The kit was only missing the gasket for the mid pipe. Looks great and sounds great..

Some followup commentary: I expected to get an order confirmation in my email. I expected to get a shipping confirmation. I got none of these. In fact, about 5 days after I ordered i left a voice mail with autohance asking if my order was really happening. And that afternoon the box showed up
So I never got a call back, and I never got any email. But I got the product I ordered in a decent time. So a mix of good and bad.
I purchased a cold air intake for my 2008 Jetta 2.5. I was kind of concerned that everything wouldn't match up correctly but it came in packaged safely and the kit fit in perfectly with all the parts and they seem to be of really good quality so they get my vote!
My shopping experience online was excellent with this company delivery was on time and I had no issues with the product I purchased I will definitely do business again with this company. Oh yes and their pricing could not be beat.
Ordered a part that wasnt stocked by autohance and had to wait and wait for an eta. Was told it would ship direct from manufacturer to my house but when i called manufacturer they said it would be shipped to autohance first and to get tracking from them.
Called and spoke to a rep to verify the part I was ordering. Very knowledgeable and professional! Will definitely be coming back for parts!
During delivery:
There was a huge miscommunication about the part being sent out, arrival time, and information on tracking. Other than that, I was extremely satisfied with my relations with the people at AutoHance, how they managed the situation, and not blow it off like others may have. They were just as concerned about the package as I was as well. I will definitely refer people to you and will be continuing any furture business as needed with AutoHance!

I called to change the color ordered and was very happy with that process. The front mats are perfect, the seat track hits on the back mat. I would order the front mats again but fell the backs were not worth the cost.
I was disappointed because I agreed to pay the 2 day delivery charge shown on your website, then the next day your office called to tell me Autohance wouldn't honor that shipping charge and it would be over $100 more

The order took a while to arrive, when ordering from other sites, delivery seems to have been more quickly. The pads have been installed, however; they are not performing as hoped.
I have the same brand (I think) on two of my other MB's I have installed ceramic type pads on.
The outlet and inlet openings were 3" and my mustang has 2 1/2" pipes So there for I had to order some reducers in order for these mufflers to work, Even though it said they would fit my 2014 Mustang. Other than that I am satisfied with service price and shipping.
Ok not happy at all but it's not your fault it's mine. I ordered the wrong part. I was satisfied with everything when I purchased the part now let's see how easy it is to return the part and still be satisfied.
Great experience except it was shipped via UPS with signature required and I was unable to change this even after speaking with UPS and leaving notes for them to leave the package at my front gate. They delivered it 3 times wed Thur fri luckily I was home Friday or it automatically gets sent back to you guys and that wound have been a problem. I suggest you be more flexible with shipping options

It was easy to install nothing was missing only problem was the shipping it got pushed twice luckily it wasn't a big deal for me
The converter fit perfectly, but you have to use different mounting bolts. The original bolts screw into the old converter, where the new one goes flange to flange. I used 1 1/2 in. X 7/16 stainless bolts and nuts.
The product was great. One of the items I ordered didn't work for what I wanted. Which was ok. So I emailed the company and they told me I have a 15% restocking fee any place for car parts I have ever dealt with have never made me pay a fee to return something. So I kept it and sold it to a local person.
Simple, easy and I like the discount which help me decide where to buy from.

Nice Kit, had shop install it and was quick with no issues other than it not coming with new Gaskets where it bolts on the the CATS. Also one of the pictures shows Polished turn down tips, it does not have that. They are turn down like the factory ones, all one piece, bent and cut tailpipe ends.
Gave just the right amount of additional sound, quiet at idle, noticeable difference at normal take off, Performance/Nice more aggressive sound when you get on it, and just a slight rumble at highway speed over the no interior sound of Stock.

I live in Hawai'I and the parts I ordered arrived quick. This company is legit. They had the cheapest lights I could find online (brand/style) I recommend that you compare their prices with autoanything, Carid and Ebay. Even without a military discount this company had cheaper prices for the parts to include shipping.
Bed cover was delivered quickly. One of the rails for the cover was not cut correct during manufacture. I had to grind about 1/8' of material off the rail to get the side latch system to function properly.
The part was tentative for 10/14. I received it 2 weeks ahead of schedule and was informed that my order was prioritized. Glad to do business with them and will be dealing with them again in the near future.
I ordered a tonneau cover for my new F 150 at a great price, delivery was fast and free. I thought there was a problem with cover during the install. Contacted customer service and they were ready to ship a new cover the next day. Only to find it was an error on my part. Stopped the replacement cover from shipping. Finished the install and cover looks great. Thank you, Autohance.
Basically I didn't know the tips were going to be different one step is up one sip is down I thought it was going to be even tips also one side of the exhaust sticks out a little bit more than the other side making it look a little uneven
