I ordered a set of EBC brake pads. Their prices were the best. I was in no rush as I was buying them for future maintenance. I think it took three weeks to get the order. The delivery time was a little extended, would have been happier if I received some kind of notice that the order was progressing. I called two weeks after the order was placed and the customer support was great. Let me know the order would be shipped by early the next week. It came as promised.
UPDATE: After extensive phone calls and emails with John, the intake still has not arrived. A label for my delivery was not created until 9/13 at 3:03pm. Mind you, I was personally contacted and assured that the intake would be delivered on 9/10. A partial refund was given and I was promised a full refund if not delivered by 9/12 at the latest. The second refund has not been placed and I'm no longer hearing back from them on email or phone. I will be taking legal action if matters are not resolved by the end of today 9/15 Scammers. I paid for a K&N air intake on 08/29 and was told the item would arrive in 2-5 business days. The email stated that I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. Almost a week went by with no update to the shipping, so I reached out to their customer service email team on 09/03. They responded to let me know that the order would be shipped out on 09/06 and be delivered by 09/10. There was never a notification that it was shipped and 09/10 came and went with no delivery. The email team has stopped responding to my messages and I have opened a claim with my credit card company to have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOHANCE!
The product came and it looks great! (Cold air intake by Injen). Unfortunately on the website it does not mention that the the intake is compatible with Quattro vehicles only. I have the FWD ultra edition which has an MAF sensor (again not mentioned on website). Luckily the instructions let me know right away. In any case I need to return the item and (hopefully) choose another intake. Besides that, I'm really happy with the autohance service. It was easy to find something I liked. Delivery was fast as well. Hopefully someone will be in touch as the phone line for customer service is down.
The lack of website status updates after the order and it is almost impossible in getting someone to answer the phone, leaves a lot to be desired! Almost canceled my order after a week, but order came before I got a response to my calls and emails from AutoHance. My first purchase and most likely the last from here.
Not only was purchasing my items quick and easy the items showed up only after two days! I'm extremely happy with my product and the quickness of autohances delivery! You definitely will keep my business!
Fast easy cheapest around. Tein deffinitly needs to upgrade their packing department. Coilovers were not secure what so ever and banging around in the box. Not even packing peanuts or zip ties. Some of the springs have decent chips in them. But the green looks great
What i originally ordered was stuck at port. I got emails from autohance on monday to call them. I called multiple times in a 3 day period. I got email saying they will reach to me, but never got any calls from thier reps. Finally got ahold of customer service after day 4...found out that my item was stuck at port and if i wanted to get a refund or get a different item. I chose to just get a diffrent item. It would of been nice to get a discount or something since they failed to contact me. Even after i emailed and left them a voice mail.
I 100% recommend this website for parts, I received my package very fast and for a great price. My only issue is that I was told I would receive an e-mail when the package was shipped out and I never did but, however, I did receive the package the same day I was expecting to, only earlier than I was expecting in the day. Great company, great work, keep it up!
Great product! Easy to install utilizing all factory hookups and locations, has a washable reusable air filter that does not require oiling and looks great. The unit replaces all the restrictive factory pieces from the intake housing, air bridge and throttle body intake tube. The air filter rests on the factory pins reusing the factory air pump intake hose, the air bridge reuses the factory hold-down grommets and the mass air flow meter is retained in the same factory location as to not trigger a possible check engine light associated with relocation. They offer a red, blue, and black air filter, but I chose black because it makes the installed product look more oem. The installed product sharpens throttle response, gives a nice intake sound, and adds a few more ponies. I would definitely recommend this product.
I had to call to see if item shipped. They said its shipping today, (the day I called). I never got an email or tracking info. The next day I called and they emailed me shipping info. Shouldn't that be auto generated?
I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that followed up with me but initially he pointed out the exhaust I ordered for *only* tested on a manual Camaro and I had an automatic. He confirmed a few options my vehicle was equipped with, called MBRP (the company making the product) and ironed out a few details with them. He then called me back (granted this was 24 hours after placing the order which would have made it late to arrive for my appointment at the exhaust shop) and confirmed the fit would be correct AND I received it the NEXT day! Way before my appointment! 10/10 guys, thanks!
A little disappointed with one of the rotors I received. It had dent on it like it had been dropped. I didn't want to take the time to return it since I had already planned the time to do the work. It was on a spot on the rotor where it wouldn't affect the overall performance, so I kept and used it. Other than that my wife and I are very happy with the new brakes and rotors.
Everything is quick, little weirded out leaving a review the second I placed the order rather than after getting the product. In the end I got the product I was shopping for and according to the internet this was literally the cheapest place to buy it!
I ordered a product thinking it was in stock and nowhere on the product page did it say out of stock. Product was not in stock ready to ship. I was told it would take 29 days to be in stock or pay extra $29 to have it shipped from susupplier. Not happy.
If you actually have this item in stock as your customer service rep said on the phone I will be thrilled and contact you first from now on. If he was wrong and this isnt in stock I will never use you again.
As a follow-up, they did have the bar in stock. It was the only company in the States that had the bar in stock at the time. The customer service was great as well. Only disappointment was that I had to pay NY state sales tax as that is where they are based and I live as well.
Overall I am happy with my purchase and with the website. My new intake is awesome but installing it wasn't the best. The instructions that were sent were very vague, there weren't many pictures to go on what it should look like and the parts were different than in the pictures that were sent but after a while of tampering I finally got it put in and working.
I chose my purchase solely for the price. After my purchase, I received notification my part wasn't in stock. After an additional wait, I received notification my part shipped. Other than the additional wait time. Strong communication with the customer kept me knowing what was happening.
It was a good experience, delivery time took longer then I expected, I had ordered my package on the 27th of September and didn't receive it until the 10 of October. Overall the product works great and I am satisfied.
I ordered a short ram intake from Autohance for my 2015 Veloster Turbo. I had actually ordered the wrong part at first and John from Auothance was amazing. He called me to make sure I got the correct part and I literally recieved it the following day. Definitely ordering future parts from here. Thank you.
I unfortunately had such a bad experience with this company. Before purchasing from them I searched high and low to make sure they were a good legit company. From what I've seen on the Secretary of State they haven't been up and going too long. I purchased an exhaust back in November 30 they had the audacity to email me telling me it'll take 3-4 weeks just like how it was stated on the product page. I told them it was completely okay because I had seen the time frame beforehand. Tell me why they just kept pushing back my delivery date. They would advise me of a certain date and when that date came around they would change it up again. Now I understand that sometimes things can be out of your control but they neglected to inform me, since way before that they weren't receiving shipment from the manufacturer. The last time I spoke to them was January 6 because I was told that my order would be shipped out that day. I called them because I hadn't received anything through my email and that's when they advise me that'll get shipped out late February, keep in mind I placed my order November 30. He then explains how they're not receiving any orders and so on. Now if they knew they weren't receiving orders why didn't they just advise me once they had found out? Why keep telling me that my order will be shipped out on a certain date when they don't even have the product?! Before I called I had checked that exact product and it had an estimate date of 2 weeks, why did they update the time frame when they don't even have the product to begin with?! Why sell the product when they don't have it?! Why waste months of my time? I'll tell you why because they're money hungry and they don't have any values. I thankfully was able to get my full refund but it was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE for me to go through all this hassle. Please buy your product elsewhere, the stress isn't worth this place. You can find better service and better pricing at Redline360, Hardmotion, LM Performance and etc. P. S the only reason I purchased the exhaust from them was because they had the "quickest" time for delivery, price was more compared to others but at the time I didn't mind paying more if it meant quicker delivery.

I had ordered the wrong cold air intake for my car and you guys caught it and informed and sent me a link to veiw the correct one for my car and set me up with the right part most places just semd what ever you order and dont look to make sure the customer didnt over look something. This is true service from a company. And thats what customer satisfaction is about!
Fantastic experience from placing the order to unboxing the package. 2 day shipping from date of order to delivery, best price on internet I found, updated regularly with progress. Only complaint that I have is not with Autohance.com but rather with the FedEx. Box was horribly beat up and it seemed as if the package had just been tossed around like a rash doll bending one of the tailpipes openings and one of the mounting bars for the mufflers. Nothing a little time and patience couldn't take care of in the shop vice. I will be ordering more pasta for the Mustang again from Autohance.com in the future.
Good pricing, good customer service when needing assistance. However I would say that the website needs to update their parts available for Dodge Challenger Scat Packs. I'm sure there are many more parts that could be sold if Autohance would update their parts that are compatible for Dodge Scat Packs.
Customer service was great, John was a big help. But...the first tonneau that shipped was damaged/used in appearance (was not in OEM box, packing material, and was missing parts). The second tonneau was new in box, worked great...but was missing the shims needed for my truck.
Overall, far from a seamless experience, but I appreciate customer service trying to make it right. It does bother me to have paid full price for a kit that was missing parts (shims), which would be the primary reason I couldn't recommend.
