Where do I start: First they told me part in stock, then sent me an invoice for one amount and deducted almost a $1 more than the invoice from my account the next day. So they took the money before sending the part. Invoice said 3-7 days delivery, 18 days later still waiting for the part. (not even in stock, manufacturing delay)This Texas Company is the worst, you don't even get anyone in America for customer service. This is a sad day for this Texas Company

Ordered a replacement part for my truck. The site was easy to navigate and order. But within an hour I started getting emails for the company on purchasing other items. Sales adds basically. I just want to order my part and not get extra emails. I get enough junk in box mail everyday don't need more. The order was completed very easy but wish you could look up something or buy something on the Internet without getting bombard with adds I do not want.

Yes i had to have the condenser for my a/c. I therefore ordered it without my promised discounts of 15% or more. Your offer of future discounts fell on deaf ears i m afraid. I have no idea what happened to my first order and even the chat person didn t know. So i just reordered in order to get the much needed part.

Called to get tracking number. Something I shouldnt have to do. It should be sent. They take your payment. Ask u a hundred questions before even answering your question. Terrible customer service. Wont purchase from here again. No one had to call for the payment.

Purchased many items from this company and just found out that when i claimed one of their discounts I was signed up for a membership at "Complete Saving" From that point on a $12 monthly charge was apply to my account. I am a busy person and always skimed over the small charges when i review my bank statement. As it turns out they had made over 59 withdrawals before I noticed it. I called Complete Saving and my subscription was immediately cancel and they will reimburse the entire amount. I have not seen the money yet and i sure hope it will shows up. Any way, I would stay clear from any company associated with US Autoparts (Auto parts Warehouse, JC Whitney, Partstrain, etc.). Be very careful when claiming those discounts!

I just placed an order for two Dyson Vacuum cleaner filters. Shortly there after, I checked my credit card company to find that this company had charged me twice for the same order.One charge was for yesterday and one for to day. The amounts are identical, as are the invoice number! If they don't cancel one of the orders, I'm cantacting my credit card company and filing fraudulent charges on these two purchases.The Internet never seems to amaze me. All the money you want to make can be made, legally but you still have people who like to use the slight of hand hoping you want see them. Stay away from these people

This is he second tome that I have ordered in the past 12 months and I am not getting my parts when they said I would. Last time I had to wait an extra day. This time I was told a day and now I am being told it will take an extra 3-5 days. The service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and order from amazon. They deliver what hey they promise.

Parts arrived in a timely manner and looked to be of good quality. Described as factory replacement, but technical found the front rotors to be 1" smaller diameter than factory. Customer service agreed to ship out replacement free of shipping, but wouldn't discount order even though I ordered correct parts. I explained that I would get charged twice for the same job because I needed to drive vehicle, but they refused. Thanks a lot for all the headaches. Won't use vendor again.

Absolutely horrible experience and subpar level of customer service. Sent wrong part number and then entered into a nightmare scenario trying to get correct part sent out to me. Customer service was absolutely useless and after speaking to 4 different agents in 2 countries was no closer to any resolution of my issue. Finally, just drove to AutoZone and picked up correct part; it was a little more expensive, but well worth it considering the amount of time and hassle I experienced trying to work with Auto Parts Warehouse. Good reminder that you truly get what you pay for and that sometimes it well worth paying a little extra.

I used to always buy all sort of maintenance items from apw over the past ten years, and never had issues. Ordered a simple item, a sunshade that was in stock. I live in southern california about 20 miles from their HQ in carson and it took Two Weeks to receive it. Moreover, fedex delivered it to my neighbor instead who luckily recognized my name and dropped it off at my door. Never again.

Sent me the wrong parts. Take forever to return, they don't pay for shipping on core parts unless you go off on them. I would never order from here again to many issues and takes to long to process returns when they guarantee to send you parts that fit.
Pictures show the dirty rotor is the one I needed the clean one is the one they provided me with.

I went to this site searching for a water pump & timing belt for my 2002 Toyota Tacoma truck. I sent an e-mail asking about the prices to see if I could find one at a reasonable price. They e-mailed me back very fast and advised me that they needed more information about my truck. They asked me if it was 4WD, also some questions about the engine. I emailed them back and told them that I was not sure about some of things they where asking about thy engine. The sent me another email adding a link for me to find out about my type of engine, or that I should take the truck to a shop and ask them before ordering any parts so I could get exactly what I need. I knew I could go to the shop. But they seemed to be very upfront and helpful. I will get back to them as soon as I am able to find out more about my engine parts, Sincerely Lorraine W.

Called customer service about rewards points that didn't show up on my order? The girl seemed confused. Spent about 25 minutes on the phone. She took the first 5 minutes reviewing all the information on my account which had nothing to do with my call. Finally told her to stop all the verifications as I have not changed anything. She had to go to her supervisor several times to get suggestions/answers and I finally gave up and never did find out what happened to my rewards points. They just disappeared into cyberspace. Lost forever.

I ordered the Sedona Suede Dash cover for my '14 Mustang and it arrived in good time--sooner than expected--and it is lovely and very functional. It is easy to install and protects from the intense sun in the California desert where I live right now (it gets to over 120 degrees!). I was so pleased, I just ordered another one for my other car, a '12 Ford Fiesta. I would recommend this company to others.

Order power window motor and regulator for my automobile. Had problem making order. Called in person, because i had made order before with no problem. Got good assistance from the rep helping me. Took care o the issue and in no time my order was done. Very good service. Thank you Jose

I order a bumper and valance 2000 Ford F-150 XL. It came painted. I e-mail and call mulptle times trying to return the items. I was told the only way it could be returned if I paid for the shipping. I am very disappointed with the customer service person who didn't speck english.

Didn't receive all parts in the box. My only option from them is to send the 70lb package back for a refund on my expense. I think not. I will never order from this place again! Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else! Save yourself the headache and time

I ordered a truck bumper and the website showed that there are thee in stock. This morning customer service told me that the part is back ordered, that they could only refund my money, not apply the purchase price to another bumper, and I would have to pay for an alternate choice at full price yet wait 10-12 days for my original refund. When I complained about this process, and said that I only had enough to buy the one bumper, not two, I was told "This is our process Sir" Really? Well this website will never get my business "That is my Process!"

Sad. 6 days after order still no shipping information. Ready to call my card and say fraud. When you have a car down you shouldn't have to wait for them to take a week or two or never ship. I will never use these guys again. I expected to have this truck up by now..

I ordered 4 parts from this site and only got 3 of them. I called 3 times to find out where my part was and they kept telling me that Fedex is shipping it but nobody followed up with Fedex to see where the part is and I still do not have it after I was told to wait until April 12th. These people are the worst

I ordered a catalytic converter from them and they sent the wrong one. Then when they sent me the return information, they had so many rules, that it was ridiculous. They even made me pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

I've not always been satisfied with products on line because they often are not what is advertised when I received them. This is my second experience with Auto Parts Warehouse and I couldn't be happier. The parts for my Volvo were correct and my mechanic had an easy time installing them. Also they arrived a day earlier than anticipated, which shocked me because I've never received anything on line early. Usually it has been the other way around. That is why I am reordering and will continue to buy from Auto Parts Warehouse. Thank you. Ray Strait, Hemet, CA

I'm so very elated to have made this phone call today! My representative extension 1629 was so amazing and certainly my Angel for this day. I'm a woman and most would really take advantage of me being I'm not knowledgeable about parts. However, I needed a drivers side after a truck tried to run me off the highway! By God's grace there was some damage done to the driver's side of my Acura TL. Most importantly the insurance company would not remit payment for it. Thus, I had to come out of pocket for 2 17 inch Continental Tires, 2 wheels, and a broken mirror. I called today to get a price quote after being quoted $450.83 by the Acura Dealership; my Angel after I provided him with the part number provided this part to me for $82.90! I will forever do business with Auto Parts Warehouse! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DAY!

Needed a catalytic converter for my dodge... Never ordering from here again! They sent the wrong one, when I finally got a hold of customer service they said there was a return shipping and restocking fee, even though they were the ones who made the mistake. After all the hoops I had to jump through and the negativity from customer service, I'm never ordering from here again. I made the mistake of hoping I would be an exception and wouldn't have an awful experience like others, boy was I wrong.

I called to get replacement seatbelts for my Toyota Highlander. The first sign there was a problem was the woman spoke very broken English. Her accent was so thick, she was difficult to understand. I asked her three times if she was sure the seatbelts would fit my vehicle and she assured me they would. Once I received the seatbelts, you guessed it. They were universal seatbelts, which she didn't bother to tell me, and they didn't fit my car. So I had to mess with returning them. I immediately shipped them back using their return process and even though they took the money out of my checking account on the day I ordered the seatbelts, they won't return my money to me until two weeks after they received the seatbelts back.

I would give Auto Parts Warehouse a -10 (negative ten) rating and would not recommend this product to my worst enemy's! This place billed me for four auto parts that they didn't even have in stock and now the customer service representative tells me I have to Waite for three to five weeks to get my money back. So what am I'm suppose to now? Wait to get the parts I need now? I can't pay double for the parts that I need! What the $#*! is that all about?
