Where do I start: First they told me part in stock, then sent me an invoice for one amount and deducted almost a $1 more than the invoice from my account the next day. So they took the money before sending the part. Invoice said 3-7 days delivery, 18 days later still waiting for the part. (not even in stock, manufacturing delay)This Texas Company is the worst, you don't even get anyone in America for customer service. This is a sad day for this Texas Company
The part sent to me (tie rod end for a Chrysler Crossfire) did not even remotely fit my car. My mechanic told me that it looked like a tie rod end from a Chrysler minivan. When I asked for a return authorization and explained the reason for the return, the representative I was speaking to told me that I would have to cover return shipping and forfeit the cost of the original shipping because I could not provide the manufacturer's part number of the part I was looking for. This is a ridiculous excuse for not providing a full refund. If Autopartswarehouse relies on its web site to sell car parts to the general public then the web site should not attempt to sell a part that does not fit the car for which I specified all available search criteria (make, model, trim, engine size, etc...). I will never use this vendor again.
Ordered a head gasket from these guys, got it, had it installed professionally, and, upon him filling the engine with oil and anti-freeze mix, had the anti-freeze leaking out practically all around the entire head. That means undoing ALL the work just performed, to the tune of another $700.00. DUE TO PART FAILURE. Of course, they're not going to be responsible for their parts performance and cover the extra cost due to THEIR failure to provide parts of quality. Go somewhere else!
I called to get a RMA# to return an item that I purchased and it was the wrong order. The week I got the item I called to get RMA# to return it and I was referred to 8 different phone numbers. I finally filled out a form on line and was told that it was received successfully and that in 2-3 days I would get an email with the RMA# and return procedures. After a week I still had not received the RMA#. I called again and was referred to 3 more phone numbers. I will not order from them anymore. A very dissatisfied customer.
I made an order for an engine kit, the second day someone from this company made a phone call to ask my private information such as the billing address of my credit card for verification purposes(why do i need that verification? Did Amazon asked your information for verification? What kind of verification is that? Should that be illegal?) anyway, i canceled my order. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN, BE SMART!

I ordered an item on a Thursday around lunch time. By the following Monday, at 4 PM, both the US Postal Service website and their own website confirmed that it has not been shipped yet.
When I called to cancel the order, customer service rep was rude, aggressive and condescending.

I paid $480 for a hood and fender. A month later they refund me $275. No communication at all. Dont know where the rest of my money is or my parts they supposedly had in stock
Ordered catalytic converters for 97 Expedition. They sent the wrong one. When I called to remedy the situation they issued a UPS call tag which UPS fullfilled. UPS picked up the parts and returned them to AutoParts Warehouse. However after several calls to Auto Parts Warehouse customer service, I didn't receive the promised Mastercard credit. I then disputed the charge with Mastercard. AutoParts Warehouse's response to Mastercard - "How do we know he sent the parts back?" Well dope, you issued the call tag, UPS picked it up and you had a tracking number to know it DID get delivered back to you. NEVER do business with these people.
Called the 1800 number to see the status of a particular parts availability Shown on website as 2 (TWO) currently in stock. Operator ASSURED me that in fact they did have 2 (TWO) in the warehouse. Four days later get an email stating that they in fact did not have parts in stock and could not fulfill the order. Now the irritating thing was I needed 4 of this particular part so I placed an order for 2 more with another vendor (Tirerack) who I also called to verify availability and they only had 2 in stock but fulfilled it unlike this place. So now I have to ship the tirerack order back, time wasted look elsewhere for parts.
I placed an order with Auto Parts Warehouse for the first time and then, two days later, I started started getting fraudulent charges against the credit card I used. They were the only "new" people I have done business with. At first I thought it was coincidence. I sent an email to Auto Parts Warehouse asking them to look into the security of their server (has it been hacked) and do a quick check on the employees that have access to the secure data (are employees stealing credit cards). To my surprise, they never saw fit to respond to me. I hate to say it, but it seems that they are pretty sure they have a problem. They can’t really reply back to me saying they found an employee stealing credit card information. That would open them up to some serious reproductions. So they just ignore my many requests for information. If you don’t want to spend some quality time with your bank trying to get bogus charges removed, then your credit cards replaced, you defiantly do not want to do business with Auto Parts Warehouse. They have a major problem that they are hiding. Stuff happens. Shame they were not responsible enough to handle this in a professional manner.

Ordered brake pads for my car, the back fited perfect, the front brake pads were different than the originals, the Mecanic said they dont fit.
I addressed that with them and they did accepted a return but they dont cover the shipping, which is almost 2/3 of the refund.
I dont understand why should I pay to return a part that didnt fit, even they said will do.
Disappointed.
It was hard to find the part I wanted, but when I finally figured how to do it it was GREAT! I love the discount points they give too. I would rather do my shopping over the phone, but this is good too. Since I figured out how to do it. I won't shop anywhere else for parts for my Chrysler Se bring Touring Convertible! Theyhave GREAT how -to videos TOO. I'm a woman and they do the videos where I could do it myself!

They hold your order till your card goes through unless you use pay pal. Its been 2 days anyone else would have sent it by now. Do not use their Microsoft pay.
I ordered a window regulator for my wife's 2010 Ford Escape and after looking at other sites and no luck with local parts stores Auto Parts Warehouse was the cheapest by far and their photos of the product ensured that I had the right part the only issue and it was a small one is the part came in a box 4 times the size needed all in all a great experience would use them again in a heart beat.
APW advertises a Low Price guarantee --that they will not honor. I called to order a low coolant sensor for a Volvo XC90. APW price was $24.46. Rock Auto price was $12.38. April (light a breath of Springtime) REFUSED to honor the low price guarantee advertised on the website. She started to tell me about what APW had "invested." (eeeuro had the sensor for $17.88)
I asked for a manager and was placed on hold... and left. I'm still 'on hold ' as I am writing this.
APW is not a reputable company. They try to high-gross customers and lie about mneeting competitors' pricing. Shop elsewhere!
JUST AVOID! Don't put yourself in the same position that I was in. It took me forever to get the two parts that I ordered. Here's what happened:
I ordered 2 parts and paid extra for the overnight shipping. They sent 1 part overnight, and the other part was sent through regular post. I waited for a week for the other part to arrive while my car sat in the garage. I contacted them immediately and even though they hadn't shipped out the 2nd part, they didn't want to ship it through overnight shipping.
And get this, they charged for overnight shipping on both items!
Avoid these guys, avoid these hassles, JUST SHOP ELSEWHERE.

I was surfing the net and up popped a website for what appeared to be an update for Java which seemed suspect. The web address had nothing to do with Java, it was the address for http://www.autopartswarehousei.com, not exactly sure what would have happened had I clicked on it. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Been using this for about 3 years, and never had a complaint. Customer service always on their a game, and parts are always on my door step the next day from when it's ordered.
