Where do I start: First they told me part in stock, then sent me an invoice for one amount and deducted almost a $1 more than the invoice from my account the next day. So they took the money before sending the part. Invoice said 3-7 days delivery, 18 days later still waiting for the part. (not even in stock, manufacturing delay)This Texas Company is the worst, you don't even get anyone in America for customer service. This is a sad day for this Texas Company
I ordered a taillight for my honda civic, but i found a much better set on amazon so i tried to cancel the ones i ordered off of here. I talked to the customer service lady and she said they would cancel the order and refund my money, guess what, they STILL sent me the item and didnt refund my money. DONT buy from these people, Amazon is WAY more trustworthy than they are, and as quality of the parts? Smh, you can find way better condition parts from a junk yard
SCAM COMPANY - Ordered remanufactured power steering pump and returned it in the same UNOPENED, untouched box they sent it to me. Followed their 15 step return process and waited for refund that never came. Called and they are refusing refund because they are stating it is a used part!?!?!?! Even after stating that they received it in an unopened box? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I order a part last night and as soon as I placed the order realized that the color of the part was not what I wanted. I called customer service no more than 2 minutes later and spoke to a guy named Danny with an Asian accent. I told him what had happened and asked him if he could change the color of the part for me, otherwise, I had to cancel the order. He told me that they did not have the other color in stock and asked him to cancel the order which he said he did and proceeded to tell me that that I would be getting a cancellation order on my e-mail. Today I checked and nothing, all I received was the e-mail telling me that they were getting ready to ship my item. I called this afternoon, once more, and spoke to a lady by the name of Judi and she was not any better. She said to me that the order that I put last night, Danny could not had cancelled because the order is filled right away, because they have the part in stock. I told her that I did not call 3 hours after I placed the order, but 2 minutes later and stood by her statement that the order had been filled right away and there was no chance for cancellation.
I've ordered several times from this site & have not had a problem.
In visiting other sites, you cannot speak to a person if you have questions. Autowarehouse has an actual landline.
Ordered a ac compressor kit for my dodge - order was delayed for a week and when it did arrive it was incomplete and not even the right compressor - initiated a refund and sent the part back but after a month I heard nothing - called them and was told my refund was pending (lied too) and it was waiting for my bank - another week goes by and I call again and this time Im told I didnt send back all the parts - after weeks of calling and trying to work through this I again am told that my refund is pending my bank again (another lie) - and now 6 months later I finally receive notice my refund is pending but it is for less than half of the amount which makes no sense as the dryer and o-ring kit list for far less than what they have deducted from my refund - will never recommend this company or do business with again - not only did it cost me extra money but extra time waiting for my truck to be fixed
I have been dealing with Auto Parts Warehouse for quite a few years getting parts for a variety of makes that my family and I own- Volvo, VW, and Nissan, Toyota, Lexus etc. I have found out the parts representatives at Auto Parts Warehouse to be very helpful and quite knowledgeable about their work and they are very courtiers and go out of the way to verify the applicable parts. I just cannot understand why there are so many negative reviews appear on this column. Before calling, one has to be prepared with all the relevant information about the particular vehicle the make, model year, date of manufacture found on the door frame sticker i. E. usually month and year, model, trim i. E. GL, GXE or XYD and the like, the engine capacity and VIN number. Once you provide this information, getting the right parts is a breeze. These days, their 24/7 call center is located in the Philippines and those workers out there are very astute and of good judgement especially to mention the women who are very thorough in picking the right parts which are direct fit. I am very, very pleased with this outfit which is a pleasure to deal with. I could understand why people get irate and write bad reviews such people are to blame themselves for not being well prepared with relevant vehicle information before making that call.
Rep was on her game, and very helpful with my dilemma. The sale's lady was a pleasure to deal with, and speak to. She was so helpful with my replacement order.
The website has several major issues...
1. I gave a pair of headlights a poor review because it was listed as a "Direct OE Replacement". This was absolutely not the case. This is not the fault of the website... but what IS the fault of the website is that they do not post reviews that may impact sales. If you surf the site you will only find positive reviews!
2. They have a "low price guarantee" which they do not honor. I purchased the lights for (approx) $295 dollars. I found them at another site for (approx) $190 (including shipping). I got a letter back from autopartswarehouse telling me tough break but they cannot meet the price. Yes they have fine print buried within the site, but either it's a guarantee or not. I guess the answer is "NOT".
I will never use this site again and I recommend you do not either... there are too many other sites that you can get what you want for less.
I also found while looking around that many sites are duplicates of other sites. In other words, same people, different name. Just be aware of this when looking around.
My local Auto Parts Oreilly's wanted $204.00 for the part and I got it for $97.00 dollars. I plan on ordering from this Company and recommend to family and friends.
My order for this assembly was because 2018 f150 ford was included in coverage.My mistake was trying to use it instead of returning it. This doesn't come within a mile of fitting.
Chat service went smooth and Elvie was business like and searched for part.
Hopefully the searched part will be the right ones, will let you know if everything replaces the old ones

I usually don't write reviews but this incident bothered me. On 1/3/2016 I was researching a cat back exhaust for my 2005 Nissan Frontier SE 4x4 crew cab. I decided I wanted the JBA Exhaust System part # J*******, however the product details said it wouldn't fit the 4x4 model. So I went to the manufactures website jbaheaders.com where it does indeed indicate it will fit 4x4 models including my exact model. I proceeded with a live chat through Autopartswarehouse and they indicated that it wouldn't fit even though I mentioned the manufacturer's website indicated it would. Needless to say I didn't order from here. I instead did a live chat with other retailer, whom I won't mention, and mentioned all of the above. The competitor guaranteed me 100% fit, and if not, they promised me paid return and full refund! I didn't hesitate and ordered. Meanwhile, I also emailed JBA asking the about the fit. They insured me that that part number will indeed fit! The previous part #40-1410 was only for 2x4 models. Take note, this isn't the 1st time I had a bad experience with autopartswarehouse which I also left a bad review for.
I was double charged account now the negatives they dont care told it will be 3-5 days before they will put m ugh money back. THEY SUCK WILL USE AUTOZONE FROM NOW ON.
