Where do I start: First they told me part in stock, then sent me an invoice for one amount and deducted almost a $1 more than the invoice from my account the next day. So they took the money before sending the part. Invoice said 3-7 days delivery, 18 days later still waiting for the part. (not even in stock, manufacturing delay)This Texas Company is the worst, you don't even get anyone in America for customer service. This is a sad day for this Texas Company

Easy to get the parts you're looking for and easy check out. Great prices. Looked around at other online shopping but some didn't have the parts I was looking for or the cost a lot more for the same brand...

I ordered a wrong part for my car from them, I found out that only when I physically received it.
I tried to ship it back but after no reimbursing the tax, the shipping cost and the handling cost I am supposed to get back only 32$ from my original 64$.
Totally upset, stay away from this company as far as you can.

This review is actually the result of a cancelled order. I placed an order for a part and found out a couple hours later that I already had the part.
I emailed a request to cancel the order and received a quick reply that my order would be cancelled. The next day I received a follow-up email confirming the cancellation and that the credit card authorization had been voided.
Over the years I have ordered a lot of car and lawn equipment parts online with the occasional need for a return or a cancellation. This was the quickest, clearest communication I have ever received.

So its been a couple weeks since i wrote my first review and i figure by now someone wouldve contact me... still nothing and had to go buy the actual part so at the end i had nothing from them, nor a call, a credit or a simple "we apologize" email... not buying from them again.

I ordered and received a new fog lamp replacement. It was a perfect match until the light connector on the lamp did not match to the connector from the vehicle. It was the most worst experience I had to go through with three different people to get what was needed. After 45 minutes with talking to the personnel and the background noise was most impossible to hear all that was being said. Now, the connector was more than the price of the lamp.
I think there is something wrong with that. I am going to go to a local supplier and check it all out as i am not very happy with this.

Got my parts within a week, received the correct parts, at a good price.
Tracking system is excellent. Tracked the shipment from warehouse - and city to city- to the FedEx office, to the truck en-route.
Will order from this company again.

If you want to find a smooth website for auto parts go to rockauto.com because the builder of the site devised it for the customer. Parts are readily accessible after entering the vehicle information. APW is difficult and time-consuming when trying to access the individual parts. Too much effort was wasted building the graphics. A smooth path needs to made from the vehicle specifics to the parts available for that vehicle and then a smooth path for checkout with clear progressive links. Also, the inventory is basic and limited. After-market accessories seem to have priority over actual parts that maintain a vehicle. Get with it!

I had several Days and many emails and phone calls with Amazon trying to get a bumper molding strip that did not come with the rear bumoer cover I ordered from Amazon. Amazon was a failure to get the molding strip but your company aided me in getting the strip at a reasonable price. Your customer service rep was very efficient and I thank and commend him highly. Order#******* 8/16/18

Ordering was easy and efficient. Shipped and arrived much quicker than I expected. Unfortunately, I then realized that I ordered a very expensive Item that I could not use on my truck, my mistake, not theirs. Had to swallow my pride and request a return. From the time I sent my request until it was approved for return and RMA issued was less than 2 hours, no questions asked. Communication was efficient, thorough and professional. I will buy again from them for sure, but ensure I can use what I order!

On June 1 2018, I ordered a gas cap for a 1998 Honda Accord. A few days later, I got an envelope from Auto Parts Warehouse. In the envelope was a box for a gas cap. The box was empty. There was no cap in the box. I am not sure of the point in shipping an empty box? I called the customer service phone #. The girl I spoke to apologized for the issue and assured me I would get another one shipped to me. It has been 4 weeks since I spoke to customer service. I still have a $22.01 empty box because another cap has not been sent. I guess I will have to go back to getting parts locally instead of on-line.

Discounts were solid and order came in fine... when I found the Drive Belt was a bit too long, I was very disappointed. The bad review is just because I got done with 25 minutes on a chat customer service trying to get a simple credit.

I was on there for 20 minutes (I think the guy took naps between responses) and he asked if I wanted a credit. I had asked for this in the first line. All I got was that it was a discontinued part. Uggh.

I ordered a set of shocks for an Escalade on autopartswarehouse.com. To be honest, at first, I was skeptical, especially after reading some of the reviews on here. This site had them the cheapest and I did receive the correct part. While shipping did take about 1 week, it's no different than any other auto site, despite some other reviews. You can go to any other site and they all will tell you it can take 3-4 days processing before the item ships. Put it this way, if you're in a hurry, then go to your local auto parts store. If you can wait a few days and want to save a few dollars, then order from here.

I ordered tailgate struts and was shipped a SAAB emblem. There was no way on the website to get an RMA and get the order right. I had to call on the phone, give my info, sit on hold, give my info again, and sit on hold two more times (long holds). Finally got the order right, but too much hassle for their mistake.

Ripoff Artists at AutopartsWarehouse.com - Absolutely DO NOT shop at www.autopartswarehouse.com. They ship you the wrong part and then charge you 20% to take it back and I could have gotten that part cheaper at the Autozone store down the street. Caveat Emptor

I ordered a part the same day as I did with rock auto, not only was it cheaper to ship with them, their part came 3 days earlier. The part I ordered from auto parts warehouse was the size of a funko pop and cost 10 to ship,

APW sent me the wrong tailgate lid supports, then charged me 20% re-stocking fee when I sent them back because they say it was my fault--BS--it was their stinking website's fault.
Now, a month later, still no refund and once again it is my fault because I can't find the post office receipt.
Meanwhile I am out almost $200 not to mention the loss of sanity from dealing with their ESL customer "service".
This is the worst buying experience I have had online or off in many years.

STAY AWAY!

As the title states I placed the items in the cart to review price and apply coupon to check coupon price the system placed the order. I call ed customer service with in 2 to 3 minutes and they told me it was too late to cancel. I sent an e mail and received nothing back. I checked my credit card and the order was being processed. I feel from my experience that this company is a scam and anyone should order from the other online parts companies. Funny thing the customer service told me it takes 24 to 48 hours for them to process and ship however 2 to 3 minutes after the order placed itself was too long to cancel it... Really what BS... STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

They sell items on their website that show to be in stock, then they tell you that it's not in stock and tie up your money for days. ( if you get your $ back at all). When you call customer service and deal with the robo voice it asks you for your order # before speaking with the 3rd world idiot that asks you for the order # again. (Dumb).
Then they don't actually help you at all.

I used to use APW and went to Autozone for a while. Came back for the prices since a lot of what I deal with is special order from the brick and mortar parts stores anyway. Now this is my first time going back since I can remember APW having a rewards program and they had both peices I needed for less than the parts stores even with shipping. I'll be returning for more.

I needed a tail light assembly for my Ford F150 truck that I could not get at any local parts house. I could only get it thru Ford. I found it at Auto Parts Warehouse on line for 1/2 the price,. I called and spoke to "Ren" and he assured me that it was the right piece. I ordered it on Tuesday, and the right part arrived on Saturday. I watched the video about how to remove and replace, and was able to do the work myself. I will order again From APW if the occasion arises. Thank you for saving me a lot of money and stress.

I ordered brake pars for my car and got a confirmation right away. After waiting for delivery for two weeks. I contacted APW and was told they had canceled the order due to lack of payment. However I checked my paypal account and it shows a payment to them the same day of the order. I called APW back and was told " we don't care what paypal shows, we didn't receive payment so you get no refund and we won't deliver anything"

Ordered some DeeZee Nerf Bars for our Blazer, got nerf bars for a pickup. Called them up, don't think they know what a Blazer is. Can't return them without a restocking fee and return freight. Their mistake and it cost us. The web site is all wrong. Called the manufacturer, told us to send back, they can't do anything about a bad web site for a supplier. The parts that came with the bars are all wrong. Just cost us $180.00.
