95 % of the contacts was fraud attempts. We got more serious contacts on Craigslist and even Facebook Market... Completely waste of money. I even contacted them 2-3 times telling that they could take all my email and I was happy to give them the fraud attempts phone numbers... No answers at all yet!
Thought this was the place to credibly sell your car - had lots of issues with scammers. Tried to contact autotrader - automated phone that doesn't take calls. Tried to report a scam and got a very generic email back. Didn't get one serious buyer. No one came to see the car in 2 months. Save your money and sell on Facebook - lots of interest and serious buyers and it was free. Good luck sellers.
They advertise cars for you, but sick there noses into car values with out the knowledge, If you try to get a value of a car on there website - it comes back they do not know the car - very one way for trade - don't think they will show this review either
I believe they are doing a great job already but it will be far better if they could add a most recent option to the sorting option when searching for cars? So that buyers can see vehicles according to how recent the lists are.

I am in the market for a used truck. Attempting to find one online was an issue since every site once you have designed your query wants your email address, phone, etc so some salesman can call you. However, I found a great site Autotrader.com. You can design your search, save it and view at your leisure, refining criteria as needed. I listed my car on Autotrader an didn't get one single legitimate response. Instead I got dozens of scammers all saying the same thing.
" I am out of state and will send my mover to pick up the car and pay by cashiers check.".
Autotrader says they screen responses... I don't think so.
Don't waste $50.
I have always used auto trader to find my next vehicle, there are too many ads and add on's now, basic is better! No need adding cars to searches only to find out they are several states away. I use auto trader to find a car I'm interested in, compare it to others in the area, contact a dealer and see it in person if a deal is within reach.
