This company is a scam. They claim they can change based on availability of their flower arrangements but WITHIN the same type and following the arrangement chosen. So what they do is create a mediocre arrangement that looks absolutely nothing like the one ordered and not the size specified making the customer feel embarrassed and angry realizing what the recipient received! Not to mention the worst customer service ruining in this case a Birthday. I need accountability from this company. I am beyond disappointed. NEVER ORDER FORM THEM!
I ordered flowers for my so in laws mother who lost her husband. They were going to the town of winterville nc. I was told they would be delivered that day. After talking to my son in law late that afternoon I found out they never recieved the flowers. After several emails to the company with no responce I called them on Friday morning. They looked into it and said they weren't delivered on thursday. So they finally delivered them today Friday in the afternoon. Needless to say I would never order from this company again. Their customer service is really bad.

Horrible service. Do not pay extra for the "get your ordered delivered before 2pm" because they won't. They didn't even send me an email/text that it was eventually delivered. Customer service wasn't helpful. CARLA, MICHAEL, and ERNEST guaranteed me that my order was going to be delivered but it didn't. Please find another way to deliver flowers to your love ones because you will be dissatisfied and disappointed using Ava's Flowers.

I tried to order some flowers from my wife yesterday Friday Sept 9th to be delivered to her at the school she teaches at. I was away for the weekend with my son and I ordered the flowers and paid for them and they were never delivered. I found out they sent me a text saying the delivery people couldn't do it but I had no way of knowing this becuase I was not with my phone. So not only did she not get her flowers but they tried everything to deliver them the next day which would have been no good because she was not at school and I wanted them delivered to her there. And they absolutely did not want to give me a refund which the finally did after being on the phone for 40 minutes. They really really messed up the surprise for my wife They should have just told me from the beginning they couldn't do it. Plus there telephone assistance department is terrible. They disconnected me two times after being transferred three times. It was very frustrating.

I didn't check reviews and too late when I saw the reviews of this Avas Flower scammer. They charged an additional USD25 plus tax fees cost me over USD100 and they are not reachable /contactable due to an international buyer when I'm asking for refund, I ordered flowers for my friend in the USA for her bday. The flower never exist. Disaster. I really hope the local police do something about this scammer. Its about time, one day these scammers face their own karma ripping off people's money.

I thought I was ordering from a mom and pop store. I was totally disappointed. I ordered a medium size centerpiece and a small was delivered. The flowers were for Easter dinner. The flowers came with RED candles. I was refunded the $10 difference between centerpieces but that doesn't lessen my embarrassment when the hostess put the flowers on the dinner table.

Ordered on12/22@ 930am for same day delivery. Christmas arrangement fir my daughter. I order the $65 size. Total was $160, I said why, I have free delivery. Final was $108, still too much, but i did it. The flowers chose were beautiful. Received text to call, could not make my delivery. I tried to cancel, they woukd not allow. Told it would be delivered next day. It was by 530pm. Received $30 refund. Flowers came in a vase too small for the flowers, no ribbon, no pretty Christmas decorations as in the picture. Looked like someone went to a supermarket, bought flowers, dropped then in a small glass and delivered. This is a fake company, not family owned, its a scam. I am embarrassed I fell for it. My payment is being disputed. NEVER ORDER FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Called on Friday to have flowers delivered on Saturday and was told I would get an email after they had been delivered. By Saturday afternoon, when I hadn't heard anything, I called them only to find that my order would not be delivered until Monday. My sister was having her last chemo treatment and we wanted flowers delivered to her on that day only! By then, it was too late to have another florist deliver that day. They offered me $10 off if I would keep the order… Told them that I wouldn't keep the order even if they did it for free. I don't reward bad behavior or bad business.

I ordered from Avas Flowers because their advertising suggested that they were a local flower shop in Tempe, Arizona. In fact I now know they are brokers, just like FTD or Teleflora. I ordered a very expensive bouquet for delivery by December 24th, for a Christmas present. The phony confirmation they sent for the order stated they would probably deliver on the 23rd of December. Christmas had now come and gone, and they are telling me the delivery is scheduled for the 28th of December. In reviewing their complaint policy, they state in the small print that orders placed with 4 days of a holdiday are not guaranteed, but nowhere in the ordering process is that disclosed. They have ruined a Christmas celebration for my family, and for that, I will recommend that prospective customers look elsewhere for for an honest and professional florist. One star is too generous for these scammers.

Do not order from Avas Flowers. Dishonest marketing, poor customer service. I requested delivery for 12/24. They confirmed the order and said they would deliver 12/23. now they are saying delivery will be 12/28, and will not cancel the order or refund the purchase. Do not use these scammers.

I placed an order for medium angel plant. To be delivered same day due to a death in the family. I promptly got a receipt with confirmation and order details: They got the recipients name wrong, they got a small plant instead of medium, it would be delivered the next day after I was told it would be the same day. I gave more than a week's notice on an order of balloons to be delivered to my hotel as a surprise for my daughter's 13th birthday. They called me numerous times while I was on my flight to Florida to tell me they did not have enough balloons to deliver. My flight was at 2 pm and they didn't try to get ahold of me until close to 4 pm. Once I got to the airport I called them back and they continued to put me on long holds. I asked them why they didn't get more balloons if they new they had an order in a week and why they didn't notify me until late in the afternoon so I couldn't make other arrangements. They wanted to deliver them the next day in the morning but this defeated the purpose of the surprise.
I gave them one start because they did give me a full refund but the moment was lost for my daughter.

I would give them no stars if I had that option. I really wanted to surprise my aunt with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for her bday yesterday. I paid a high service fee and was promised same day delivery, only to have her not receive them. My bday present to her was ruined. When I called Avas Flowers, a rep told me there was a problem with the delivery driver and they would attempt the next day. NO. Refund me please. Very unprofessional. I live in Illinois and order flowers for a wake in Florida. Avas promised to deliver the flowers on 10/02/2022 to the funeral home by 11:00am. The flowers never made it to the funeral home. How disappointing! I paid 133.69

Avas are not "local" as they claimed and my order of flowers did not arrive at the funeral as intended. When I phoned and tried to get more information I was constantly put on hold. Eventually the ceremony started WITHOUT my flowers arriving, then they called my cell phone numerous times DURING the funeral. It was a total disaster.

I ordered flowers for a friend who was in the hospital, I picked same day delivery, well the flowers never came and she was sent home. I called and they were nice enough to change the delivery to her address but couldn't explain.wjy they weren't delivered.the day before. Then later in the day I get a text that I need to pick different flowers so I go online to do that and find out they now can't deliver until the next week. I told them that was unacceptable since I paid for same day delivery, after two phone converaations I just asked for my money back and ordered from somewhere else. I spent $60 on a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a 60th birthday. I was STUNNED when my friend sent the picture. The stems were broken and it looked like a small arrangement you would find at a local grocery store for $4.99. When I went to call I could not get through and I could not submit any type of inquiry about my extreme disappointment. I am livid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I order some flowers for delivery in and they were never delivered. I even paid for the "Rush" service which meant they should be delivered by 2pm. They were not delivered by 2pm and despite numerous calls to customer service nobody was able to give me an update. It was now 4:30pm and no flowers and the recipient was no longer at work so couldn't receive. I asked several different agents for a refund and was told that they couldn't when I ask to speak with a manager they put me on hold each time and no manager ever answered.
So no flowers, no refund and terrible customer service. I am not giving up on getting a refund, but save yourselves the hassle and don't order from this awful company.

I'm FURIOUS! Not only did I not get what I ordered, not even CLOSE, but these flowers were brown and dying. I paid $100 for this crap. I never got confirmation that my order was placed, I couldn't get in touch with anyone, then I get an email saying its not going to make the delivery on time and that they'll give me $10 for future credit?! Give me a break! NOBODY IS GOING HERE TWICE! They lie about literally everything. I am so upset this is what my mother received on mothers day, this is horrible! Judging by the reviews, which I wish I saw beforehand, this place is a scam. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?!?! There's reports all over better business bureau and no ones doing anything? This is insane.
