They were out of what I originally ordered for my fiancé. But in place was even a better beautiful plant. Her co workers loved it and so does she! I am more satisfied with this order than any before… thanks so much!
This company is a scam. They claim they can change based on availability of their flower arrangements but WITHIN the same type and following the arrangement chosen. So what they do is create a mediocre arrangement that looks absolutely nothing like the one ordered and not the size specified making the customer feel embarrassed and angry realizing what the recipient received! Not to mention the worst customer service ruining in this case a Birthday. I need accountability from this company. I am beyond disappointed. NEVER ORDER FORM THEM!

From the first phone call to the last this company disappoints! I called and the rep had a very heavy accent (not his fault) but it took forever to make him understand my name, address and email. THEN the call disconnected! 😡. So I call back. Get the info across to the next rep and confirmed what I wanted and the desired colors. She assured me that while the did not have tulips this soon in the year (understood) they could achieve a 'springy' color scheme with white daisys, purple delphinium and yellow iris. I said fine. What daughter received had NONE of these colors and looked like a thanksgiving centerpiece! Very poorly arranged at that. Now the frustration of trying to reach them again…calls disconnected, manager busy and will have to call back. They finally gave me a $20 refund. I was just glad to be done wasting my time with them! Don't use Ava's flowers unless you like headaches, poor customer service and ugly arrangements!

They "delivered my flowers" on valentines day at 630pm and it wasn't even delivered, you can not get in contact with anyone, what a waste of time waiting for these, will never ever use this company again. Who delivers flowers at 7pm on valentines day. Absolutely disgusting!

Placed an expensive order on January 22 for a Valentine delivery to a very important person way early enough! Only to receive an email at 7:45 pm the evening before Valentines stating the order had been cancelled and money refunded! Why the night before? No time to make other arrangements! A very crappy way to do business! No excuses with an order placed that early in advance! Do not ever use this flower company and please don't make the same mistake i did READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS FLORIST!

I ordered flowers at 5am. Cost $113 for a decent sized bouquet and to have them delivered to her work by 4pm… seems like a reasonable window. But no. It Valentine's Day and I understand the high demand and may have a ton of orders but I called twice and they assured me that they would be delivered by 4pm. Skip to 1pm, no delivery confirmation yet, was placed on hold 3 times then hung up on. Annoyed but still hopeful I let it slide, skip to 3:30 still no delivery confirmation and I was hung up on and additional 3 times. Then after 4pm they were unable to get to my call due to the holiday and high call volume. I'm pretty sure I just got scammed out of $113. This was the first time I've ever attempted to buy flowers for a woman and definitely will be the last. Your online chat tells me to call, then the dumb machine on the phone tells me to use the chat. Your business is a joke & a scam.

Younger me would have burnt their business to the ground honestly. I’m so mad. But this is older me so I’m just sharing my experience to the rest of the world so they too don’t make the same mistake I did.

Delivered flower arrangement to a front porch northern Indiana in January. Unwrapped and no door knock of phone call. Arrangement was substituted to not impressive. And flowers frozen solid. Said they would redeliver later, missed the event.

This business is a scam I suggest never doing business with them what a nightmare. They are not trustworthy with their information. They stated delivery couldn't be made due to inclement weather in my area. The delivery was 1,622 miles away where weather was ok. Bill $117.59 refund was $94.59. Charged a service fee. What service? Scammer's.

I ordered flowers for my boss. Paid for the rush delivery. They then don't deliver it. But proceed to inform me that they were delivered. I spent $113.70 on flowers to be delivered and they never received them. Now I can't get my money back. Don't order from here. They are crooks. Order from somewhere else. I'm very unhappy. On top of that there is no one to talk to. It's all computerized. Such horrible business.

My (new) boss lost her dear husband, I contracted with Ava's for delivery of an "appropriate" arrangement, along with a very specific condolence message. Flowers delivered - NO CARD - only because a mutual friend was aware, did my boss know of my family's concern for her. Also - 1/2 of the flowers (according to my friend) were wilted. I called customer support - they negotiated a small "refund", yet I was still left embarrassed and dissatisfied.

I spent w hours ordering the right flowers. Then next day, urgent message that they didn't have those flowers, but would give me an upgrade for holiday flowers. Choose flowers, and once they delivered them, they looked like a grade school person through them in a vase. Worst arrangement and too expensive to get what I got. Never again will I order from them EVER!

We ordered a funeral spray for my mother's service. Got to call the day before saying it would be delivered between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. we had requested it go to our rental house because we didn't trust it to go to the cemetery. We shouldn't have trusted anything about Ava's flowers. The flowers never came the next morning our funeral was scheduled for 10:30 I got on the phone at 9:00 reached customer service they tried to negotiate that it would still arrive it not in time or they would give us 10% discount, but we had a funeral to go to and no flowers. After 20 minutes of demanding an immediate refund we were finally given a confirmation code, refund took 3 more days. Some of the folks in our funeral party rushed to the local grocery store and bought every bouquet they could find. That is not the kind of stress that you want on the morning of your mother's funeral. It's unconscionable cruel and bad business, avoid at all costs and tell your friends.

I placed an order 92 dollars from the website for balloons after paying I got a phone call asking if they could replace it with flowers because they ran out of balloons, I agreed. They ended up sending such a small arrangement of four roses and filler it was so bad they ruined what was supposed to be a special moments refused to send something else or do a refund. I paid 92 dollars for this.

I ordered, was charged, and I paid for two separate flower arrangements for a funeral mass. Only the less expensive one was delivered. Three days and numerous phone calls later they still tell me they are looking into the matter. Although their customer service representatives were very polite, they never get back to me within the promised 24 hours. I have to keep chasing them. Still no satisfaction. Very poor service from start to finish. From what I can gather from speaking to their representatives their business is basically that of a middle man which markets and then farms out their work to local florist.

I wouldn't swear to this but I think they are basically a marketing company that solicits business online and then farms out to local florists. You're probably better off go directly to the local florists. I will never use them again. This has been a really frustrating experience from not receiving the second order to the lack of their ability to resolve the issue by either sending the product or at least offering a refund.

The problem was that the second product was never delivered, Spathiphyllum in a Basket, which happened to be the more expensive of the two. And although they promised to get back to me within 24 hours they never did. It is now three days later.

I called from FL to deliver locally to Las Vegas and they charged a $19.99 service fee but never delivered the flowers EVEN THOUGH we received confirmation via email and text! It was supposed to brighten my daughter's day after receiving an unexpected life-shattering situation. Then, to get help via phone or online added more disappointment as no help after 6 tries! The worse ever! And the reps are repetitive in their responses they sound like robots or recording "sorry, rest assured…blah blah blah!" They probably get our credit card info to run scams! Beware and check your credit reports to be sure no one is defrauding or stealing your identity! Despicable service!

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company when ordering flowers.
1. Initial order was delivered to wrong address.
2. After 4 phone conversations and email communications, flowers were delivered 4 days later.
3. The arrangement bore no resemblance to what was advertised (view photos).

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Ordered a peace lily plant for a close family member's funeral- paid $125 plus tax and they delivered a tiny plant that was half dead and looked like a total eye sore. (See photos). Please do not use this service, the quality is horrendous!

She promised me it would be as beautiful as the one I originally chose. What a joke! I tried to show photos but it will not allow them to upload. My aunts sympathy flowers never arrived. They kept saying they were delivered, but my aunt isn't a liar! Took me 3 days of runaround calls to get my money back. Plenty of people also mentioned the $25 service fee on top of shipping, just so you can get terrible customer service. $130 later and I look like an unsympathetic jerk, and had to deal with this garbage on top of dealing with a death in the family. A family member passed suddenly. Four Western States away! The least we could do is send flowers. Flowers pictured on the website, after being ordered, we're "unavailable"! So, why are they pictured? Or at least marked "out of stock"? Extra money for a vase? $30 extra dollars for a "service fee"? Multiple phone calls later, can't have the flowers ordered, won't be delivered on time, almost two days later, and instead of 12 roses for over $100, three roses, three unopened lilies and two carnations? Pathetic attempt, and over-priced. Not worthy of my relatives memorial. Totally dissatisfied. Would NEVER recommend.
