They were out of what I originally ordered for my fiancé. But in place was even a better beautiful plant. Her co workers loved it and so does she! I am more satisfied with this order than any before… thanks so much!
This company is a scam. They claim they can change based on availability of their flower arrangements but WITHIN the same type and following the arrangement chosen. So what they do is create a mediocre arrangement that looks absolutely nothing like the one ordered and not the size specified making the customer feel embarrassed and angry realizing what the recipient received! Not to mention the worst customer service ruining in this case a Birthday. I need accountability from this company. I am beyond disappointed. NEVER ORDER FORM THEM!
This business should be closed, the absolute worst service ever. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister in a major hospital following major surgery. Then the string of emails and excuses for delays from Avas followed. I received false promises for delivery time and repeated excuses for delays. I spent too much time on the phone trying to respond to their requests (e.g., the first one was during the time frame the delivery was to occur when they emailed me to contact them, and then the representative explained that they needed a backup delivery address just in case -- if that was required why not ask on the order form rather than delay the whole process?). I then spent at least an hour with Avas trying to cancel. To top it off, after canceling and receiving confirmation of the cancelation, days later Avas sent me an email confirmation for placing the same order with them! Never in a million years would I have placed another order with this organization and I now fear I will never get my refund. I have no trust in them or what they will do next. They are either very disorganized and need to get their act together, or highly unethical.

I ordered a live plant basket to be delivered to my daughter in law on the death of her mom. They said they would deliver on the same day I ordered it. They didn't, so they said they would make it bigger. Instead, today they delivered a small (as in tiny) fresh floral arrangement. Then when I tried to call and complain and get the right thing delivered they bounced me all over the place and then never answered. I wish that I would have looked at their reviews. I will let everyone I know what a crappy dishonest company this is,

Ordered flowers 7 days ago for same day delivery. Web sight said price was 39.99 and no delivery fee. All said and done they up charged me to 85.00! When I asked what for she said it would be bigger and better and that it was for a bow and card. Very misleading. Then the flowers were not delivered and still are not. I have tried MULTIPLE times to contact them and the texts I have received say to call a number says they are looking into it. When I tried calling an automated voice says that they are out for the holiday and would be back tomorrow. This has been everyday for 6 days. I can not provide pictures because they were not delivered!

I tried for over an hour to contact them either by email or other means to change an order. They kept redirecting me back to the original page and never was I able to get to a site that would allow me to do any changes I wanted to do. I tried my cell phone, order number, and email address. No matter what I did. They just kept sending me back to Square one. Very frustrating. I finally gave up. I almost canceled my order.

I ordered an arrangement for my dad's funeral and was totally embarrassed by what they sent. It was just awful. They tagged on a 24.95 charge and 3.99 for a card which was written in pink that looked like a child wrote it. There was no blue in the arrangement at all! When I called they said they would send a replacement and they never did. The flowers looked wilted and just pitiful. To spend over 130 dollars to get that awful arrangement. The basket looked used and just sooooo embarrassing when other flowers were beautiful and I was the daughter to have those show up. Stay away, order from another florist!

Ordered three bouquets of flowers and one came a week early. One of the others was unavailable when I wanted them delivered. The others never turned up and after phoning lots they said they can deliver them in two days after which is useless for me as I need them tomorrow. Bad communication and disorganized.

Long story short I was promised a same day surprise delivery. After 3 calls confirming it was delivered it actually had not been delivered and a representative went as far as calling the recipient to confirm delivery and ruined the entire surprise. Needless to say the flowers were never delivered and the entire experience is infuriating. I will never recommend this company to family nor friends… Even enemies for that matter. However I will share my horrible experience via social media and word of mouth every chance I get.

I ordered flowers for "same day delivery," which the site offers (for a Friday). They didn't arrive. The person I was sending to left the hospital on Saturday, so I called and changed the delivery address to her home. Still not delivered. I phoned and asked to cancel my order and was talked into (which I regret) having the flowers delivered on Monday. They WERE at last delivered, but the bouquet was small and not as pictured on the website. Also beware the "service" fee they charge, which is huge. For NO service, I might add. Look somewhere else for your flower deliveries, is my suggestion.

I placed an order on April 2 for a Mother's Day delivery for my mother in law- received an avalanche of you must call us immediately texts and emails for several weeks- only one person spoke English and assured me all was fine. I put in an order for a sympathy flower spray for my dad. But he said he rather we donate to charities to honor my brother's memory. Avas Flowers called me three times and left messages asking me to call them back. Finally I pick up their call and for them just to tell me that that can't cancel the order even though there is a lot of time since the flower delivery was for the following day, not same day. Today is the delivery day and it hasn't been delivered. During the phone call, the woman on the phone said that it would be delivered before noon and that yes they could deliver to rural areas. I spent well over $150 for the worst flower delivery service. I hope that when my family finally receives the arrangement is at least well made.

I placed an order for a funeral arrangement and they ended up delivering the arrangement 4 days later after the funeral. It was really embarrassing. They lie to you, first they said the type of flowers were not available then they said they couldn't find the location, but they never call to confirm.

Was told the "local florist" didnt have flowers to make advertised bouquet but they had a similar one "in stock at their warehouse" they would send at a discounted price. $45 plus dollars for literally 5 flowers. Bouquet pictured is what they advertised and I paid for.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day with flex scheduling. Never delivered. After contacting them 5 days after flex dates ended I, was issued a small credit and a promise to deliver them on Thursday following Mother's Day. I was initially impressed that the company reached out to solve the problem. Unfortunately the flowers were Never delivered.and the website says its too late to cancel. Must be part of the scam to get you to wait until their cancellation policies kick in. Called customer service and listened to directions to go to the websitefor help and then the computer hung up. $89.00 and no flowers. Go elsewhere! Don't get scammed!

20% off drew me in plus free delivery. I thought I could spend more on the gift. So I spent 20 minutes choosing the perfect gift, writing the message, filling in the credit card info and putting the code in for free delivery only to find a $19.99 "service fee"
Tacked on right before you press the "place your order" button! Tricky and deceitful. I couldn't back out of there fast enough.
I understand these companies need to charge for their services and I'll gladly pay for their reasonable fees. Just let me know upfront.

Ordered plant via phone in time for same day delivery. I agreed to next day delivery for best service. Email confirmed order then 3 hours before time set for delivery I received a notice arrangement unavailable. Stating they can quickly resolve issue but when contacted spent over 25 minutes on hold. Solution was to offer smaller arrangement that was listed for half the price. When told unacceptable hold again to come back with 10% off. Well that was the special they had on line for that day but it still cost more than smaller plant price on website. Issue resulted in order cancelation which also required another hold for her to come back later and say order canceled and you should receive an email.

The Amount of time required in communicating with company. There are teleprompt selections before speaking to representatives, repeating information between holds and transfers. Emails or text they send all lead to call or go to web site to complete interactions.
