They were out of what I originally ordered for my fiancé. But in place was even a better beautiful plant. Her co workers loved it and so does she! I am more satisfied with this order than any before… thanks so much!
This company is a scam. They claim they can change based on availability of their flower arrangements but WITHIN the same type and following the arrangement chosen. So what they do is create a mediocre arrangement that looks absolutely nothing like the one ordered and not the size specified making the customer feel embarrassed and angry realizing what the recipient received! Not to mention the worst customer service ruining in this case a Birthday. I need accountability from this company. I am beyond disappointed. NEVER ORDER FORM THEM!
AvasFlowers did not deliver anything close to what I ordered. The ordered totaled $140 and what was delivered looked cheap and could have been made from some grocery store flowers and put in a basket found in someone's basement. The family was devastated and I only got the pictures 4 days after the service. This is how they looked 4 days later which tells me that looked pretty bad when they arrived at the church!

I ordered balloons and flowers for my niece who had a baby. They show 6 balloons and she didn't get even one that is pictured. They look cheap and are not for a new baby. More of a birthday theme. Iam so disappointed. $111 for something I could have bought for half and would have been much nicer from stop &s hop. I will never use them again. Embarrassing! To send something so crappy

I ordered flowers paid over $100.00 to date still not received. Customer Service does not pick up or puts you on hold and hangs up. They lose your customer number so you can't track or change it. BEWARE. They don't send receipts by email as requested.

Ordering Flowers from this place was OK until the last screen when suddenly there was a $25 "convenience fee" tacked on to the total without any previous warning. Convenient for whom? This quickly erased sny discounts offered on the menu. Buyer beware!

AVAS needs to put their sale terms right up on the initial pages instead of sneaking it in after you have provided payment information. Sleazy and dishonest.

Don't trust this vendor. Not only did they ruin my wife's birthday but their customer service truly is the worst that I've encountered. They run you around and around in circles and when you finally get a phone number to call back, no one answers. They drop you into a conference call with no one on the other line. This place really is a crummy and dishonest supplier. Bait and switch and then they don't make it right or provide a way to talk with anyone.

I ordered the cheerful bouquet on the left, but they sent my grieving friend (who lost both parents within a few days of each other), the ugly, depressing flowers on the right. They did tell me they had no yellow roses, gave me the choice of red, white or orange. I chose orange because everything else would stay the same. Nothing matches in the bouquet they sent. "My sun, moon & stars" is the bouquet I ordered. What they sent wasn't even close to what I ordered. It cost me a total of $79. They offered me a $10 refund. Not OK. I am contesting this with my credit card company.

An absolutely terrible experience. Double the price of the local florist, promised same day delivery only to receive a follow up text saying they would be delivered tomorrow. (With completely different flowers and colors than I ordered and paid for.)
I asked the man on the phone 3 times to refund my money so I could order elsewhere to get the correct flowers delivered on the correct day. He kept putting me on hold and finally I had to use a tone that I don't ever use with anyone, just to get him to respect my wishes of a refund. Absolutely the worst service I've seen anywhere. Ever.

I will never use this site again. I ordered an arrangement, over a week in advance, yes it was around the Valentines rush, but when it gets delivered I was beyond disappointed. I paid ~$170 for delivery of a 36 stem 'masterpiece arrangement'. Was I expecting every flower to be perfect? No. But I was expecting at least 36 stems. I got barely a dozen roses and 4 carnations. Less than half the flowers I purchased. And I get 3 options, return the flowers for a full refund, get a 50% discount and keep the flowers, or have them redelivered. Well I'm not going to get flowers delivered on valentines day very easily so I suffer with a discount. How is this right? Do yourself a favor and skip this website all together.

I've read reviews on this flower shop and brushed it off since I spoke with customer service and they guaranteed service the same day. So I thought to give it a shoot. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. Plus they were very expensive for a bundle of flowers that died in less than 4 days. Very disappointed.

Ordered funeral flowers for my friend's mother's funeral. Specifically requested a basket - got a cheap plastic vase. Said no carnations. There were carnations, and cheap purple fillers. Worst of all the arrangement cost $180.00 but looked like a $49.99 arrangement. Extremely disappointed and embarrassed for what showed up under my name. On a one to 10 scale, I give them a 2 -for delivering timely, and to the right funeral location. Do yourself a favor and find another florist.

I ordered from Ava's thinking they were a florist local to my friend's house. I sent her flowers to cheer her up. I didn't discover that it was on online service until after I placed my order. I placed my order early in the day, but was contacted early afternoon and told that the florist couldn't deliver same day. I was promised a refund of $15, which has not yet come through, but it has not been 5 business days yet. I was promised next day delivery, but was contacted again in the early afternoon to learn that they still couldn't be delivered. As I was speaking to them, my friend showed me that she received the arrangement. It was a very beautiful arrangement, and very close to what I ordered. (It wasn't exact). The low rating is due to the multiple uninformed contacts from Ava's flowers. I shouldn't have to contact the place I ordered from to inform them that the flowers I ordered were delivered. I will not use this service again. I recommend contacting local florists directly if possible.

I would not give them one star if that option was possible. STAY AWAY! The service fee for my $55 order was $28.99 More than 50% of price of flowers. They misrepresent who they are and where they are located. I called the 800 phone to inquiry as to the high price I was told "all the florists do it" Charge a consumer $28? No they don't! I ordered flowers for my grandma's 87th birthday on 2/23/22. I was told they would be delivered the next day. My grandma did not receive them until today, 3/1/22. When my grandma opened the box, the Orchid Plant was completely dead, no chance of reviving them.
I spent about 45 min on phone with representative before they finally issued me a full refund. I was very disappointed.

If you want your flowers not delivered to the person for who you order then it's the right company! My boyfriend order from them as a surprise for my birthday! They called me 2 days prior and confirmed my address! After they said it was delivered however not to me and god knows where because I'm still waiting! All I can say that the birthday surprise was ruined and I still didn't receive my flowers, they didn't call me prior to ask a time that it's good for me

They lied and said the flowers were delivered but when I checked with the recipient, they had not. I contacted customer service via chat 3-4 times. Each time they said the flowers had been delivered. I got an email saying "the flowers would be delivered in the next delivery window" but I don't need them anymore. The birthday was four days ago. I could not get customer service to accept that.
I made two lengthy phone calls and the agent couldn't provide a refund without going to management..."Please hold." And hold. And hold. Then disconnect. Still no flowers and no refund so I have contested it on my credit card. This company is a scam.

This is not a 110.00 bouquet of flowers. Very disappointed in customer service.All I wanted was another arrangement sent my niece that was worthy of the price. But they expected the flowers to be returned, however my niece was in a car accident and has no way to return them. So I am posting a picture to see what she received. This was on Sept 8. All customer service was willing to do was to refund 44.00. Not happy with service or flowers. It was a waste of money.

Horrible company. I will never deal with them again. I pay $105 for some dead flowers. They delivered half dead flowers and I paid for large and got small. I ask for a re delivery and they say we will credit you $15. I say no I want them re sent and they say tomorrow they will do it but the job is closed because of the snow storm we have and then Christmas so I tell them that and they say Monday won't work so here we are I'm out $105 my wife now has some should be beautiful flowers that are half dead. They charge you $24.95 for a service fee, for doing the job you hired them to do! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I've filed a complaint with the State AG to look into this practice because at no point are you informed about this fee added to your bill. You authorize 65.00 and without your knowledge they tack on the 24.95. Totally illegal. Contact your State AG and file a complaint better yet don't order from them.

Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star as I would leave negative reviews. Never shipped flowers, called to have order tracked to be put in and endless loop then disconnected after 20 plus minutes multiple times. My opinion is to cut your lawn and send the clippings instead.

I ordered flowers for a friend's parent's funeral. The evening after the funeral I was contacted by the company and told they did not make the delivery but they would discount the order $10 and deliver the following day. I repeatedly explained it would be too late. I asked for a refund over and over but the sales person just kept lowering the charge $5. On an $108 order that was never delivered. I finally hung up.
