They were out of what I originally ordered for my fiancé. But in place was even a better beautiful plant. Her co workers loved it and so does she! I am more satisfied with this order than any before… thanks so much!
This company is a scam. They claim they can change based on availability of their flower arrangements but WITHIN the same type and following the arrangement chosen. So what they do is create a mediocre arrangement that looks absolutely nothing like the one ordered and not the size specified making the customer feel embarrassed and angry realizing what the recipient received! Not to mention the worst customer service ruining in this case a Birthday. I need accountability from this company. I am beyond disappointed. NEVER ORDER FORM THEM!

It's awful to see your parents spend $100+ for your Great Uncle's funeral and not only are they not delivered when requested which was the day before the funeral but "allegedly" delivered 45 minutes after the funeral service began to no one because they didn't have a name to give us. Are you serious?!? Unbelievable. Insult to injury... delaying a refund do to an audit since they show delivery A DAY LATE AND MID WAY THROUGH THE FUNERAL. Disgusted and disappointed.

Online predator. I thought I was getting a local florist. I was not. I asked for a picture of my bouquet, which a local florist will do. Phone operator agreed to my request then dodged the issued as the conversation progressed. Phone operator presented as a florist herself (I will do this, I will do that), when she is an order taker only. I should have been more savvy to all that. Delivery became complicated and there is NO HUMAN TO SPEAK WITH WHO WILL HELP YOU. Buyer beware.

They blatantly tried to scam me …purchased a $59.99 large arrangement…they shipped an embarrassing $5.99 grocery store bouquet. Then they are ignorant enough to send me the invoice where it states the bouquet they shipped is valued at $44.99! THE BLATANT AUDACITY! I ordered the, "My Sun, Moon, and Stars" flowers and my significant other received flowers that look absolutely NOTHING like what I had ordered. I completely understand that there could be substitutions according to their policy but when my flowers look NOTHING like what I ordered, I was very agitated! I submitted a problem with my order and they were very understanding, UNTIL the recipient received a phone call the following day cursing her out for it! They claim number 1 florist in every town in ever state. They ARE NOT A FLORAL SHOP! They are foreign order gatherers that take 30% of your money BEFORE sending it to an actual floral shop. They then throw the local florists under the bus for sending an "undervalued" bouquet. They are LIARS AND CHEATS! Never ever use this place it's just a call center, I orderd A very colorful arrangement spent close to 100.00 I ordered it on Oct 28 to be delivered on October 31 2022. On the day they were saposed to be delivered I get a notice that there's a problem with my order. They tell me not only that they can't deliver my order but that I can't have the arrangement I orderd because they don't have the flowers. The offerd a replacement of florest choice and assured me that it would be just as nice. Well I got garbage I paid close to 100.00 for something even Kroger wouldn't sell. The arrangement that is very colorful with Purple and red is what I orderd, second is what I got, plane boring and not worth 100.00. I ordered some flowers to be delivered on the same day at 3pm for a funeral at a church. I asked the lady if they were based out of Bisbee, AZ she said yes! And they would deliver at 2pm. Never got there! So I call at 3pm and the tell me it was delivered at 3:30pm. How? If it was 3:00! So she says sorry and they will be redelivered the next day! How do You redeliver the next day to a funeral. It's to late. No manager to talk to! Nothing! I would give them a 0 if I could! They lie to get business. I suggest look for a good company that will guarantee there work. Worst experience ever! Now the funeral is over with and the family never received there flowers! And still won't refund instead they will deliver. And they had the wrong address! And still no sorry no nothing. Horrible service! Go else where! Please! Ava's flowers is the worst!

I received flowers for Mother's Day on Wednesday, the 10th. They weren't in water but were in a vase. They looked like they weren't going to last a day before they started to wilt. The next day Thursday, I noticed that they were drooping. I called Avas to complain was disconnected the first time. Called the second time was on hold for a while. When someone finally answered I felt like I was getting the run around. The girl I was speaking to finally told me that she was going to call the sender and that it would be all straightened out. They never called the sender who turned out to be my boyfriend, he sent me the flowers for his children. He called them on Monday, the 15th of May and they told him that he should've called them within two days of receiving the flowers. He paid $127 and they refunded him $41.50. He said that he'll never buy flowers from them again and I won't either. This business is a SCAM & the website shows 5 star reviews which is a joke.

I ordered flowers on the 22nd. I was sent an invoice that it would be delivered by the 23rd or 24th. By Christmas my friend still hadn't received her flowers. I finally got through to someone who said that they're on their way. I said it's a little late. I want to refund. After waiting on a really long time I asked to speak to a supervisor. 45 mins later. I got a refund and they canceled the flower shipment. They're a real class act I would never ever order from them again and so I am giving this review. And the supervisor had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to order another set of flowers for half off. Warning don't order from them.

This company masquerades as a local florist but is actually a national company. I did a google search for local florists to send a plant to a friend. They came up as local, but they absolutely are not. I ordered a $110 plant then the next day I got an email (on the delivery date) that the plant was not available. Instead they wanted to send a bunch of roses, which were not even remotely close to what I wanted to send nor was it close to matching the price. When I called, they wanted to send a calla lily in its place. Still no where near worth the $150 I had paid ($110 + $25 "service fee" + tax). They finally offered to send an orchid and gave a $60 discount after I requested to cancel. I could tell she definitely didn't want me to cancel even though I had asked for it. She kept coming back with deeper discounts. I finally agreed because I had other things to do and need the plant delivered. This company is dishonest and does not deserve your business. Make sure you are using a local florist and not this sham. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand.

I submitted my order online to be delivered next day for my anniversary. I ordered 2 of their biggest arrangements wanting that wow factor spending $350... They call me the next morning and say they don't have red roses! But they could substitute. I said no I'd prefer red roses and they left me on hold for 10 min before saying they could accommodate. Then I get another message saying it couldn't be delivered today. So I called back and they said nvm we can make it happen. Then I get another message saying it won't be delivered till next week! I said no that's unacceptable my anniversary is today! They apologized and I asked for a refund! They agreed after keeping me on hold for another 30 min! Morale of the story STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERSEAS ONLINE FLOWER COMPANY! WASTE OF TIME AND ALMOST RUINED MY ANNIVERSARY!
