I placed an order October 1,2024 and requested delivery October 3,2024. The day of the funeral was October 4,2024. The flowers were not delivered. I was told to request a refund. No one would answer the phone. Everything was digital only. The questions did not suite my problem at all. I also tried the chat bot. The same problem existed with the questions not helping with my problem. Do not waste your time dealing with this company.

I called to cancel the order after a week without delivery. It took me 25 minutes of listening to their scripts as they tried to upsell me in exchange for a 25% discount on my next order. They offered to call the recipient. They kept putting me on hold. Then they called back to continue to try to upsell me as they cancelled the order. Still waiting on the cancellation refund. Will call my bank to reject this payment.

Placed and order for my sisters 50th birthday, ordered a bouquet that was same day eligible. Once the order was paid for I received a text saying they couldn't get it delivered until tomorrow and it it would be a different bouquet. I paid $90 and the bouquets they offered me were 12 Tulips.

I ordered 2x from this place thinking the first order was a fluke. I was very, very wrong. I spent a total of 1.25 hours on the phone with them and me finally just saying - cancel my order, stop putting me on hold and transferring me to whoever and refund my credit card. They didn't want to deliver my order to any place but the dearly departed's home, which was not acceptable. They couldn't match what my order was when I placed it 2 days earlier. When I was angry and said refund me, they tried to send me a coupon and send it to the place where the memorial was being held - you know the place they couldn't deliver the flowers to. SMH. This cannot be in the US, this company is a joke. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible customer service - phone rang and rang and their brief hold was 5 minutes or more and then they came back asking for the same information over and over ad nauseum. Also they never responded to emails. The literally took up my entire lunch hour being on the phone with them.

This Avas Flowers are a scam and complete rip off. I chose one of the pretty arrangements with alot of flowers perfectly arranged. It was 31.00. I was so humiliated when my sister who was in pain sent me a picture of what she got. It was tiny, ugly with only 4 imbalanced flowers the cheapest kind, 2 mums! The shocking part was they ended up charging me 83.00! The first one is the one i ordered the second one is what I got! Pitiful

I ordered flowers a teddy beat and balloons for my friend in the city hope cancer hospital. The flowers arrived not the bear or the balloons. I called the next day and day they couldnt get ahold of the local distb. They would have my items delivered that day. She never received them. I called again and the excuse was I dont know why. My friend passed away the next day. I wanted the bear for her to hold in her final days, Iam very angry and disgusted with there service. Iam a member of the Nurses association and I will tell them to spread the word not to use your company,

DO NOT waste your time or money! This business is a scam and is not accredited by the BBB, which should tell you something. I placed an order for a bouquet, teddy, and gallons to be delivered to my son-in-law, who was in the hospital alone. I was charged 28$ for same day delivery. I received an email confirmation of delivery but the flowers never were delivered! I spent two hours trying to be able to speak to a real person about it. I was told the delivery driver mistakenly marked it as delivered, which was a lie. Then was told they would deliver the next day. They said they can give me a 10% refund. My order was 149$ total. 28$ was to have it delivered the same day. It wasn't yet they could not give me the 28$. When they did refund the. "10%" it was actually 10$. I'm not sure what math that is but that's not 10%. But wait, because it gets better. The flowers still were not delivered as promised. So, now I am demanding a full refund. I don't want their flowers, as now it's too late. They ruined a moment that was crucial to someone physical and emotional recovery. They should be ashamed! Now, as a mother, I'm on a mission to make sure everyone knows to avoid doing business with this so called business!

I unfortunately selected Avas Flowers, a supposed local florist, because the site listed as being local in my area. My main concern was that the flowers arrived on a birthdate, which would be 2 days later. They promised it would be no problem as I ordered 2 days early. I chose the flower and gave all specifications. The pay was much higher than posted on the site because they charge $24admin fee (which is actually a hidden delivery fee). The product was not delivered on the delivery date, and no calls or explanation to either the recipient or me, the purchaser. After the 2nd day, I attempted to call Avas flowers, who apparently only answers sales calls and not follow up customer calls. After several attempts I reached their automated system which reported that there was no record of delivery and there was no other information. I pressed countless numbers until I got a live person who said that they would "place the order and have it delivered the next day" if I would not cancel. I didn't really have a choice as another order would make the gift even later. Insult to injury: when the product finally arrived it was TOTALLY different than what was ordered. I have attached pics below-the 1st is what was ordered and the 2nd wilted arrangement is what was received on yesterday. I can say with no hesitation that this a professional scam company. Do not stop at their site and for God's sake, do not purchase their products. Proof of payment is only on my AMEX which I will not be sharing on this review.

I am writing this review as a warning to others: DO NOT ORDER FROM AVAS FLOWERS. My aunt passed away last week, and I thought it would be a kind gesture to order flowers from Avas Flowers for her funeral. What a horrific mistake.
The initial order was placed on the day before the furneral grave service, but the flowers didn't arrive until 5 days AFTER the funeral. Not only did we not receive the flowers on time, but when they finally arrived, they were nothing special. The arrangement looked like something I could have bought at Walmart for a fraction of the cost. And to make matters worse, the cheap glass vase that came with it was an embarrassment.
I'm still fuming about this experience. Not only did Avas Flowers fail to deliver on their promise of timely and quality flowers, but they also left our family feeling embarrassed and disappointed during a time when we should have been able to focus on mourning and celebrating my aunt's life.
To add insult to injury, when I tried to get a full refund, the customer service team was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate my request. They offered a paltry partial refund, which only added to my frustration. This was only offered to me after I declined a 25% off coupon on my next order.
In hindsight, I wish we had never ordered from Avas Flowers. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
UPDATE: Despite reaching out multiple times, the customer service team at Avas Flowers failed to resolve this issue satisfactorily. It's clear that they don't care about their customers or their experiences.

I contracted with these "people" so that Jennifer would get a dozen roses delivered to her grave on her birthday, November 9th. I required a picture of these flowers at her grave. They agreed. Phone call after phone call, email after email, and after a full refund for their UTTER FAILURE, they were delivered on December 6th. I HAVE NEVER MISSED GETTING THEM TO HER ON HER BIRTHDAY NOT EVEN ONCE. THEY BROKE MY PROMISE TO HER BY NOT KEEPING THEIR PROMISE. DON'T EVER USE AVAS FLOWERS.

My husband ordered flowers on line from Ava's Flowers on 6-27-2024. They were finally delivered at 4:30, told him by 12;00. The picture of what was ordered the "Blooming Rose and Carnation Masterpiece " was beautiful of course. What we received was a joke. Mostly green leafy filler… the roses never opened and were dried up and brown within a couple of days. They barely had water in the vase and no flower food was given with the bouquet. After the complaint they refunded $35.00, the cost was $110.00. I tried to nurse them… did nothing. Beware this seems like a scam to me. The floral shop that delivered was a total different name… so disappointing to get ugly flowers. You should be sued for false advertising 😡 Rating is 0 from me.

WORST Customer Service of my life! After an hour and a half, 3 different calls, talking to 4 different people, they quoted me twice the price for a simple order. They told me they couldn't call me back if we got disconnected. Our phone calls kept getting dropped, so I had to keep repeating the same uncomplicated order each time. Then, when I told them I would think about the grossly over priced quote they gave me, they inferred that they couldn't save my notes and pressured me to place the order. When I hung up with them, THEY CALLED ME BACK. Yes, after telling me they couldn't. I felt extremely uncomfortable doing business with them. Do your homework. The writing is on the wall. I am positive I dogged a bullet by not doing business with them!

Horrible company with terrible customer service. I needed to send sympathy flowers to a dear friend at a rural address. None of the big name places could do so in a good timeframe, and I found Avas whose website said they could. At noon on the day they were to be delivered I received a text message to call them about an urgent issue with my order and check my email for details. Email literally had no details and also said call. Called and waited 4 min for an operator. Who needed my order number even though their automated system had already confirmed it. Then she said she had to put me on hold to check on my order. After 10 min on hold I was disconnected. Called back, got someone else. That person started with my order could not be delivered until next week. But maybe they had other options. Then she said something could be ordered tommorrow. Then it couldn't. Then she started trying to offer me "special offers" for something next week. I asked for my order to be cancelled since clearly these people don't know what they are talking about. This lead to "yes maam I hear you but I would like to offer you...". I cannot even tell you how many times I told her I did not want her offer I wanted to cancel. Each time "yes ma'am I hear you but would like to offer you..." I asked for a supervior. "yes maam but my supervisor will ask the same question I would like to resolve for you. I can offer you..." at one point the offer was an edible arrangement. Who sends a sympathy edible arrangement? Asked for supervisor again. Supervisor was in meeting. Asked to cancel for the 20th time. Another offer. Hung up to start charge back with credit card. She called me back "maam I believe we got disconnected". I said no I hung up becuase you refuse to cancel my order. "maam I did not refuse I would like to offer you..." I hung up again. Dispute filed with my credit card company. Received a text message 45 minutes later my order was refunded. Terrible service, terrible practice.

I ordered 10 long stem beautiful sunflowers for my mom to be delivered by 2 p.m. on her birthday. She received them the following day. There were only 5 short little sunfowers. 4 of them were wilted and 1 was dead. I made a complaint and received text message to call a number to resolve. When I call the number it has a recording that says they are busy and can't take the call. I will probably have to make a dispute on my credit card.

Worst experience ever! My mother got wilted sunflowers when I ordered her a dozen pink roses in a vase! I paid a $87 for this and they said they could refund me $16! I paid $85 for a Birthday Arrangement. It had a total of 6 roses, 2 Lillie's, the rest was filler greens. No ribbon and looked nothing like the picture. They said they would redeliver new flowers and never did. They said they would refund half the flower price but did not. The Service fee and taxes were more than 50% of the price of the flowers. This is a Terrible company that subs out flower orders and take zero accountability for what you receive. NEVER USE AVA'S!
The picture on left is what was sent. The picture on right was what was ordered. There are barely any flowers in the arrangement that they delivered. It is now a week later and Im getting emails requesting my information. I have given it 10 times to customer service with multiple Ava's executive reps. AJ and Chris both promised me new flowers and they both lied to me. Unacceptable.

Avas flowers is a scam and doesn't deliver when they say they will deliver. The day of mothers day they announced the flowers would be delivered the week after mothers day. Kind of defeats the purpose of the flowers does it not? Thats after a 27$ 'service fee' scam scam scam.

Worst ever. Place my order late April for mothers day. A ridiculous 70 bucks for a simple arrangement. Ser for delivery on Friday before mother's day. Mother never received them. Checked status of my order they said they were delivered. THEY WERE NOT. So I called customer service after 10 minutes on hold I got to person. They confirmed that the status was incorrect and they were not (no...really?) delivered that they would fix it and have them delivered in sat. So sat came no delivery.so my mother called and they admitted that they messed and on Monday. (Past mother's day. And she had to work for her flower?) Monday came and went. No. F'ing flowers. So now I am disputing this on Mt CC. My advice? NEVER USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY. THEY COULDNT EVEN MANAGE A LICAL DELIVERY 0 stars I hope u go out of business

Ordered $159 spray to be delivered for a funeral. Was suppose to be delivered the day before the funeral, and never happened. When I finally got them on the phone, they apologized, said they were cancelling and refunding my order. Never received refund, and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Couldnt attend funeral, and wanted to give my condolences, but wasnt able to, because of poor service. Then went through a huge hassle of getting my money back. Never again!
