They were out of what I originally ordered for my fiancé. But in place was even a better beautiful plant. Her co workers loved it and so does she! I am more satisfied with this order than any before… thanks so much!
This company is a scam. They claim they can change based on availability of their flower arrangements but WITHIN the same type and following the arrangement chosen. So what they do is create a mediocre arrangement that looks absolutely nothing like the one ordered and not the size specified making the customer feel embarrassed and angry realizing what the recipient received! Not to mention the worst customer service ruining in this case a Birthday. I need accountability from this company. I am beyond disappointed. NEVER ORDER FORM THEM!
Will never use this service again! Flowers were not delivered and they even had the nerve to try to get me to accept a delivery the next day for 10 dollars off in which my anniversary would be over by then, beware! If I could give a zero star I would.

I ordered flowers for my friend funeral.
It should be delivered on Monday no later than 6:30pm. It was pushed for Tuesday morning, promising that I'll receive confirmation call after delivery and my basket will be delivered before the service. The flower basket WAS NEWER DELIVERED to a funeral home. No one called. It was so big shame! I've newer had such an terrible experience in my life. Don't order flowers from that company.

I received 11 emails from them in the space of 24 hours. The first was to verify my credit card; then when I verified it, I received another 4 emails; each email asked me to call. When I called, their automated system didn't recognize my inputs. So I tried their website chat, but that was just a bot. So I sent them an instagram message - all this was to confirm that they had artistic authority to make the bouquet slightly different than the picture. Then I received two more emails the next day saying the delivery would be late (even though the planned date is still two days away) due to my slow responses. Just impossible. Will never use them again.

Ordered my Mom flowers for Mother's Day a week in advance from Ava's. They sent me an email saying they were delivered Thursday. Talked to my 86 year old Mother on Mother's Day and found out she never got them. First time in 60 years that my Mom didn't get something from me on Mother's Day, thanks to this piece of crap company. Called Ava's and spoke to someone at a call center in another country. Had to argue for a refund. She wanted to have them delivered two days after Mother's Day. Ava can stick her weeds where the sun don't shine. This company is a joke. They should not be in business. Disgusting what they do to people. Shameful.

This company failed 2 days in a row to deliver the flowers that I had ordered for my bed ridden mother's 83rd birthday(possibly her last). I got nothing but a run around from them and promises to deliver but they did not! 6 phone calls later and 2 escalations later still no resolution.

I paid extra for bouquet of 15 Lillie's in a beautiful glass vase from their website. The flowers came with only 8 Lillie's that had bloomed, cut down to fit into a religious ceramic vase with a cross on it. I'm a believer in Christ but I was ordering something romantic for my girlfriend. Totally the wrong vibe and nothing near what was expected. Tried to complain to customer service and they were not accommodating at all. They said they met the requirements of what o paid for, not so. Really disappointed in their service and would tell anyone not to order from them ever. You have no idea of what you will receive. Images on website are nothing like what you may get.

I didn't read the website information carefully enough and thought I was ordering from an actual local florist or that they would at least hire a florist. They have their system set up to pop up no matter what city you type in to search for florists. Anyway, they didn't even use a florist -- they hired somebody to fetch flowers from Safeway! They are really expensive for any flowers, but Safeway flowers? Give me a break. Would you pay $100 for this? Just two globs of flowers stuck into either side of a vase with no interest or care given to any kind of arrangement. Just the kind of thing you'd grab at the grocery store, which is what they did despite their assertion that they were assigning "talented designers" to replicate the advertised flowers. Ordinary and disappointing at best. I've attached a screen shot of the flowers as advertised.

I thought this was a local florist from a google search but they are in another state. They are not locally owned and operated like their message states. Flowers were ordered Sat for a Monday delivery to my uncle's funeral and they never arrived! They promised delivery and did not follow through. I called and demanded a refund since they already took my money and I'm currently waiting on that now. Very disappointing! Do not use this company it's a scam!

This company is so unreliable it's a wonder they appear high on google when looking for flowers in vermont. They seem to be a redirection/third party connector application, and not an actual flower business. They give family businesses a bad name. Unreliable and they always fail in some aspect of the order.

Paid $99 for flowers which were almost completely substituted with cheap alternates - carnations, roses were not fresh and wilting upon delivery. Only 2 types of flowers when picture indicated 3. UGLY and CHEAP. Customer service app does not allow your complaint to complete and you cannot call and talk to a person.

Ordered sympathy flowers, on delivery date, I received an URGENT text...contacted them and was told they couldn't send anything even close to what I ordered... offered roses or a "seasonal bouquet" and it would be delivered a day late. Took 3 calls and 30 minutes to get refunded for a product they couldn't deliver! Threatened filing fraud charges with American Express before they were finally "able" to issue the refund. Will be watching my card closely and will never order from them again

I ordered a Spring Tulip Bouquet (large - so I paid extra) and the product delivered was embarrassing. Not one Tulip and 6 cheap flowers with some greenery. I paid $100 for a spectacular bouquet and did not get one. I realize their policy is to substitute other flowers if they need to, but it still should have been a spectacular display. It was not at all. Don't trust this site rot deliver beautiful arrangements 0 especially charging what they do. See the pictures I provided. What was delivered was not even close to Spring Tulip large arrangement

Ordered flowers for my mom for Christmas. The arrangement was supposed to be in a cute, short, circular red vase but got a tall cylindrical vase. The arrangement was missing babies breath, swapped a stick in there to replace it and the greenery that was swapped was just some cedar branches. The filler looked like something I could just pick outside. Getting a hold of someone over the phone was nearly impossible. They also delivered it a day after the delivery was set for.

I ordered flowers for my mom early Friday morning. I had searched old Lyme florists. Ava's flowers came up first. They advertised same day delivery. The service charge of close to $30 was definitely unusual, thinking I was paying higher for same day deliver from a likely new mom and pops shop in the area. I got a confirmation that the flowers were delivered from the company and confirmation from my mother that she did not receive anything. Hoping that next day it would be delivered, I received a call from Ava's Flowers asking to postpone and would consider giving me $15 off to allow them to deliver on Monday. This blew my mind. What a horrible company.

I was running behind on Christmas gifts for out-of-town relatives. On 12/23/23 I placed an order to send flowers to a relative in Wisconsin. The website accepted my payment and confirmed my order and I thought everything was great. Seven hours later, I was told the order was canceled because they could not fulfill it. I really had to scramble to find a more credible vendor. Never again with Avas Flowers!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered to a relative who lost her husband. Day of delivery i get a notice they cant deliver that arrangement but can do something else in 2 days time, i called them and said the funeral was today and i needed something today, the call center lady put me on hold for a while, came back and said she had spoken with the local florist who could put together something similar and deliver today. I said fine, anything at this point that could be delivered today, a few hours later i get another notification saying they cannot deliver flowers today but here are some alternatives (i wanted white anything), they offered roses or sunflowers) to be delivered in 2 days so i just cancelled the whole order, horrific customer service, they need to go out of business, not sure at this point if they even sell flowers

Worst experience I have ever had and there is no recourse. No phone numbe or email address, just a bunch of links that take you around in circles. Only thing that makes me satisfies id the fact that I may be able to save someone else from this scam.
