This company is a scam. They claim they can change based on availability of their flower arrangements but WITHIN the same type and following the arrangement chosen. So what they do is create a mediocre arrangement that looks absolutely nothing like the one ordered and not the size specified making the customer feel embarrassed and angry realizing what the recipient received! Not to mention the worst customer service ruining in this case a Birthday. I need accountability from this company. I am beyond disappointed. NEVER ORDER FORM THEM!
I ordered flowers for a Doctor who was having surgery. I ordered on 03/25 to be delivered 03/27. Got an email starting the one I picked was no longer available and to call for other options. Spent 3 days calling *******712 and *******619 which only ring busy. The one time it didn't, the 877 number said no longer in service. So I could not even change the order. I saw I received an email 5 mins after the email telling me to call that stated a dozen roses would be sent instead. That is not anywhere near what I ordered or wanted. They did not arrive until the 28th and were half dead and a horrible arrangement. This company is a scam!

I made an international order to send our love following a recent cancer diagnosis to a family friend. Despite 5 follow up emails and multiple attempts to phone/text in as many days, Avas Flowers cancelled the order with no reason. I highly recommend you find an alternative option.

I will never use your company again. Not only were you unable to deliver a timely sympathy flower arrangement to a dear friend, your customer service needs an overhaul on dealing with clients. When a customer wants to cancel an order, we don't want a lousy ten percent discount to deliver something after a funeral.

I ordered my mother a garden basket for Mothers Day. Was sent email saying it was unavailable. I called, was told that day to ignore email, it was a mistake. Next day, no delivery, called again. Was told I had to pick something else. None of the other choices were similar or even close to what I had ordered. Was told they would create a nice arrangement for her of equal value and I would receive a 20% discount on my order. The arrangement arrived. Dead ones, half un blossomed ones…. And extremely cheap arrangement. And now have been charged delivery, which was free on previous order and not a 20% discount and no credit back to my account. Furious to say the least.

Very unprofessional and misleading, I ordered the sunset on Belize arrangements and received it a day after delivery dates. The flowers that I receive was different from what I seen on their website the colors, the size everything was totally different from what was listed. I paid $70 and it was nowhere near $70 quality. As I received the flowers I am very disappointed and they will not have the pleasure of receiving my business never again and I do not recommend this place to no one.

Ordered a $120 flower arrangement for my wife when she brought it home I seen what was sent I was furious. It looked like a $30 arrangement. Nothing like the flowers I ordered. I will NOT be using Ava's again as I was ripped off. I don't recommend Ava's. When I complained they offered me $20. Lol

I ordered same day flower delivery after customer services assured me they could get it done that day. Not only did the flowers not get delivered until the next day, the arrangement was not what I ordered. If they were just up front it would have been fine, I would have simply cancelled the order. Clearly Avas thinks they can deliver whatever they want, whenever they want to. I won't be using their services again and will advise others not to as well.

I ordered a funeral arrangement for a funeral to be delivered the day prior and it was never delivered. They said they use local Florists to work through, they have them deliver it but would not give the name of the local for Florist. Businesses like this should not be allowed to be a business, they are untruthful.

Ordered flowers on 8/5 to be delivered 8/8. I was not informed that the bouquet I ordered was not available until I entered "Where's my stuff" on their website on 8/9 as I did not receive a confirmation of delivery. Now they want to offer me a 50% discount and an apology to the recipient. The bouquet was time specific and had to be delivered on the day I requested. Will not use them again.

Well I placed an order for my mom's birthday, I selected "My sun, moonand stars" bouquet and for it to be delivered Thursday. We'll the 10 roses that were used as my replacement were delivered 2 days earlier than anticipated. I selected this beautiful boutique specifically for the colors, they sent 10 roses? Really not even a dozen! I am livid, decided to sent nice flowers for my mom's birthday and she gets total crap left on her porch! DO NOT ORDER! Called to ask what happened, no reasonable response, I was offered $10 credit! They use 3rd parties for delivery! What a JOKE!

Ordered a funeral arrangement to be delivered for service of my boss' family member. Avas Flowers contacted me to confirm information. The arrangement never arrived; they cancelled the order without notice and refunded the company credit card. The embarrassment for my boss and his family for not having an arrangement was completely unnecessary. Had they contacted me I could have went elsewhere. Don't trust their services. You cannot speak with them unless they call you. Completely "AI" loop on the phone or their website.

I ordered my mother's day flowers from this place and not only did they not get delivered it took 3 days to find out what the heck happened. Trying to talk to anyone was joke and when I did the person said oh I see they were not sent but we are going to send your mom flowers on us for the inconvenience. And we're refunding your money. The whole thing is a joke. Took a week to get a refund and caring everyday to find out where it was and they of course did not send my mom flowers. Worst experience I've ever had with a business. They do not do what they promise they just take your money and time.

I ordered an arrangement for my anniversary. Paid express delivery fee to get the flowers before 2 PM. Not only did I did not receive the flowers before 2, but I also did not get anything at all. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Their wait queue is over 1.5 hours and they make it very hard to contact them, always referring you back to their useless support page.
Do not waste your time or money, this place is not a serious business.

My daughter spent $100 of her hard earned money from her first full time job to send me a plant for my birthday. She paid $6 for a card that was just the free card Scotch taped inside of a cheap card and who knows how much she paid for a happy birthday balloon that came deflated. The cala lily plant itself had leaves that were were torn and completely wilted and there were no flowers on it. I felt so sorry for my daughter when I took a picture of it because she was so excited to see it. It appears that their website has beautiful pictures of flowers and plants but don't believe them. Why the government has not shut down this business by now I have no idea. First learning experience for my daughter of being scammed out of $100. I hope it doesn't happen to anybody else. Don't buy from Avas Flowers.

Do not order from this company. Immediately charged my account. My daughter got engaged out of town. I was promised the same day delivery to the resort they were staying at Spent $130 in flowers chocolates and a card. By the end of the day there was nothing sent. They wouldn't take my call it was linked to the order number. Upon using another phone I was able to speak to a representative they hung up on me put me on hold transferred me. Long story short never was able to talk to anyone. I reported this as fraudulent after reading numerous scam reviews for this company.

I ordered azaleas with a card for my mother in-law for mother's day. I ordered the Friday before so I knew they'd be a couple days late. Was told they'd be there Wednesday no luck called Thursday told they'd be delivered Friday after 2. Nope still not there called Tuesday tgey told told they'd be there the next day. They call me back telling me they was gonna have to send a orchid. Fine at this point just deliver something. It was delivered the next day finally but had no card that I bought. Not eve a card saying who it's from. Looked up the tracking info. It came from New Jersey to get to Kansas. I will never order from them again.

On Sept 5, I ordered a large, sympathy peace lily for a family member. By the time all was said and done, a 24.00 service fee was added to the cost. The total was over 100.00. The day it was to be delivered it went to the wrong house. After two days I was told the order would be replicated and sent to the proper address. The order arrived but it was the wrong order. It was a bouquet of yellow roses. That was not what I ordered, and nowhere nearly as expensive as the peace lily. At this time the floral arranger cannot be reached. Make it easy on yourself and stick with private florists. This place is a shady, hot mess.

Ordered a bouquet, and. Got a standard bouquet left w/unnamed person somewhere in the hospital after paying for the fullest version of the bouquet. The balloons I paid for were supposed to say "get well." My family had to wander the hospital looking for it. The teddy never got delivered.

Ordered a large sunset in Belize for my family in MA (I live in OR). They got a medium ish bouquet that looked like they grabbed a a grocery store one and shoved it in a vase. They also had a $24.95 "service" fee. I got that refunded.
So I called after I got the picture from my nephew. They refunded another $20. The customer service people are the only reason they get 2 stars

The difference between the delivered flowers and the picture of the flowers is remarkably different, either the price I paid, I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase! Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else! I feel they took advantage of the fact that's were and out of state purchase, and besides the above mentioned, they charged 30$ service charge! If I were purchasing the arrangement that was delivered to my sister I would not have paid more than $30 for it, instead of $117.00. Buyer beware!'
