This company is a scam. They claim they can change based on availability of their flower arrangements but WITHIN the same type and following the arrangement chosen. So what they do is create a mediocre arrangement that looks absolutely nothing like the one ordered and not the size specified making the customer feel embarrassed and angry realizing what the recipient received! Not to mention the worst customer service ruining in this case a Birthday. I need accountability from this company. I am beyond disappointed. NEVER ORDER FORM THEM!
I would not recommend this flower shop the flowers were not fresh at all they were half died. I order a big heart and thry send a small one with no banner. My bills was two hundred and 22 dollars and only got reimbursed 90 dollars I don't think I should for nothing they should took their flowers back.no happy woth their service. I ordered flowers and a balloon for delivery. I ordered 3 weeks in advance. They were to be delivered today. Well. THEY are saying they were delivered, but they weren't. Attempted to call customer service and it hangs up on you every time. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. WORST COMPANY EVER.

I live in Wilmington, NC and have a friend in Albuquerque, NM. Friend's dad, retired Master Sgt (AF) passe away and was interred in the National Cemetery in Santa Fe on July 28,2022. Ordered a flower stand/flowers 3-4 days prior, noting the flowers needed to be there by1:30pm-ish to be present for this decorated event. Yeah, you guessed it... they were delivered after the ceremony and after all family had left. The family never got to see the flowers. I sent an explicit email to the company. Hoping I would be refunded the 170+ dollars that was eventually racked up on a 60 bouquet. My friend was contacted by the cemetery who said they would ship the flowers to their home, which defeats the purpose of the flowers being there for the interment. As of this writing, 7/30/2022, no one other that AVAS flowers an the cemetery staff have seen the flowers. Buyer beware...

The only good thing l can say about Ava's Flowers is that my order was delivered on the right day. I paid over $100 for my daughters arrangement for Mother's Day and it was not the right arrangement. It was tiny and it should of been a larger size. I had to pay extra for the bow, which was small and skinny-not a nice wide one. I also had to pay extra for the small card saying who it was from. Please do not buy from them. On a scale from 1-10

Ordered for Christmas for my mom. Was assured delivery would be on 24 December. Recoeved call on 23 December informing me delivery would be on 27th as well as needed to substitute flower arrangement. Buyer beware never again will I attempt to do business with this vompany.

I found this company listed on local florist listings, which it was not! I picked an arrangement on their website to purchase. I was notified that the arrangement wasn't available, so I asked for a bouquet of spring flowers and pink roses (for $30 more). What was delivered was a planter with house plants from Safeway! They are not local and they are NOT a florist!

I tried to place my order for my daughters 21st birthday on the 28th. Completely overpriced and the flower arrangement I ordered didn't even show up. I wasted over $80 on the worst arrangement I've ever seen. The 1 advertised was beautiful full of white and yellow flowers the 1 that showed up was an 80s pink and white bouquet. Never again ever. We were guaranteed a delivery for my Uncle's funeral of a floral spray. The order was paid, confirmed and guaranteed delivery a few hours before church services. The order was placed 24 hours in advance. The morning of the funeral, Avas called to say that they could not deliver it on time. I would never use the again and I would not recommend them to anyone. I have told me friends and family and evidently if you Google, their ratings are very poor.

Not only did they NOT deliver the whole product on the day it was supposed to be there (birthday), but by the time it got there, 2 of the items were not even delivered. I had to go onto their website to tell them (and getting in touch with them is almost impossible), that the two items were not delivered and that it was delivered late. ALSO, at the time of the checkout, you discover that there's a $25 service fee... for what? You cannot call... you have a very difficult time getting your issues addressed due to poor website navigation that takes you back to where you started because there is no answer or ability to reach a place that addresses your question or needs. TOTAL RIP OFF! And the flowers were mediocre to say the least. For some Lillies (about 10), I ended up pay $70 (and oh, the shipping was discounted due to it being my first order)... The worst customer service. How can a company confirm a Mothers Day order on Thursday for a Saturday delivery and not deliver? I get a text message on Mothers Day saying that due to a problem with product availability the order has been cancelled. Their MISSION says they will substitute if product is not available. ( from their website) "To better aid our valued customers in this mission, we may at times need to substitute floral components with the freshest blooms locally available to ensure a timely delivery". Then I get an email saying that the order was cancelled because they have reached their capacity for the holiday. What a load of baloney. They couldn't have told me that on Friday or Saturday. Mothers Day and I'm 1500 miles away.
UNACCEPTABLE business practices. Avoid this company. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday, June 5th. Receive confirmation for hours later that they have been delivered. Flowers had not been delivered the next day called Avis. They lied said the flowers have been delivered. Called again to the recipient. Nothing delivered. Got a Filipino offshore call center with big language barrier. Double talk repeating everything you say. No satisfaction. Do not use this company. They are awful. They lie. They do not make the deliveries or if the delivery is made is not what you ordered. This is my second order with them that only part of the order was delivered. Then you call and wait on hold for a ridiculous amount of time while they try to track down the florist to see what happened. In both cases it was mylar baloons that were missing. They would refund but not deliver as the florist didnt have. Its a horrible company to have to try to get order right. Second time for me. Lesson learned.

On her birthday they didn't deliver the flowers and when I called they gave me $10 refund for my $200 flowers and told me they would call me back with an update. I had to call them back 6 hours later and still no resolve. Then they told me they would deliver them two days late and give me another $10 dollars off it's unacceptable.

Last September I ordered from Ava's flowering thinking they were a local company in Pasco WA. They were not. What I ordered and what was delivered were vastly different. And not a good different.! They also arrived 3 days late. They gave a pittance on a refund.
Just recently my daughter used them to send flowers to her dad. She also thought they were local to Spokane. They were not. They were late, the flowers were wilted and not very many. It was not the upgraded version she ordered. When she saw them she was upset. She got a partial refund but what a disappointment especially when they arrive in a hospital room meant to cheer someone up and they look like a dying patient. AVA'S falsely advertises and sells flowers. What a joke

Foolishly, I picked the first business on Google without checking reviews. Paid $100 for a centerpiece that was supposed to be delivered 12/17; never happened. Wrote a review on Facebook (that was quickly taken down). Received a call 12/18, guaranteeing delivery on 12/19. On 12/19, got ANOTHER call, saying it would DEFINITELY arrive on 12/20. Arrived after 4:30pm today. Photo on the left is what was advertised; photo on the right is what arrived. As you can see, the flowers are wilting; chances are it's been sitting in the shop for days. If you are considering doing business with Ava's Flowers, DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. MONEY!

Pathetic, Not only is this not a floral shop What I ordered was a beautiful arrangement in a vase to be delivered to a friend that just had surgery. What I got with some stupid bouquet from Albertsons brought by a DoorDasher not even in a vase nor water. And on top of it the DoorDash girl lied and said that it was in a vase. Such a scam. Shame on your ava flowers and then not wanting to refund my money. $70 for a crappy wrapped bouquet from Albertsons Are you kidding me... Thank goodness CC companies dispute situations like this to correct it. Dont waste your time or money on this company.

I placed an order guaranteed delivery for a set date/time, on the day my delivery was to occur, 30 minutes prior to the deliver time, I was emailed that they could not fill my order and my order had been moved back 5 days! When I called to cancel my order I was stuck on hold for over an hour bouncing between representatives who would not cancel my order and refund my card as requested over and over.

I will not be ordering from here again. I am still waiting on my flowers that I paid $90 - way too much for- thinking that the promise of Same Day delivery - would be honored. They were supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY. Now the service is telling me the delivery will occur 2 days after that Same Day Delivery promise. Don't promise or charge what you cannot provide. I am cancelling my entire order if the flowers do not arrive today. Beware. Do not order or trust the Same Day Delivery promise.

I ordered and paid for a Mother's Day arrangements for my sister on Friday May 11. They were to be delivered between Saturday May12 and Sunday May 13, They were never delivered I was never contacted. I spent literally hours trying to get a answer regarding the issue. I received text to contact them only to reach a recording or no reply text art all. I finally was able to cancel the order. The most upsetting part is that my poor sister is battling a terminal disease. We have all been heart broken about het illness and I was really counting on the flowers to maybe lift her spirits.I am very disappointed and upset I have not heard from Avas at all

I was very disappointed with the service, I ordered flowers for my sister to surprise her on her birthday. But the delivery guy phoned and ruined the surprise because they couldn't locate the address. I double check my invoice because I am sure I gave them the correct one, only to find out they have a different address? And the flowers were not even worth the amount you paid for.

I could have gotten the same arrangement for $12 at stop and shop. This was actually embarrassing that my sister received this for her birthday, a day late, missing balloons, and quite few flowers were dead, and they only gave me a 20% refund. I was absolutely dissatisfied and spent all day dealing with them. I would never use them again and I don’t recommend any one using them either.

I ordered a plant for a funeral. It did not arrive. The next day I called because they had assured me it would be. They said they would deliver it to the family's home in 2 days. They did not. Then they call and said they would not be able to do the plant I ordered. I wanted a plant that was nontoxic to cats. They pushed plants that were toxic or 2 dozen roses. I wanted something that would last for years. I agreed to something I really did not want. They were to deliver it on Wednesday. They did not. The next morning I got a text saying they were not able to deliver it then so I had to reschedule and pay to do that. It is now 2 weeks since I ordered and still no plant and they just give me the run around. I tried to cancel and they said it is on its way today. I never leave reviews but this is the worst service I have ever had for anything
